First time there! I ordered the brisket plate with potato salad/grn bn and daughter ordered Turkey bacon club. We enjoyed every bite of it! You order at front & pay. They give you a number on receipt. Call your number. You pick up order. Free refills on drinks. Nice in cool inside. No flys bothering us.lol Very nice staff. Fresh cookies by register! You can also take your order to go if you want. Drive thru on the side. Their are staff on floor always clean tables and making fresh tea! We will come again!

Very good BBQ! Try not to come in within the last two hours of closing because they run out of meats and sides. I’ll have to come back next time to try other things. We had the ribs and they were so tender and full of flavor. $58 for two plates and drinks.

First visit to this BBQ joint and I was not disappointed. I ordered myself the brisket sandwich with a side of potato salad which came out pretty quickly. The restaurant is very nice and has a family feel to it. Will definitely bring the family out next time around.

Real Texas BBQ. The brisket falls apart and tastes like smoke. Delicious. The pork rib sere tasty. I have also had the stuffed baked potato with turkey it was huge and great tadting. Make it a point to stop by.

This place is old school. A San Antonio food gem for sure. Im telling you the smell alone🤩 I was ravenous😆 Only had time for the drive thru service today and I was drooling the whole way to the payment window🤤 I just got some smoked bean and cheese with bacon tacos and smoked brisket tacos with rice and a large lemonade 🍋 But if you have a bigger appetite they have brisket topped monster baked potato and the bacon brisket burger. That is a serious burger😍 Check em out!

Although, this was a to go order, it was still fresh and great! Ordered fries extra crispy and they were not soggy. Brisket burger 06.26.25 - anytime I order family orders for work events, they 80% of the time fail me. Just trust but verify all that you asked for is in your packaging. Today I was missing, bread, serving utensils and an ask for the sausage cut wasn't fulfilled. Not the end of the world, just really inconvenient.

5 stars for being delicious ! Went in on a Sunday with a group of 9 around 1 and the line was almost to the door. I figured that must be a very good sign. Didn't take long at all to seat us and the wait wasn't long either for the food. Everything tasted really good. Only weakness was no refills for soda, it was an extra dollar for a small cup of soda.

I liked the barbeque and all the options they had.The restaurant was very clean and staff was super courteous. Lilly rang me up with a smile. They had several options of beers on tap and bottle which was superb. If my kids were there they would both get a chocolate chip cookie which they had right there by the register. Even though I did not get the brisket, I liked their guide for it's cut. For those who like the brisket lean ask for it "lean and meaty" which means that most fat was trimmed away during slicing and so on. I will post a picture picture. Overall a great experience to try it👍

So my family has been going since this restaurant has opened and have told me of great experiences! So...I finally went and here it is... my review 😆! Very welcoming, parking lot has easy in and out to me. Quick ordering process that gets you from Hangry to Happy within minutes! Brisket is just the way I like it... greasy and marbled! Sausage... amazing! Cream corn...fantastic! Green beans... yummy! BBQ sauce just perfect for me! Peach cobbler.... holy moly that's good! Only thing I could think that I would've changed would be the temperature of the plates being served. I like it a little hot when I eat! But other than that... I'll be going back with my family when we all return! Now... who's hungry?

I got the brisket Po’ boy with fries and tried to add a side of cream corn. It was soooo much food!!! The brisket had a delicious bark, a little fatty but great flavor on an old style steak house hoagie bun with sesame seeds on top. The fries were thick cut, square steakhouse style seasoned with salt. The creamed corn was awesome. Buttery and not too watery. My wife got the ribs which were hearty. We didn’t speak for a minute straight when the food was ready. You order at the front and then they call your number. They forgot the fries on my wife’s plate at first, but we’re apologetic and brought them to us less than a minute later. The dining room was clean, but full and the drive through stayed busy the whole time we were there.

Super delicious local Smokehouse. Imo the best bbq San Antonio has got to offer. The sausage is the star for me, so juicy and full of flavor. The brisket is also so tender, melting on your tongue! I'd come back if I'm ever in town. Food goes quickly. We got there at 6:30pm for dinner and the pork ribs are gone!

Best BBQ I've had in years. It's definitely worth the trip no matter where you are in SA. Update: After stopping at another place and finding out they were sold out, we decided to make the trip to B&B. As usual, they did not disappoint. The sausage and pulled pork were fantastic...the chicken and turkey were a little dry, but still very good.

