Dispensa 63 wasn’t just the best meal I have ever had. It was one of the most thoughtful and memorable experiences. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were stepping into a home rather than a restaurant. The long wooden table, softly lit candles, hand written menus, dried flowers, and shelves of wine made the space feel warm and welcoming. But what truly made the night unforgettable were the people behind it. Martina, who is the heart and vision behind Dispensa 63, greeted everyone as if we were old friends. You could feel how much love and purpose she poured into every detail — from the way the room was set, to how each dish was introduced and shared. Another OG Martina curated all of the drinks with such care. While others enjoyed wine pairings, she made sure I never felt left out and created beautiful non alcoholic pairings just for me — herbal, sparkling, refreshing, and made with just as much intention as the wines. It meant more than she probably knows. And the Chef, quiet, focused, and unbelievably talented, a story through every dish. Each plate was intentional, seasonal, and layered with flavor. Nothing felt rushed or overly complicated, just honest, gorgeous food made with skill and soul. What makes Dispensa 63 so special is that it is not just about eating. You sit beside strangers, share stories, share delicious meals, and by the end of the night it feels like you have made friends. You taste the food, but you also feel the care behind it. I was nervous not knowing the menu before hand, but wow. Every dish was perfectly curated - from the salmon in green oil and kumquat, lasagna with wild rabbit, pumpkin gnocchi, beef cheek, and the pear crumble - you can taste how local and authentic everything was. 100x would come back whenever we are in Bellagio! It’s a must if you are staying in town.

I think this was the best meal I’ve ever had. And this is considering we didn’t like the main protein (wild boar), while the sauce and seasoning was perfect, the meat itself was odd. Otherwise, the 7 course menu was absolutely delicious, presentation was stunning. I opted for the 50€ wine pairing, but I regret it, as though they were all local wines, none were particularly marking. To improve, the only thing would be a choice of main, as I am sure I would have enjoyed any other meat a opposed to boar.

Hands down one of the best dinner experiences we’ve ever had! For starters, getting a reservation at this restaurant is TOUGH and feels like a win all on its own - it is WORTH IT!!! The owners, chef and staff are all immensely knowledgeable and intimately aware of running a restaurant that is, I would say, “Italian omakase.” The food was fresh, flavorful, fantastic and things I never would have tried on my own. We got to sit at the middle family style table next to a group of Australians, Canadians and Americans (of which one of the couples happened to live a neighborhood over from us back home!). We bonded over wine, hilarious conversation and a desire to keep the party going even after dinner was done. I saw other reviews say this was the best restaurant in Bellagio to which I wholeheartedly agree - nothing came close. The experience alone was worth every penny. Wish I could selfishly gatekeep, but let’s be honest, this place must be shared! We can’t wait to come back, Dispensa 63 team!

Lunch at Dispensa 63 was a highlight of our stay on the lake. We love meals of samplings of differing dishes, be it dim sum, mezze or the family antipasti plate. Dispensa 63’s lunch brought this joy to a new level. Their mushrooms patè (portobello, porcini, finferli, champignon) was slightly nutty and addictive, goat cheese and sweet potato marinated was like candy and the creamy fish salad was a marinated slice of fish that was actually creamy in my mouth. I’ll spare you more of my descriptions but all the dishes surprised and pleased us. Service was friendly and at ease. The room relaxing in white and earth and woody tones. I wish we could pack Dispensa 63 in our suitcases and take it home.

I am absolutely amazed by this small restaurant in the small streets of Bellagio. The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is very special, it’s very small yet so unique and comfy. I ordered the Beef Tartar with Salad, which is by far the best Tartar I’ve ever eaten since it’s incredibly tender and fresh. I also had the Roast Beef which was cooked to perfection; the meat was so tender it would melt in your mouth. The pasta with thick creamy sauce is also a delight, it’s tastes a bit like peanut butter. If you’re in Bellagio or even near the place, you definitely must go to this little neat restaurant!!!

Overall an excellent dining experience. The set menu was great and had great variety, staff were attentive and the vibe was lovely. Beef tartare and amberjack were our favourites.

I had the privilege of sitting at the chefs table and had a truly excellent experience. This restaurant appears to be head and shoulders above most restaurants in Bellagio center. Staff were friendly and attentive, calm and professional. It’s clear that the chefs are well trained and knowledgeable.

We did the 7 course tasting menu and it did not disappoint! My wife is vegetarian, and they were very accommodating (just make sure you let them know before they serve the first course). I was worried about eating in downtown Bellagio because it is a tourist destination - but this place felt like it was for the locals. If you prefer a good view over good food, go elsewhere. But if you want an intimate atmosphere with amazing food and wine in the heart of the city, then I would highly recommend.
