A very quiet place to chat and such. The coffee is good, but the mixed drinks are extremely sweet, so if you're not used to that much sugar, I suggest you avoid them. Other than that, highly recommended.

The frappé was delicious and I liked the sweetness; you just have to stir it because I drank the syrup in the first sip (with a straw). The tartlets are expensive, and the place is generally a bit pricey, but they were tasty, and the bites are a cheaper option to try the dessert in a smaller version. They had a very slight refrigerated taste, but I understand that's necessary to keep them fresh in this climate. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet, the service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and smiling. Overall, it was a good experience. In addition to the desserts and elaborate drinks, they also have decent basic coffee.

I love the green grape individual tart along with a cup of coffee. Brunch and coffee options are ok for the price, I mostly recommend tarts with fruit as those balance sweetness if you are not too into it.

The service is very good. They've adapted well to the demands of "the new normal." From the moment you arrive, you can tell that everything is in order in terms of hygiene and regulations. The tartlets are delicious. It's essential to try the strawberry, the German, and of course the Emperor. This season, they offer a pumpkin cappuccino, and it's delicious.

Food was great, however, the coffee runs took forever and when it came, was cold. Sat in the terrace under a leaky roof! Rain leaks all over my food and family. Not very comfortable at all

I'd been to Tarlets at another location and it was very good, but the service in Cholula was terrible. They couldn't serve me, so I left. While I was waiting, other people were also complaining that their orders weren't being taken, their orders weren't arriving, or what they did receive was wrong. I hope they improve their service because I don't think the food is bad. I sat at the table for half an hour and they didn't even bring me a menu, even though the place wasn't full.

A friend and I were at Tarlets Cholula and wanted to get something cold. We were surprised to hear that the store didn’t have anything cold, no smoothies, no frappes, no iced drinks. This is very shocking considering that most of your drinks menu is made up of cold drinks. We also got an attitude from one of your female staff members. This is very disappointing.