Must stop by. Amazing brisket and pulled pork. Side dishes are excellent and delicious. Decent size servings and great prices.

Love this place! I have two under 5 so going out to eat and sit down somewhere can be a task and this place really makes it a breeze. Their booths are roomy and TALL, free refills on tea and water, plenty of high chairs with STRAPS and kid friendly options on the menu, you pay and order at the beginning too. Not to mention the brisket and sausage are amazing! Their cream corn and green beans were my favorite.

B&B is one of the best bbq places in SA, I tired thier brisket and grilled cheese it was so delicious and not my favorite.

Wow we were blown away by this place and found it by chance! Web love BBQ and I would say this is my 2nd fave place here in San Antonio There's usually a line but it goes by fast and is efficient. After you pay go find a table and wait for them to call your number. I ordered the 2 meat platter with fatty brisket and dark meat chicken. Absolutely delicious!! The corn side was also nice and sweet.

Visiting from AZ and this is hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. Excellent and quick customer service. The pulled pork, smoked chicken, ribs, and brisket were super tender, flavorful, and fresh tasting. Don’t forget the side of potato salad that is to die for. Employees helped to clear dishes quickly and constantly checked on us. Bonus, away from the Riverwalk and busy tourism. Definitely check this place out.

I’ve waited a very long time to leave this review.. mainly bcus I wanted to take as many pics as possible to pin point how consistent this spot is. Consistency is definitely key and it displays in even the most simple of details with this restaurant. Food is always fresh, delicious.. very well portioned even when ordered to go which is a rarity..and presentation displays deliciousness time and time again, not to mention never once in over 100’s of drive thru visits at this point have they forgotten anything. I’ve been coming here since it was a small 8-10 table 500sq foot spot in its next door lot. Simply amazing.Not only are the meats great but their sides!! Green Beans! Potato Salad! Cream Corn! Hands down everything they make. They expedite their orders quickly as well.. and have everything running in perfect sequence.. definitely a whole team coming together behind these walls. One of the best BBQ spots in SA.

Still the best on this side of town. From their salad bowl, which is huge and delivers a AWESOME taste of freshness, to their BBQ plates, to their loaded baked potatoes, You will not be disappointed. They also have doggie bags for your fur baby's too. Also, take home their royal cookies as these are super soft and great tasting

Miss Lilly is what customer service is about. The smiles, the friendly, bubbly personality, outshine the food. I will be back just for her, and if she isn't there, i will come back when she is. I got the brisket burger in between, which is brisket and a burger done up in one sandwich. I am sure there are people who could eat this in one sitting, but i am not one of those people. I will have a good lunch tomorrow, though.

Their authentic Texas BBQ is great. Many BBQ places are not open on Monday but they are open. We ordered Half rack ribs plate with two sides and some beef brisket. They are great! The rib is huge. Half rack is more than a full rack in California restaurant. We end up with a lot of leftover. The side dishes are also good. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Super friendly and inviting service. Got the two meat plate with brisket, ribs, creamed corn, green beans, and an extra side of coleslaw. Everything was wonderful. Brisket was tender and the ribs were pretty meaty. Great flavor on both. Sides were fantastic. Also got a Texas Royale cookie for the way home. So good, but that might've been a mistake. So filling. Can't wait to go back.

This place was a bit loud but let me tell you, you don't need to talk, you'll want to be eating! Their lunch specials are a bit high ($10-18) but SSSSOOOOOO worth it. Went on a Wednesday, $14/15 for a rib plate- 3 big beautiful juicy fall off the bone ribs and two sides. We all tasted the others sides, do it. Or order it. Creamed corn too sweet for me, everyone else raved. Green beans that most of us loved, a potatoe salad that im getting a tub of next time, mexican rice and borracho beans that will hurt you. We all loved them. My one friend and I both said this rice was our moms rice. Only one person had dessert, the cobbler. They did not offer to share as they devoured it, so that- I will assume, meant it was great lol (no pix of cobbler- they couldn't wait) more lol

I want to give a shout out publicly to Luis who is managing at this very moment. Every time I get corporate visitors I bring them here not just for the excellent barbecue but everyone, and especially Luis today and my guy Justin for helping me take about 8 pounds of barbecue out to my car, for their outstanding customer service.

