My family and I love going to Wetzel pretzels every time we go to the mall. This time was extra special because the ladies working were offering samples and we tried some pretzels we never had before. Vivian, Leonor, and Melanie were amazing. Friendly smiles and very welcoming. The place was clean and the pretzels were perfection nice and warm and super tasty. Definitely will be going again!

No wetzel's pretzels ever asked me if i want any sauce drizzled on the pretzel bitz but this one did!!so cool! not that I need it, they are for my kids anyway but little thing usually gives big impact in some people who appreciate it!Keep up they awesome work guys!😊

The workers were friendly and greeted me with a smile, which is rare these days, so I appreciated that. The pretzel with pepperoni and jalapeño was fresh and delicious. It's just expensive! $12.16 for the pretzel and small soda.

Too expensive

On 09/11/24 at around 3:02 we went to buy some bags of the bites and the cashier had the worst costumer service. When we went there and got to the front lady seemed annoyed for no reason. She did not greet us, we asked a question and it seemed like she didn’t even want to answer us, we were just asking if she had bigger sizes this other lady ended up answering for her. After that we just order two bags she told us the price put the card in and she just turned around without telling us anything if the payment went through or to removed the card. My grandma told her if she had put salt on them as she got plain ones but she looked annoyed about it. She gave us our bags and receipt we said thank you and she didn’t say anything. I think costumer service is important in a place as it represents the place. Not sure if she was having a bad day but the is not costumer’s fault specifically if we are not rude. I really hope this places fixes their costumer service as they do have great food.

There was a hair in my pizza bites & they said I couldn’t change it because the pizza bites didn’t have the hair when I clearly dropped it infront of the young lady trying to show her the hair & on top of that they refused to exchange my food & there was a nasty curly hair & ON TOP OF THE MANGER WAS RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL & the girl working w the food has a loose braid not even a high a bun A LOOSE BRAID, DO BETTER WETZEL PRETZELS. The customer is always right.

i was inland mall this saturday. the manager accusing me that i was recorded one the employees and I feel really embarrassed. caming for over 15 years to this place . never coming back again to this place i was take in picture cuz i was taking to my my girlfriend she was asking me were i was and tell her and i went to by another drink that’s when manager told me what’s doing she didn’t know what I was doing. I was talking to my girlfriend… fill so embarrassing like she’s tell like non a nice way.. she could’ve asked me before she was acting like this

Just had a bad experience ! I ordered a almond pretzel and the cashier asked me oh ok a almond crunch or something like that ,idk the difference ,so I said yea .she charged me and brought me back some little bites ,I told another cashier that I ordered a pretzel and the cashier who helped me first replied in Spanish (witch I understand as well) ) “that’s what she ordered ,I even asked if she wanted drizzle and she said no)” so I replied in Spanish to her saying that I asked her for a pretzel and I was not aware she was mentioning another item I didn’t recognize . My Point is that my ordered was changed to a pretzel in a rude way !!!!but they refused to give me my charge difference ,as the manager (Imelia or idelia) asked me but did she repeat your order ,??? I said I asked for a pretzel and she told me almond crunch so I just said yes ,but my order was not incorrect ,it was mistake .the manager said ,well I can’t return ur money , do you want a dip,I said NO (because I had bought a dip already) she said well it’s policy I can’t give your money back with an attitude . So I told her well it wasn’t my mistake so I want my change ,and with a nod in her head (no eye contact) anymore she mumbled (only this time I guess) and gave me my change back , as she walked away mumbling to her co workers something . Honestly if it’s a mistake you don’t give the customer an attitude . I even said thank you ad she just walked away . Horrible manager .bad example to the workers
