I'm not a big fast food fan anymore but I was impressed with this particular location. The staff at both windows were very friendly, polite and helpful. The food was hot and correct, which these days are very surprising but certainly welcome. Both lanes in the drive through were four cars deep at all times and the lines moved a little slower than I expected but hey, the food was hot and correct. I recommend this location.

whoever is on aux needs a serious raise, please keep playing 80s/90s alternative rock. i stayed inside for an hour just to listen to what they would play next. 10/10 would recommend, i’m not even a big fan of mcdonald’s food on its own but if you guys keep up with the dj at radio donald, i will become a devout customer.

It's McD's except for the manager yelling at a worker for the fries not being ready. The experience was fairly good. I have the steak, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns and jo. It was fresh, hot and tasty.
So my mom wanted to go to lunch for Christmas and we had a list of places that were still open. Most of them had our long waits for had already closed. We ended up going through the McDonald's drive-thru. I always wanted to try an adult happy meal so that ended up being more Christmas lunch. The service was pretty fast and they definitely improved their loudspeakers. Did not include any condiments. Coffee was awesome. And I can check this off my list of things to do.

Interestingly enough, as tourists we had lunch at this McDonald's location on our travels. The ordering system was quite unique to what we were used to which is front of the house customer facing employees as opposed to kiosks where you order. The kiosks are able to take cash, and different card payments after which, the employees bring your order to your numbered table. Good service, clean restrooms, clean establishment. Wifi accessibility, which is important as we were travelling, and ample parking.
It's either a hit or a miss With this place. Sure, they do have a large amount of staff for a McDonald's, which means you'd expect to get your food exceptionally fast, but that's not always the case. For example, one time about a few days ago, they totally forgot about my order, and left me waiting for 10 minutes before I had to go in and address it with them, but they were super understanding, and the kid taking the drive through orders looked young, so I assumed that he had probably just made a mistake since he couldn't of been working for that long. But aside from that, I haven't really had any problems with the service. The food is still pretty good price, and the staff works together correctly, you'll get your food almost faster than you can pay for it. But sometimes it seems like the staff struggle to properly work together, but it just depends on when you come. They tend to work better when it's not as busy, and when the lunch rush comes around, you might as well call it slow food. In conclusion, the food is good and the service varies. I'd give this place a 4/5. Certainly not the best mcdonald's, but not the worst.

This is currently my go-to McDonald's. The food and staff are still great, but the new renovation was a significant downgrade. Worse seating arrangements and seats, no fountain station for refills, etc... Did anyone actually think this through?
To Mr. “Uhh let me ask the manager” for every single little thing and couldn’t cancel or edit my order like be fr. I figured it out in the drive thru they should just put me in. The manager wasn’t even helpful either, she was just loud.
Before 4:00 in the morning, there appeared to be only one person actually working, running not only the drive-thru intercom and cashiering ,but, also, finishing my drink order by adding the whipped cream and caramel. The person who made it was obviously too busy doing something else, because while I ordered caramel, the drink I was given was mocha frappe. It was the only thing I ordered! Kudos to the lady apparently working by herself. Now, I know why, when I was the only person in the drive-through, I had to wait to place my order. She was obviously the only one really working.

The young man who took our order was phenomenal. One star. The food was hot and tasty. Another star. No line. Last star. The ladies at the end botched our order and then gave us grief over a medium fry because they didn't know how to read a receipt. Maybe one time deal, but one lady was downright rude and held her hand in our face and we tried to explain THEIR receipt to Her.