It would be hard to find a cleaner restaurant within a 10 mile radius. A more experienced worker working the register was a great example of how we treat people with respect here in SA. She definitely deserves a raise for being so nice with everyone and representing yalls business the way it should be. The brisket porboy I got that was 'juicy'; did have a little bit too much fat on it that made it hard to stomach. I could have ordered it with less fat but wanted to avoid ordering lean like I always do. The taste of the brisket was really good though. The baked potato was probably the best I've ever had (could probably Salt the skin more imo). The green bean were really good and my friends chicken breast and wing looked great too. All in all top notch place with fair prices and good lunch specials.

Locals said to try this place so we brought a large group - 10+ people. The service was fast and friendly. Self-serve drink station was nice as I could get tea refills at my leisure. The ribs were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The green beans and potato salad were refreshing and also super flavorful. The choices in BBQ sauce were nice and for the overall price, the experience was good.

The brisket was as always absolutely amazing. The fat cap could have been trimmed a little more but still fantastic. The sides are great. Wonderful establishment. Modern but Texas rustic as it should be. Staff is always hustling for the customer. Just took a friend from NY here to set the bar for BBQ for him. Absolutely fantastic and I am definitely going back.

B&B Smokehouse is easily the best BBQ in town! Everything was incredibly tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Even though the place was packed, they were still able to accommodate our large party without any issues and the line moved extremely fast. The sides were just as impressive as the meats, fresh, delicious, and the perfect complement to the meal. The service was excellent, and the overall environment was exceptional. I was so caught up enjoying everything that I completely forgot to take pictures! The family meals were more than enough to feed our party of 10, and everyone left full and happy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best bbq I had while visiting San Antonio! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. I got the homemade lemonade, brisket, creamed corn, and green beans, and they were fantastic!! My sister got the baked potato which was just as wonderful! Oh, I got a chocolate chip cookie, and guess what? It was fantastic as well! This family owned business is obviously doing something right since they've been in business for over 41 years. Also, the owners father was a pilot during WW2, and they have a wall dedicated to him, so before you pay, they always ask if you're military so they can give you a discount. Try this place out and I promise you won't regret it!

Went to B&B Smokehouse for dinner and saw they had a Thanksgiving special. Decided to try it as was not disappointed. This meal tasted just like a home cooked Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey was moist and delicious, mashed potatoes were creamy, and the stuffing was delicious. If you need a quick Thanksgiving meal fix, you can’t go wrong with B&B’s special.

I’ve been here a few times. It’s always clean, organized, and customer service is exactly what customer service should be. With long lines and bustling trays and to go bags during the lunch rush they are highly efficient and I’m shocked at the quality of food. Personally I’m not a fan of cream coleslaw, but I ate it every time. It’s pretty sweet which is not my preference, but edible. The meat portions are a bit reserved, but the flavor is strong with the smoke and seasoning. I typically pay 23$ for just myself. One night I went before close and they have specials to get rid of the food. I spent 60$ for my order, I think it was either a rack or two rack of ribs and a doggie bag of trimmings and fat. I know going here I expect to drop some money and get fast service. Their bbq sauce is tangy and sweet. 10/10. Please upgrade the bread to bread roll or something more fresh.

Food was delicious !!!!! I came specifically for the brisket. I ordered a ranch hand plate which was a 2 choice of meat but I chose 2 choices of brisket. Serving didnt seem much BUT it actually made me full. Restroom was clean and so was the dining area. Employees were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Lilly is the most absolutely wonderful woman there and I love her personality and care. Great food, great business! We came here about 4 or 5 years ago and ordered a lot of food (about $160). Unfortunately, our card was declined and someone (who I will not name) that works there, covered our entire meal. We did pay this person back in a couple days along with a thank you tip/interest. It was an absolutely amazing gesture and we were so blessed by this person's kindness and humbleness. We will forever be loyal customers to this amazing Bbq establishment! We were with you before you moved to the new building. Best baked potato ever as well! I always get mine with extra butter and easy cheese and it is ALWAYS delicious. Thank you B&B!!!

I ordered the two meat barbecue plate about an hour before they closed and I still had a wonderful experience. I know that it's difficult to have a great experience at most places right before closed but this was definitely an exception. The food was phenomenal super fresh and delicious. The lady at the front cover was so sweet. The price was reasonable, also. Parking was a little difficult but definitely worth it! Fantastic experience!

