Dropped by with a co-worker. We needed somewhere to go for a quick meal. I suggested Lenny's, and this location was right next door. After he thanked me for mentioning the place and said he's not big on sandwiches but really like his Philly and said he'll have to bring his kids by some time. Your employees were fast and friendly and the food was fresh. 🔥 12\18\23 Dropped by again for lunch at work and tried a Hot Italian Sandwich. It tasted soo good. But something I have to eat at home. I got lazy after I ate it 😆

My first visit! This is a "Great Sub Sandwich". I got the 15" Philly Cheese Steak on Wheat with Jalapenos and Hot Pepper Relish. Plenty of meat (see photo) and the bread was top notch. Dining area is very clean and bright. The service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend!

Good food. Definitely a strong hold against Trump. That gives it a 5 automatically. But seriously, a good place. Service is excellent, they have great coupons that circulate. The wife and I love coming here to get a bite on quiet Sundays.

Wonderful little sandwich shop. And they even do salads. You can get the sandwich meat on salads and it is worth it. The service is really great.

Nice clean place with a good selection of subs. Employees were helpful and courteous. Sub I got was good but was a little high in price than I thought it should be but nonetheless was tasty.

I really used to enjoy Lenny's but the past several orders have gotten worse and worse at this location over the past several months. From completely incorrect orders to under baked bread to scarce toppings. Today was the third consecutive strike. Does this look like a mile high turkey sandwich? Ordered Lenny's Way and no clue where the tomato or oil/vinegar are. I'd expect this from Subway but not Lenny's. You may have better luck dining in but pickup and togo orders are sealed so you don't find these issues until long after you get home.

Filled out their little in house survey. Was honest and told them not to contact me. Wouldnt you know it, 30 minutes later, they do. Part of CS is listening. I dont need an apology nor do i want to give you any more feedback than what i gave you. Wasnt going to even give any kind of review until you didnt listen to the customer. You deserve this 1 star. DO NOT CONTACT OR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW!!! Edit: You just couldnt let it go. I bet you under pay your employees as well. Since the default in the app is to tip, so you can try to mitigate/off set your labor cost. Because of you i will never visit a Lennys again and tell anyone who asks me about a "sandwich" to not ever bother.

First time and last time trying Lenny's customer service was not there!! I did curbside the employee tried to argue with me about what I ordered that clearly was on the receipt I order two meals which includes 2 drinks he only came out with one and then questioned me about MY ORDER even with his glasses I had to point out what my second drink was just ridiculous! Do not go to this location awful service! NW Military at Alon!

We went today me and my husband we wanted to try this place because it looked good. There were only two guys working it seemed and we waited almost an hour for our food only to get the wrong order. The guys were very rude as well will not be back

Why this man cook my sandwich for less than a minute as if he was being bothered. My onions and bell peppers are still hard and my food isn’t well done. I’ve only came one other time before and the guy was so nice! I will never ever come back and I suggest if you want your food cooked the way you paid for it then don’t come over to this location!
