Today for lunch my coworker and I ordered from this location. I order the same wrap almost every time and it is always sooo good. But todays quality was so poor. I received a wrap almost filled with nothing! :( Usually my wraps are hapretty filled like my the photo of my friends wrap. I have not called the restaurant because this was my birthday reward I redeemed and I figure it was free! But a really disappointing birthday reward it actually was. I definitely did eat the wrap because I was so looking forward to it and am a 38 week pregnant hungry mom! Update: Thank you Edward for the multiple attempts to contact me and resolve this. There are new hires and they are being trained. My birthday reward was added back to my account to be used again. I will mention if you eat Salata and are not a part of the rewards program, DO IT! I sincerely appreciate it and the customer service you have given me!!

I eat here at the least 3 times a week. It’s my Go-to spot. I love the range of options they have and thE changing monthly veggie! The staff here is the nicest out of the two locations and I travel farther just to come here. The range of salad dressings you won’t find anywhere else and they are delicious. This is NOT at all like a Souper Salad, you don’t make your own. Which I like the thought of gloved hands preparing my food as opposed to many unclean hands. So if you don’t like it, that’s operator error you choose what goes in it.

Everything was fresh. Great atmosphere, everyone was willing to explain the process of ordering in a kindly manner. My daughter enjoyed having multiple selections in making her own personal salad.

I love Salata, and I always have a great experience when I come, but last night the person helping me did not add any dressing into my salad. The salad tasted like lettuce. It was absolutely gross. I had asked her if I could try other dressings because I always get the avocado jalapeño ranch, and she let me try the chipotle and the tomato basil. Then she said her favorite was to mix all of those three. I kindly acquiesced to her recommendation and told her she could mix them. Well, I guess between her recommending and my kids telling them what they wanted next to me, who had waited patiently for me at the front of the line, to me asking for shrimp, she forgot to add the dressings, left my salad dry, and I bet she didn’t even know it! The salad had zero taste. If she did add dressing, the mixtures were a fail, or she didn’t put enough. What a disaster trying a bland salad that had no significant taste but tasted like nothing. My Avocado Ranch always taste amazing. Anyways, my dog, Sugar Rush, loved it, so it wasn’t total money in the trash. I’ll keep coming, and they honestly always leave me super happy each time, but this experience was awful for me. I didn’t have dinner. Do watch them to assure they don’t forget or to make sure they add enough; otherwise, Salata deserves a rating of a 5. I added pictures from a visit post the last review one. I also changed the rating. It’s a great place, prices are reasonable for all the ingredients you get, and the views are nice if you sit by the back window. The help is great also.

Worst day at Salata bc they have discontinued the mango dressing and did not replace it with anything fruity or sweet. Ate most of my salad dry. Service was excellent as always.

I ordered two salads yesterday to feed myself and friend lunch and dinner on our long days at work (today). I put in the order notes: "please toss salad", not a big request. I did not order (and it isn't on the receipt) whatever pickled or spicy pepper the yellow-green veggies are. My salad was not tossed, and these yellow-green things have flavored the whole salad unpalatably and intolerably. So no lunch or dinner for me. My advice: order through the line so you can verify what you're receiving, or avoid Salata. And if you must order online, take the time to open your salad and pick through it before you leave. This is the 5th time, over 3 different branches, that my order notes have been ignored. And this is the 3rd time, over 2 different branches, that food elements I didn't choose were added to my food. Once an element was omitted without notice, this was tolerable till the other incidents piled on top. Special note to people with food allergies: be cautious. Something odd, is two different employees looked at the salads order receipts while they sat waiting to be bagged and handed to me...

First I’d like to say I absolutely love salata ! I’ve been to this location a couple times and tonight $14 later , I was not very happy with my salad . My main issues were 1. Wilted , not so fresh looking lettuce options 2. Every option I requested they were very scarce with it , literally had to ask for more 3-4 times time per selection 3. The lady did not let the liquid drain from the cucumbers , I did not want all that liquid making my salad soggy 😒 Especially since it was TO-GO 4. They were also out of the sesame sticks. SUPER BUMMER ! Usually I’m satisfied, maybe tonight was just an off night 👎🏾

Everyone looks mad in there. No customer service. My salad bowl super skimpy in the lettuce department. Very little romaine, the bowls are literally for measurement. Also my sister had to tell them to not give her from the rusty lettuce that was there. Got two salads for $30. Don’t worry we won’t be back.

First time eating at this salata and probably the very last . The one at northstar has never had shift managers like macy martinez give attitude and roll their eyes the way this she did . Sorry I asked for extra things and for my food to be in a togo box although i was eating in. The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible .
