Las Salsa's San Antonio Reviews
Been in SA my whole life and I’m mad I barely found this gem. Food was amazing. Got tacos and my boyfriend got a plate. He was obsessed with the red salsa. I was obsessed with the ratio of chorizo to egg, the barbacoa meat being soooo fresh and not fatty. The flour tortillas seemed home made and were so fluffy. Overall will come back. Joann was a nice waitress as well.
Probably one of my favorite taco spots in San Antonio. The tacos are stuffed with what you asked for (compared to other places that skimp out on the filling and is just all tortilla). The tortillas are very tasty and the food is very hot when you receive it. The salsa isn’t as spicy and flavorful as some other ones I had but still good.
Came here for lunch with the Boss. Had not been here in quite some time but it didn't disappoint. The special that day was Gorditas Plate. I chose beef. From the picture you can see it was well presented and it tasted as good as it looked. Will definitely be stopping by way more often. You might find it a little difficult to find parking but that's because this place gets packed. That should tell you a whole lot about this establishment.
The food they served has been very good, i definitely recommend the flavors of every dish, they have a very good taste; unfortunately service is not the best, music is really loud, I don't hear the conversation I have with my parents, they almost walked out until food arrived and they love it, seems cooks are doing something good.
I ordered a bean and cheese, cheese only quesadilla, and a beef fajita quesadilla, and initially they brought me a quesadilla plate, a beef fajita plate, and no bean and cheese AFTER the waitress asked if they were all tacos. When they brought me what is pictured, I was expecting white cheese not yellow cheese and the fajita had no cheese so I had to ask for extra cheese. Also the beans in the bean and cheese were bitter. Extremely disappointed, hope it gets better.
The food is not the best and the servers aweful. The servers walk by several times knowing that your tea is completely empty and won’t fill it unless you tell them then it takes them 10 or 20 minutes to fill it plus it not right tea. I was drinking sweet and then giving me water. It not handicap friendly