First time I have been in this barbecue restaurant and I’ll have to say it serves the MOST delicious brisket, sausage, chicken, and ribs! The portions are generous and reasonably priced. The service? Got the bbq sampler plate which was a generous portion of brisket, sausage, turkey, bbq chicken, pork as well as a rib and side of beans. All the staples were flavorful and sides were good as well. I found the bbq sampler to be a good price for the amount of food given even without sides and would definitely come back.

The barbecue was delicious. The restaurant was quite crowded. We ordered sausage, brisket, pork ribs, turkey, and chicken. My wife mentioned that the sweet tea could have been sweeter. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Omg, put your stretchy pants on!! The food was amazing!! I am a picky eater and am very skeptical about trying new places. I’m so happy that I ventured to the south side for dinner. The portions size were great, onion rings were crisp and perfect, the beans I actually was hoping to have a little kick back but they were delicious, the meats were tender, well seasoned and just amazing and the freshly squeezed lemonade is so good. I’ll be back just to pick up a gallon weekly! The French fries were also cooked to perfection. I loved how the minute someone was done eating and left the young men went cleaned and disinfected the area. I didn’t see a blue plate award considering it was so clean but I hope they receive one really soon.

I tend to visit this spot when I want fast service BBQ. It is delicious but at times when it comes to having quick service (sometimes the food is a bit dry- not hating I love this spot) I love the creamed corn, loaded baked potato, the brisket is delicious and the food is fulfilling With that fast service, I want to send some thanks and gratitude to the staff for their hardwork!! Excellent Texas bbq from this family joint in San Antonio. I ordered the sample plate, a slab of ribs, coleslaw and green beans. I was impressed most by the pulled pork. Top notch. The sausage too was amazing. Very peppery. The chicken and turkey had a nice smoke flavor that didn't over power. Ribs were nicely smoked and served naked. The brisket was alright, but not impressive. Coleslaw was basic, but the green beans stood out. 9 of 10 would recommend! Great staff and friendly service brings you back!

Usually very crowded but it has its own stop light so it's easy to arrive. Expect long lines. Bathrooms could be bigger. The brisket is really good and the sauce is served on the side. The cream corn was great but could use a little salt. The green beans were outstanding and so juicy you almost needed a spoon. Moderate portions and prices.

Service was really friendly. We got the 1lb brisket(asked for 1/2 lean and 1/2 fat), sausages and half chicken. Chicken breast was moist which was pleasantly surprising. Sausage was okay. Brisket was decent. Loved the green beans which had a lot of flavor. I drank the soup it came in. Coleslaw was also good. It’s made with half vinegrette and half mayo. Overall pleasant experience.

Very welcoming staff, place is nice and welcoming no music but your own noise along with a TV on in the dinning area they do have a separate party room for reservations. I have been wanting to visit this restaurant for a while just never had a chance. But tonight was the night and a couple of friends join me as well. On the south side of San Antonio it was a larger building that I thought it would be. Located directly on a main road, plenty of parking and the drive-thru has a lot of room for cars as well. Small waiting lobby once you go inside the door and then you get in line to head up to the cashier to take your order. Three cash registers were working last night to make things move fairly quickly. I chose the two meat plate with sausage and brisket, pinto beans and fries. My friends shared a sampler plate with turkey brisket sausage and chicken and a couple of sides. Good size dining area not as big as I thought it would be. People that always told me you wanted to beat the dinner crowd on a Saturday night and I'm certainly glad we did. By the time we were leaving the line was out the door. My brisket and sausage were very good each had a good taste to it good portion of meet. My friends also said the same thing about their sampler plate. Overall the two meat plate with two sides of drink and I bought three cookies for dessert came to $25 total. Definitely recommend this barbecue restaurant if you're living in San Antonio or if you're visiting it's an easy drive to the location. May give it another try in the future to try some other choices.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a double meat poorboy with fries, a pint of cream corn. Got my order and drove home. To my surprise, no BBQ sauce for my meal. I wasn't asked if I wanted BBQ sauce by the drive thru person. This ruined my whole meal. I've never had a bad experience here before. Live and learn I guess.