There were some Homeless people hanging outside and inside asking for this s from the staff. You can tell the manager was so aggravated with the situation since they wouldn't take No for a answer. With the new remodeling process that they finish right there the one on 38th Ave. the new McDonald's that will the remodel one they forgot what important thing for the women so our personal hygiene they have no bins where we put our sanitary napkins in and there was no trashcan in the new bathrooms so when you get finished watching your hands, there is the air machine but if you had women knows what I mean when I say personal sanitation pants, there's nowhere involved to put them nowhere. Probably put it in your p purse take it home. That's why I rated the way. I did at three because I think that they did not consider the women when they remodels the bathroom. Go take a look at it like I did. I was kind of shocked.
This is a pretty good location, I always order on the app and the drive thru moves fast. But the last two times I've ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel during breakfast hours on the app, they've given me a sausage, egg and cheese bagel instead.
3/11/19 NO AM SERVICE 😣 This AM, when ordering from menu drive thru staff responce with attitude was, I can't do this that and that no I can Not start up that machine. No Lattes or drinks on menu using machines to make. Machine Not Awake Yet... 😁 And Before AM visits 2 as of late. Very organized in out fast..... Not..I take that back. 😞 ...Rude in AM. The food was good and came out fast but when me and my mom ordered our mcflurrys it took forever and there was barely any customers here.
The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the people are nice. The staff is extremely slow while you're waiting for your food or even just to get rung up they are busy chatting with each other and not paying attention to the customers. The bathroom was relatively clean they did not have any hand towels. The food was typical McDonald's food. Like I said before the staff was not rude they were nice but definitely not taking care of their customers in an efficient manner.

Horrible experience! Went in for lunch & to use the app which is glitchy at best. Kiosk had an issue went to the counter. It didn't process my reward I was overcharged. When the manager came over, she was rude, unhelpful, told me to watch my attitude when I was not the one rude or angry...she was. The man standing next in line said she was the one with an attitude. I will not be back. When management doesn't treat the customers with respect, how can the staff?
I go through the drive-thru usually in the evening. It must be me but every time I go there is a delay getting my order. Once I place the order, I spend a minimum of 7-8 minutes in line before getting my order. One time, it was 15 minutes! The system seems to work better in the morning with less waiting time. Not the same priority at night.

Compared to all their McDonald's in the area this McDonald's consistently provides a poor experience. Missing items, incorrect orders. Cold food. It's unfortunate to pay the same price for far less quality.
I haven’t been in a McDonald’s in a long time and I have never been in this one, although I use their drive-through often. First off the play area is great however, I do not like the set up of this McDonald’s at all. It’s horrible. You can’t get extra napkins, you can’t get your salt and ketchup, you can't refill your drink, the place to put the garbage is very inefficient, at best. It says to put the tent on your table and they’ll bring the food out. They didn’t bring the food out. Some of the people had horrible attitudes some were OK. I live in the neighborhood. I will never come back to this McDonald’s. There are too many around the area to go to and so I will!
Been here plenty of times and used to work here. Went through the drive through after a long 13 hour shift to get a sandwich. Halfway through eating it I found a hair that didn’t belong to my boyfriend or I (we are both blondish and it was a mid length jet black hair) I called to inform as I was disgusted. And pat the night shift manager stated that I had to bring it in bc otherwise it’s my word and she can’t take that. Not in a polite manner she sounded rude and inconsiderate that I hadn’t just brung it back out of principle. I called about 3 minutes after I found it after being in shock and comparing it to mine and my bfs food. When I got to the store I asked for a refund she obliged but on the receipt stated “ didn’t want” as the reason for refund. Untrue. That’s appalling and disgusting. It looked like the other managers hair too. When or whatever the old Asian lady. She wasn’t wearing a hair net. I am disgusted and will not be eating here for a long time.
I don't understand where the disconnect is, but every time we've come here over the last 3 months, something is wrong. Today I used mobile ordering curbside. There was no drive thru line and it still took over ten minutes to get my order. I had to go inside to retrieve it because I thought something must have gone wrong with the transmission of the order. After waiting ten minutes, I definitely expected fresh fries at the very least, but instead they were limp and Tom temperature. There were way too many workers present for such slow and poor service while the restaurant was empty. That's my last try. I'll drive further for better service.

