Solid banh mi at an incredible price. And the workers were so amazingly kind. I was in and out in under 2 minutes. This place is takeout only.

Food quality is great. Price is like stepping back in time to 2004. Highly recommend this spot.

The food was ok. The milk tea was really good. The only thing that I got sad from here is that customer service is not good. 😕. I was so hungry and I had to wait around 15-20 minutes more just to get a milk tea 🧋. I paid for the order and waited while people who were behind me were leaving with their order and I was still there waiting. I felt as if everyone was already leaving and I was there still waiting. When they finally made my milk tea i noticed it only took about 1 minute to make, maybe less😒😅. In my head I was like what in the world!! 🌎 🤣🤯. They made me wait hundreds of thousands of years... just to see them make a milk tea in less than a minute. My stomach was crying a river. 😭. It was already past my lunch break by 1 hour and my stomach was fighting over the left over crumbs of empty food in the stomach 😢. Even though they also forgot to put a spoon in my plate I manage to improvise and eat it. I give them 5 stars because my stomach was happy drinking that milk tea. Super happy. Omg my favorite 😍. That made everything better. I hope they can better serve their customers better. Thank you. I appreciate it.

im in the area for Jury Duty and was in seacrh for boba and found this place. everything was very good price! love the freshly made eggrolls for only 80cents each. their big steam bun is only 2.5, their boba are 3.5 and up. will definitely come back when im in the area

They do large party platters also. They offer coffees, teas, and bobas also. All around good place for sandwiches and drinks.

Great mom and pop shop. Got 2 tasty sandwiches, and a very strong iced coffee, I recommend, the price is good, they are not over charging. The fresh baguette was light and soft inside and crispy outside, but not hard like other places that cut the roof of your mouth. Pork was flavorful and tender. Veggies were fresh and crunchy. That special mayo and pate are an umami bomb

Don’t be dismayed by this seemingly run down facade… the food here is far by the best! They have canteen style no frills take away only. Bobas are good especially the Taro and priced at 3.5 USD. The Banh -mi are tasty too! They make their own bread. One day, there’s a shrimp in the menu and for one order of it - almost 11 dollars , I got humongous 14 pieces of shrimp with ginger strips and capsicum. That’s the most affordable shrimp I had. They also sell typical Vietnamese bites like broken rice, spring rolls, and sweet sesame balls. Menus do change though. I came back last Friday and my shrimpies were not there. Definitely a must go to !

This place has such good food for cheap prices! I was in and out so quickly and the food is so good. I'm glad there's still a place where you can get good food for cheap! And the people were so friendly.

Hiep Thanh sandwich shop next door to the Hiep Thanh market is pretty decent. Employees are helpful. They have a good selection of Vietnamese bahn mi sandwiches and other dishes. They also have a good selection of desserts, too. Their bahn mi's are good. Got some coconut and pandan jello pretty tasty and a fresh durian smoothie with boba so damn good. Also, I had their pandan drink with fruits it was delicious. Overall, it was a great spot for a delicious sandwich and dessert. We will definitely be back.

Food here is always great, and I love to recommend this place. However, if you go, expect a bit of a wait for your food. Went in and waited 5 mins just to order- there was only one person in front of me who had already paid and received her food. That lady and the cashier simply took their good time talking.

You don't have to deal with the RUDE CASHIERS that apparently don't know where anything is. Drove out here specifically for this place so the attitude I got didn't help when I had questions. There isn't some place right outside the doorstep like in Vietnam.

The staff were friendly but short, with little interaction. The Strawberry smoothie I had was surprisingly delicious though and only 3.99. Unfortunately, there is no place to sit and enjoy, so consider it take out only. I haven't had a chance to try the other fair, but I probably will return to give it a shot since it looked delicious.

it was the worse awful atmosphere i came to, they don’t know how to provide service without talking in a different language when their irritated, they make it so obvious when they don’t want to take somebody order, never coming here ever again!!