We went there to fill our BBQ needs. My wife saw their reviews that were slightly better than the other joints. Not a bad drive in the evening from downtown to near the base. Parking is ample but cozy, many trucks and we had a full size also. Tha older lady at the register was a hoot and super pleasant. Their fresh squeezed lemonade must be their thing. We ordered some that only came in one size, large. No need for a refill. Ordered 2 meat, pulled pork and 1/2 chicken white meat w/Spanish rice and potato salad. Wife ordered a pull pork sandwich w/fries. Food was good, better than some others out of state. Some places were closed by 7p that I would have rather went to as I stop at the guys on the side of the road with stick smokers cranking smoke.

Came here for the sampler platter. Everything was great from all the sides. The sausage was great. The ribs were great. The turkey & chicken were great, however the brisket was dry. Apart from that, good experience.

I visited this location for the second time just to get a second opportunity to try different items on the menu. This time it was fatty brisket and sausage with potato salad and coleslaw. I had the ribs previously and those were a resounding no for me. I really cannot find much good to say about any of the items I tried from the pit other than words like: dry, bland or fast food bbq. Sides were average as well. The coleslaw was another no for me personally. While the speed of service, customer service and the peach cobbler were awesome, the barbecue, was not so much. I would probably go as far and say that it’s a perhaps a notch above Bill Miller. If you’re looking for some fast lunch and you just crave meat, throw some bbq sauce on it and you’ll be good to go. My favorite thing about the restaurant: The Peach cobbler.

Got in right at noon. Ordered the beef rib plate which comes with four beef ribs and two sides. Price was $22. Thought that was a little high but that’s what the price was. The ribs were good however they were covered with some type of thick semi sweet sauce which surprised me. The sauce wasn’t bad it’s just I prefer the meat dry when I get beef ribs. The green beans and french fries I got as sides were pretty average. Portion size was good and service was fast. Only three stars as there are just way too many super good barbecue places that serve ribs in the area.

Food was ok. Came around 8pm all they had was brisket. Understandable. Brisket was okay, got a monster potato and it was decent as well. The kicker is the $1 soft drink refill.. like seriously? Way better bbq places out there with free refills and much better brisket. Okay to try once but not something I'll ever come back too.

Well, they were out of lean brisket. So I got like a medium type that was lean and a tad fatty. Had sausage, potatoe salad, and green beans. All tasted good and not a lot of smoke flavor which I like. BUT the food wasn't hot. Room temperature at best. The cashier was knowledgeable and sweet.

When asking locals what their favorite bbq is, B&B is usually on the list. I finally got to try it and I found it to be a step above Bill Millers but not quite on the level of 2M, Reece bros, Pinkerton’s, Burnt Bean…etc. We tried the brisket both fatty and lean, the ribs, and chicken. All were decent but I wouldn’t put it in my top 10. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean. I Would stop by again for a quick lunch but not somewhere I would recommend as “the best” BBQ in SA.

Food was better than average, however certain things could be improved. For one looking at it from the outside you would thing it would be more spacious. Instead it seemed cramped and overcrowded. There were no visible trash cans anywhere! So we opted for just putting all our wrappers and dirty napkins at the comer of our small table. No service people walking around to see if anything else is needed. Restrooms were extra small with only 2 stalls for the entire restaurant. Brisket amazing!, ribs juicy, sweet tea was NOT sweet at all. Coleslaw needed more seasoning , bread was basic and butter came prepackaged. Customer service at the register was the best part honestly. Will not be going back, better BBQ elsewhere for cheaper. We spent about $85 for two adults and two children 5 years old. We that’s because we ordered a sampler plate for them. The prices don’t justify the food. As a side note I would have paid $50 but definitely not $80 plus.

I really WANT to write an upbeat, positive review of this place. We walked in, it was lively, clean, and spirits were high. The woman who took our order was nothing less than phenomenal. SO....That's the good... Now let's talk about what really matters..the food.. We went around 5:30 -6:00, so dinner hour. I got the 2 meat plate (18.69) chose brisket (extra fatty) and sausage. My sides were cream corn and green beans. The ONLY thing hot on my plate was the green beans. Everything else was LUKEWARM at BEST. Look my SINGULAR requirement when I go to a "smokehouse" or BBQ joint is that MY FOOD IS HOT. I don't need to see them pull it off a spit, but COME ON. The sausage was tender (win) but the main flavor was SALT. No taste of smoke, pepper or even garlic. Just salt. The Brisket melted in my mouth (win) and hat it been hot, would have had me twitterpated. The creamed corn, was also, lukewarm, which made the texture off. It had a good flavor, that I can tell SMACKS when hot, but alas, that was apparently to much to ask. The green beans were hot...and had me hot and bothered, loved them, and almost ordered more to go. As far as my wife's Brisket Baked Potato (15.49). It was huge, it was hot, but it was mediocre. She wasn't impressed because her brisket was also Lukewarm. That was the bad..... Now for the UGLY......the bbq sauce...it tasted like liquid tomatoes sauce sugar and vinegar. No depth, no thickness, no smoke....no nothing else... we both went as far as wiping it off the meat it touched.

Had fewer options on meat only brisket and whatever they served and sausage only 7pm. The brisket was very moist and rubbery not too much flavor. potatoe salad was not too smooth tasting and rice was lil dry and with spices too much. For the price I'll reconsider. Bill millers brisket would have been better. First time going.

Great environment, but went downhill quickly. Brisket uses liquid-smoke for flavor, isn’t truly smoked but priced as if it is. $3.29 for a fountain drink, and $1 for a refill. I thought they were joking… They weren’t. BBQ sauce is good, has a unique taste. Was excited to try it, being voted “San Antonio’s Best,” but it was definitely not.

Well, I am impressed by the amount of people coming in but what I got was the brisket (severely underseasoned), and bbq chicken (pretty average). Baked beans were alright, and coleslaw was too "raw", not much flavor integration with the mayo/salt. The lady at the counter was sweet and attentive

7/9/2025 my wife and I decided to pick a barbecue place that is week known on the southside. We came in and waitress was nice, the atmosphere was great but when coming here I did have a couple things I wanted to point out. So for 2 people I kid you not the bill came out to $54.16 which is totally insane for such mediocre food that did not stand out to me or my wife. The cream corn tasted like it’s been out for a while. The peach cobbler was horrendous and was not appetizing whatsoever. The sides were small for what we paid for which was $3.79. The sausage was not that great and the only thing that was appealing and was delicious was the brisket. Brisket was 9/10. And for some reason in this crazy world why in the hell is there 4 people cleaning the tables n floors when the floors n tables have been cleaned for 45 mins. I’m not sure but it seems like they are missing their labor. When it should only take 1 person but that’s just me. Only reason I pointed this out was because while my wife and I were eating within these 45 mins this gentleman was just walking around it must have been 8 times walking around the restaurant cleaning with 4 other people, I thought this was unnecessary but Hopefully my next visit will better.

Maybe I came on a bad day I don't know, but the food wasn't hitting. My dad spent over$100 and it wasn't worth the price. My sister's food was really dry—she had to use the bbq to eat the meat. But even then it went down the wrong pipes.. I had got a burger, but I could make the same type at home. Customer service was good and all, but the food wasn't it. I wouldn't really recommend it, but that's just my opinion. You could judge for yourselves. Maybe I got the wrong thing that day, but overall if my dad asks me if I want to go I would say "no thanks."

*1 star** Very disappointed with my experience here. We spend a good amount almost every week or weekend eating at B&B, but after today, they have lost our business. I placed an order and they got it wrong the first time. When I told the manager, Luis, he said he would make it right and replace my meal. Instead, he only replaced one piece of chicken, not the whole meal like he promised. Luis is misleading and did not follow through with what he said. Why is it okay for their staff to ruin our meal by their mistake, but it’s not okay for them to actually make it right on their end? I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. Poor customer service and not worth the hassle—I won’t be coming back.

I was not impressed with my visit. The brisket was dry, rubbery, and lacked moisture. The chicken tasted like a standard rotisserie chicken rather than true barbecue, with no noticeable smoke flavor. The bread served was hard on top and seemed stale. The onions and pickles were also disappointing—just plain sliced onions and pickles without the usual flavor expected. Additionally, my daughter ordered a lemonade that unfortunately had a long hair in it. I spoke with the manager, who replaced the drink. Overall, the hospitality and service were lacking, which added to the disappointing experience.Heb true Texas Bar-B-Q blows this place out of the water .

Rice was MUSHY and there was nothing they could do. The manager girl serving plates didn’t care much. It’s disappointing because we come here and spend a lot. So when food comes out bad it’s disappointing. The manager girl was making faces when we asked for more bread . It was weird we never experienced this before. Definitely poor management . They need to retrain her .