This used to be a five star review, but I have edited it. This McDonald’s location does provides much faster service than the fast food competition within several blocks, but the recent bad attitude and lack of care about what customers put in their mouths lowers this to one star. I would give this place zero stars if it were possible. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and a soft drink. The soft drink was great. The chicken sandwiches were both hanging out of the wrapper in the bag with wilted lettuce and mayo that had congealed into a clear gel instead of resembling mayonnaise. About 20 ketchup packets were slammed into the bag on top of the barely wrapped sandwiches. You can see how much or how little people care by the care with which they serve food, and this showed no care in my opinion. I guess this location has a surplus of ketchup packets too. I got these in the drive thru so I went inside and politely and quietly talked to the manager and the girl at the drive thru heard me and mocked me. The manager told her that I had heard her and not to do that. I wanted fresh lettuce. The girl in the drive thru mocked me on that too, “She wants fresh lettuce!” If that girl hates customers so much and hates serving food so much, she can clock out, leave, and never go back there, which would be a big favor to every customer who chooses pay the inflated prices for this food. The manager had the sandwiches made to order for me, and like magic, they were made the way they should have been although it took them about ten minutes to make them while nobody was in line. Customer service skills and attitude start with what people are taught at home. They start with how much that person cares about people. This place serves up nasty old food with an attitude of contempt. 0 stars. I can just go down the street to Culver’s. I can go to Wendy’s or Taco Bell. I can go just about anywhere without all this contempt and without receiving food that the Department of Agriculture would investigate them for serving.
i’ve been going in this place for I don’t know 20+ years and tonight for the first time they were gonna tell me how many condiments i.e. mayonnaise or ketchup I could have with my order. I said fine. Super rude!! We ordered 20 piece nuggets and requested sauce. We drove off and realized no sauce was provided so we circled the building and asked for sauce. A manager came to window and asked what we needed, I said sauce for nuggets she hands me one! Rarely do I make a negative review but the child working the drive-thru Wednesday August 16th around 5pm was completely rude and disrespectful to her costumers. Having her AirPods in so loud she couldn’t hear me talking to her, she had to take her AirPods out to ask me what I wanted. The store had no straws and when we asked if we could have a straw 2 employees rudely said they were out shouting it at us. Fries were not cooked. Will never be back.
Took 30 minutes to get our order even though the fries were fresh, the burger wasn’t fresh I didn’t found a hair in my fries. I called the manager she claims she couldn’t do nothing about it because I didn’t have a receipt though I place it through the mobile app, and then she hung up on me.
I rarely eat the McDonald’s. I was in a hurry. I went and got a big Mac. He gave me food poisoning. I was down for three days with diarrhea, vomiting everything else. When I went back to the store to share my experience with the manager, just in case others had had a problem, she blew me off, walked away, screaming at me in front of her customers. And the corporate McDonald’s organization has lied to me repeatedly that they’re gonna deal with it. They will poison you. This was in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Waited in drive through line for 30 minutes to order then they tell me cash only but they take card inside and refused to run my cc even though they could do it inside. Two customers and they are able to have 4 mistakes in the menu! When you require for what is missing, the angry waiter shouts on you and doubts as if we were lying until she reads the bill. Very unpleasant team management, and they don't care about the customers.
Waited 40 minutes no exaggeration because I got there at 11 and had to wait in line for 25 and then after paying they asked to wait out front so I waited another 15 minutes while I was asked 4 more times if something was my food which it wasn't. I've actually never had experience this bad anywhere else that left me that upset on how much time I wasted going to this McDonald's. The guy in charge didn't care and the employees didn't were trying to push counting the money off onto someone else.
Imagine ordering food through the app and they don't give you the food you ordered and then also don't give your money back. Seems illegal. Feels like theft. If you DO make an order here, make sure you use a credit card with insurance, so you can do a charge back if you need to.
They will argue about giving you the food you just paid for because they can't figure out the difference between a mobile order and in store.

I use thw drive through almost anytime I stop here for lunch. I have enjoyed many different McDonald's restaurants, but this one has me thinking I need to find a better choice for my quick meals when working. The burger ordered with no onions came out cold. I brought it back in, and the manager reordered the meal. He handed it to me and apologized, and as I hit my truck, I fund the same dry meat on the second one. I would not recommend this McDonald's on 4th Street and 38th Ave North. I used to enjoy the food, but it seems that the fries (ordered large, hot a medium in a large box) and the poor quality control have dropped as thw prices all rise.
Pick up uber eats on July 2 in the afternoon you have the rudest employee that work there. He is the biggest person there and you know who I am talking about. If he doesn't like his job get another one. I will never pick up from This location till you terminate this horrible person on your staff. This is bad service and do better McDonald's.

