Excellent food, very unique and characteristic location, spectacular view outside Castile
Hello, I've returned for the umpteenth time to this wonderful place with its knowledgeable and competent staff. The dishes are always innovative, and today we also tasted new flavors and breathed in 5-star aromas. WELL DONE. As always... WE WILL BE BACK!!! As promised, we're back... and it was a blast!!!!!!! If you don't come, you're out.

A very refined and elegant restaurant, both in its location and in the attention to detail. Excellent quality products. Prices are absolutely reasonable, not excessive. The tasting menu at 35 euros is also interesting. Excellent work, highly recommended.

On a beautiful sunny day in July, we had lunch outside, enjoying a wonderful view and the peace and quiet. We returned to celebrate a birthday in November, dining inside: our first impression was fully confirmed. The dishes, beautiful even to look at, were each more interesting than the last. Well-defined flavors, top-quality ingredients, and expert preparation. In short, a place we'd definitely recommend and return to. Excellent value. Bravo!
we had a great lunch in La Castiglia Restaurant. the path in the ancient city center to get there is simply wonderful. staff is really friendly and well prepared in explaining the best matches between dishes and wine. a visit in Saluzzo and La Castiglia is definitely highly recommended.

I was with friends and everything was great. The round table was perfect for 6 friends. Very private for a quiet conversation. Perfect service thanks to Anna and her colleagues. Excellent food. One small flaw was the change in the first course from the traditional menu after ordering. Anyway, I'll definitely be back.

We came for dinner and were impressed by this location... we ate in a very comfortable and unique room alone, so the kids didn't disturb anyone. Dishes were carefully prepared, especially in the presentation... highly recommended 👍
Despite some negative reviews, which in my opinion aren't even true, I want to express my very positive opinion of this new restaurant. The location is charming and evocative, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. From appetizers to desserts, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The tray of sweets that accompanied the coffees was very nice. It's also perfect for those with gluten intolerances, as even those with this type of problem can eat without feeling "different." Perfect for a relaxing dinner or lunch. I highly recommend it. The bill is reasonable and in line with what you can eat. The food, of course, is made up of the best local produce, and special mention goes to the Fassona beef tartare, which was truly excellent. The staff is also trained and knowledgeable about wine, so they can best advise you. Congratulations!
The atmosphere is unique and absolutely delightful. The cuisine offers creative flair, though unfortunately not always perfectly successful. The quality-price ratio is always excellent, as is the courtesy of the staff. The owner sometimes gets annoyed with her husband (the chef), making her reprimands audible throughout the dining room. Kudos to her husband, who patiently (and professionally) replies in a very low voice. Definitely a place to return to again and again.

Agriturismo in Revello offers an excellent tasting menu featuring local products, Revello asparagus tart, and other specialties. The wine is excellent.
Nice place, good food, the only complaint is the service is a bit slow.