Every time I got a mcchicken from them , it literally made me sick. And every employee there could care less about any customer. I understand they do high volume but service is deplorable. I one time had to ask for my coffee to be made twice. On the second attempt is was made correctly *except for lite ice which was all on the ticket. I finally noticed a GM , of whom scolded publically the managers that said she wouldn’t remake the drink even made incorrectly, and remade the drink herself, with a condescending tone as if to suggest to me I was still somehow wrong even though they weren’t reading the ticket which clearly stated “3 sugar , 4 cream, vinella iced coffee Large with lite ice.” She put the ice on the side suggesting they would never again have to remake my coffee afterwards. I will commend her for reprimanding the other apathetic managers on duty , however for the completely wrong reason and falling short of the very same obscenity they were wrong for. I worked for McDonalds for 3 years in high school and college; and it was similarly a high volume one at that(dare I say higher volume than this one), and if I had shown that kinda attitude I would not have made it past day 3. I gave the ambience an extra start upgrade because at least they had a ballot for kids. But everything else needs quality improvements.

Workers and customer service is absolutely horrible. I understand people make mistakes but I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt by going a few times and every single time it’s a mess. Customers waiting more than 15 mins to order or get their food. Workers cussing at each other. Managers getting after their workers while customers are around. Workers giving attitude when you bring up that a mistake was made. Drive thru time is just as bad as the wait inside. Granted I know I don’t need to be eating this food regardless but sometimes it’s just easier (or at least supposed to be) I’ll take this as a sign to finally stop eating trash food 🥲😂
Person taking orders was skipping one of the lines. So when I pulled up to the window to give my order directly she told me I have to go back around and get in line or come inside. Plenty of other fast food to choose from in this area, so they just lost a regular (not that they care). 3 months later: Drove threw super early just for 1 damn coffee. The place was empty when I got there. I paid but no one was at the 2nd window. After 5 min I had to start yelling into the window for someone. By that time a long line had formed (at 5:15am). A lady finally came to the window and without saying a word, used the last of 2 pots to fill my coffee. It wasn't even hot. I'm done with this place for good.

This McDonald’s is a paradox. I used to tell everyone it was the best in St Pete, but somehow it has gone from best to almost worst. The atmosphere has become unpleasant.
I would come here two or three times a week. Lately since remodeling the service and quality of food has been horrible. They tried to charge me for a BBQ sauce the other day. I won't be going back. I'll go get a Publix sub before spending another dime at this McDoogles.
This place took 40mins to deliver two strawberry shakes and a medium fries on curbside. Ridiculous is a small word to mention as it suppose to come out in 5mins as we did not ask any thing tricky or a miracle to make these ready to eat things.
This McDonald's quality and service have really gone downhill. When they manage to get orders right the food is nasty from sitting under heat lamps all day. This location is supposed to be open 24hrs. It is not. I have been there at 11 pm and all of the lights were on and you could see people still in the kitchen but all of the doors were locked and the drive-thru was blocked by traffic cones. This has happened to me 3 times. The staff at this location all have bad attitudes and act inconvenienced by you placing an order. I think that the staff are closing this location whenever they feel like it and the owner is none the wiser. Stay away from this location or you will regret it.

Waited in the drive thru 40 minutes for my food. The younger lady at the second window was cool but the older lady with the ponytail and glasses started giving me attitude. I don’t expect good service at McDonald’s but there’s no reason to get disrespectful. Don’t come to this McDonald’s unless you want to wait in line for 40 minutes and get a bad attitude from some of the workers. The food was pretty good though.
Bad customer service. Made me wait over on side of drive trhough when line was empty. Rude people. All of them broken screen in drive through also. Bad store. Mostly always has been.
Horrible customer Service just called to report an issue with the order 2x because they were too busy to answer the phone gave my autistic son something he was allergic to that was not asked for couldn't even handle my issue now because they were too busy Absolutely done with this location Rude as can be too had to get my number i mean come on sandwiches loose in a bag from Inept wrapping fries in a busted container My sons fries missing letting me nearly drive off without my drink we had to back up in the drive thru to get it this order should be redone without conflict. My son cannot eat what you put on his receipt for his side item its true Ineptitude at its finest and really beyond rude the way this was handled
Came in & ordered a few things. Sat down & the manager came out & had a attitude with me for no reason. She told me I couldn't have my e bike next to me & told her crew that the next time I come in not to take my order if I have my e bike with me.wow I can't understand why this lady would treat me this way. Seriously avoid the mcds at all costs. Everytime I’ve been it takes forever. Poorly managed. I prefer the mcds on 62nd Ave N.
I came thru the drive through and went to place my order and the girl that was taking orders was rude and had a attitude so I would recommend not going to this location
Ordered whatcwecthoughtvwas a oatmeal & fruit bowl. What we got was a cup of raw oatmeal in lukewarm water.
I’ve e never been treated as rudely as I was at this McDonalds. I know it’s not a five star restaurant but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Never coming back. Ever.
Terrible customer service. First of all, there was no staff at the counter, and we had to call and knock several times to get someone to come. Secondly, this establishment has an offer where you can enter your receipt number on their website and writing a review about McDonald's. If you do this, you will receive a code that you write on the receipt, and you will have the opportunity to receive a prize that you win. However, they don't give out prizes to everyone. Two separate people made two separate orders, one online and one at the counter, a week earlier, and both completed the survey, spending their time. But they decided to give the opportunity to participate in the promotion to only one person, and instead of explaining the reason for this discrimination, they were rude and flatly refused, while being rude in raised voices, adding among themselves that this receipt is from today and it's not a receipt at all (although it's the only thing they issued for online orders) and that we found it somewhere, even though they could have checked it first before slandering us. Perhaps it depends on the shift, but today the service was terrible. First, they tried to ignore us, then they were rude like nowhere else. I am writing this review so that people who value their nerves avoid this establishment.
Who ever was managing the pick up window on 02/28 at 2am needs to fired! They let three cars go ahead of me and never once attempted to take my order. Had to bang on the window to finally get someone attention, only for them to mess up my simple order. I ordered two value meal sandwiches, how do you mess that up when there was no else left in line after me. And to top it off, after I see all the employees chilling in the dining room talking…like no wonder you didn’t see me waiting, no one is paying attention.

Came by Christmas night. They allowed people to sit in the drive through for 30 minutes just to tell them to go inside. Each and every car, waiting for a response, wasting everyone’s time, just because they didn’t want to step outside and put a sign on the drive through window. Maybe 3 people staffed tonight & now I’ve been waiting over an hour for food. Should’ve stopped online orders and tended to people that came to the actual store. Manager should’ve done better to prepare.
This place is incredibly slow, the line is never that long but you wait forever for food that is just wrong and not what you ordered

cant say how the food was because it never came . ordered inside. one other person there on sunday around 12:15. sat down with my number and waited 15-20 minutes , No food .No service. Walked up to the counter with reciept and table number. No one they could see me from the back. Still no food or service. Left with no food or service. 11 bucks (rounded up) for nothin
Staff made me wait for minutes with no line at the drive through because they were socializing and fooling around. Then get my order and all they do is stick their arm out the window with the bag no acknowledgement while they are joking and fooling around and on top of it my order was incorrect. Will not be going back.
Usually my experience with this location is good, fresh food, pretty standard service. Tonight was very different. I found a huge piece of plastic in my burger. As someone who works in a restaurant, I struggle to understand how this even happens. Immediately lost my apppetite, called the store and they said they couldn’t refund the order until the next morning because they didn’t know how. While this is usually my go to location, it’s going to be hard to forget an experience like this.
I was here at 7pm. The older lady at the front is beyond expectations for mcdonalds I wish I had her name. The woman with big lashes running the line has zero skills beyond barking orders. If it wasn't for my 11yr old daughter with a eating disorder id never go back, this is all shell eat when she does eat. Was missing a mcdouble and when I parked to go inside I realized I forgot to add another fry. The woman upfront said I was missing the mcdouble to which the lash woman said what order I said app order she rolled her eyes I have alot of app orders I then said which order number she said I dont know what was on that order what did you order? As I began to describe the whole order she started screaming over me mcdouble let's go. I hope to never run into her again. I had a bad enough day I didnt want to end my day with some rude woman that hates her job.
This place has the most ignorant workers, they just stand there while I'm waiting for my food for a half hour. When you try to get there attention they just annoy you a bunch of ignorant individuals

Stopped to get my nephew a burger the lady who answers the phone is old and miserable I said you guys as in McDonald’s …. Apparently the fatigue is real …. And you guys is offensive this is the 4th time the mess up is sandwich it just shows the level of intelligence that’s going on here if you can’t even read no mustard extra onions very simple. It is the only thing that’s written on the ticket. I think they give you a check if you cannot comprehend stay out of the customer service field if you hate your customers it’s not our fault you are angry about your low wage
this place sucks, the workers there don't care about mobile orders one bit. I ask for mayo on my burger, and they forget to put mustard and put twice as much mayo. It's over-priced and underflavored crap food and the employees only make it worse by getting a simple order wrong.
I placed my order through the mobile app, then sat in curbside for 15 minutes. When the app told me to enjoy and have a great day I thought maybe my food would come out soon it never did so I went inside. I stood there for about 10 minutes before some guy said are you here for a curbside when I said yes he said it'll be right out as I watched him walk outside and light a cigarette. I then stood there for another 5/10 minutes before yelling I cant wait anymore can I get a refund. A lady looked right at me then turned around and ignored me. I ended up leaving with out my food or a refund.
I know it’s hard to find quality employees in today’s world, but everyone one from the manager down to the lady bagging the fries was extremely unprofessional, rude, had zero customer service when my son and I went inside to eat on our last visit. Took almost 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 fries with a drink and it took me going to the counter to ask for an update on my order for them to even start making it. No sorry or anything. That was with zero people in the lobby. Corporate needs to take a hard look at this location because it’s always constant issues and it starts with management. Shame!
The weeknight night shift manager at this location always closes the lobby to delivery drivers. While we may not be direct customers, we represent your customers, and letting us wait inside benefits everyone by keeping the drive-thru clear and speeding service for all. Other locations keep their lobbies open, and I’ve noticed the weekend crew here does too, resulting in shorter lines and faster orders. During the week, though, the drive-thru gets backed up, delaying both delivery and in-person customers. I hope the owner reconsiders this policy.
I was trying to place and order when the there were two people like at me laugh and continue doing what they were doing which was playing laughing instead of taking orders. JONATHAN THE MANGER WAS PLAYING ON HIS PHONE . It was a young black girl I can remember her name. in and help and stepped up to the plate and took initiative in taking care of the customer. However Jonathan was the manager he was planning on this phone several times and did not wash his hands and I said I would turn him in to the health department for not washing your hands and you're serving customers it's unprofessional. It was the girl to the right that took my order. But I wasn't a happy camper.
I went through the drive thru and did a mobile order took a little second with is no problem but when taking that long then forgetting items I paid for and other items I had is very unacceptable get home to show the kids the new mcd sauses and they want to not put it in the bag trying be stingy with the sause!!! 40 nuggets 3 sauses come on
Dont come here. They smashed my burger. Refused to give me sauce for the 2 orders of nuggets that I had. The young lady at the first window was nice the 2nd chunky girl with pink hair was extremely rude. Rolled her eyes to speak to her manager about sauce who I hear in the back being foul mouthed about giving me sauce. She proceeded to give me 3 then when asked for 1 more she rolled her eyes again. Maybe the lack of people skills and leadership is why this McDonald's has such low reviews. No surprise. Be better.
Customer service is terrible. I was charged for a happy meal and I asked for a number 6 just to be charged just for the sandwich and a sweet tea. Now the church bells were going off when I did my order but the lady with the rotten teeth at the drive thru handing out food was very rude when I said I order the 6. She said that’s what she charge you for if you want the fry it’s an additional charge. So basically I was charged extra for fries. No names were provided and no adjustments were made.
