Un lugar en dónde vas más allá que a comer, es toda una experiencia, lugar cómodo con su aire acondicionado que en San Blas se agradece, las atenciones que se reciben por el personal Pero sobretodo por LA CHEF BETTY VÁZQUEZ es extraordinaria. Todo lo que pidas lleva un toque especial y delicioso.

Nos hospedamos en el hotel, desde recepción el servicio es excelente. El restaurante es muy bueno, desayunamos ahí todos los días. La carta no es demasiado amplia pero con eso tienes para elegir. El servicio es excelente, atienden muy rápido, aunque haya gente. Los platillos bastante bien servidos y muy buen sabor. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Definitivamente la comida refleja el amor de la chef por lo que hace, platillos perfectamente equilibrados y con gran sabor!

Un restaurante muy bonito, una decoración excepcional, una comida deliciosa de mucha calidad y un servicio muy atento. Si visitan San Blas es un punto obligado, 100% recomendable.

No todos los días podemos disfrutar de una buena cocina 🧑‍🍳 y en esta ocasión no podemos pasar de largo sin felicitar la labor del Chef, platillos únicos y deliciosos. Y si eres de aquellos que siempre les daban agua de frutas en la comida. Dios un agua de ciruela y un agua lichi que van a amar. Muy bien por Restaurante Bar el Delfín. Regresaremos.

The experience is definitely good from the service, always very attentive, to the arrival of the food. Each of the dishes has an incredible balance and use of flavors. I am surprised by the use of spice at every stage, from the starter to the dessert, achieving a balance between the ingredients without comparison. The flavors are present and you can appreciate them perfectly, without one overpowering the other. However, what really makes it classify it as excellent is the approach we had with Chef Betty at the end of the meal. Being able to talk to a person with so much life experience and such a great soul and aura makes food take a backseat. Having a human and deep conversation with her, who spoke to us from within and gave us advice from her experience, in addition to listening to us from a personal perspective, turns the experience of talking with her into something that transcends the culinary.

A very pleasant afternoon, the food was delicious, the oriental aguachile is something else, a combination of flavors that delight the palate; the shrimp in dry shrimp mole, the mole itself is totally the star of the dish, 5 stars and excellent service.. the coffee flan 🤯 I could eat it all the time, definitely my favorite dessert from now on. The staff also provides excellent service and is attentive all the time, something that is appreciated, definitely it has become one of our favorite restaurants in the state, we will return often.

Lovely and delicious. We started with the octopus aperitivo. Our entrees were the seafood relleno and shrimp in mole. The preparation and flavors were artistic and satisfying. Bravo to the chef.

The food was exquisite!!! We went for dinner. We reserved a table for three people to enjoy New Year's Eve dinner. The dinner was a three-course meal. For the starter, I chose the first option, which was a beet salad with citrus supremes and honey vinaigrette. For the main course, I opted for the second option: shrimp in white wine with creamy pesto rice and mushrooms with fennel oil. For dessert, I had an apple tart with brandy and vanilla ice cream. And to drink, a pitcher of lychee water. I was fascinated by the decor. On the table, there was a beautiful but particularly unusual little glass vase, unique in itself. They were using it as a mini candle holder. I asked if they could give it to me, sell it to me, or tell me where they had bought them, but they couldn't give me any exact or clear information. We had a very pleasant time. The restaurant staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it if you visit San Blas. Congratulations to Executive Chef Betty Vázquez González and her entire kitchen team for an excellent dinner. Thank you!

It's a beautiful place without being too ostentatious, with delicious food. I went there because it's Chef Betty's. It looks like a simple hotel restaurant, both in appearance and even in the menu. The difference is that the dishes stand out for their more special ingredients, and almost all of them will feature seafood (which is very relevant on the beach). Coming from Guadalajara, I'm used to gourmet restaurants being as much about appearance as food, and I think many complaints come from that. When we ordered food, the entire table loved it. From the fish broths, the varied casserole, and a fruity mole (which tastes different from the typical mole), everything was exceptional and delicious. The chef came to the table, and I'll remember what she said: "Food should satisfy not only the stomach, but also the heart. How are you feeling?"

Servicio excelente 👌 👍 Lugar muy bonito (Me agrado muchísimo el aroma a flores) Es un lugar donde literalmente te sientes apapachado y como si estuvieras en la casa de tu abuelita esperando a que te haga algo rico de comer. La comida es rica sin embargo puede mejorar mucho en sazón. Siento que hay platos que levantan muchísimo y otros que dejan mucho que desear. Es un lugar relativamente caro la verdad sea dicha para algunos alimentos en general y bueno les recomiendo mucho el pato en chipotle a la miel que creo yo, es mi comida favorita del lugar. Honestamente hay platos que no valen el precio. Una persona sola puede gastarte entre 500 a 700 pesos. Por eso no le doy las 5 estrellas.

El servicio es el esperado, los precios son bajos y la calidad es buena, si te gusta experimentar nuevos sabores es el indicado, el pulpo me sorprendió con su propuesta

This is the restaurant of Chef Betty, a former judge on MasterChef Mexico. I only recommend this place for lunch. The food is delicious. The seafood soup is delicious, the pasta is delicious, and the vanilla ice cream with pineapple and a cookie for dessert is delicious. The service is good, not extraordinary; the place is nice and clean. But for breakfast, I wouldn't recommend it. Very poor! French toast made with sad white Bimbo bread. I ordered poached eggs, and they gave me two poached eggs with nothing on them, except a half-heated slice of Bimbo bread, not a single parsley leaf for garnish, or avocado, or anything else. For a chef's restaurant, the breakfasts are sad.

I think you're buying into the experience and appreciating the signature cuisine. The concept is fantastic, the fusion and presentation. Personally, I thought it needed more salt, but that's easily fixed, and I think that's the point. The dessert was delicious, no complaints. We ordered a pizza that wasn't on the "gourmet" menu, and it was terrible. The crust was so hard you couldn't even separate the slices; we practically left half of it. You can't compare its price (much higher) or its flavor (more fusion) with the ramadas and other small restaurants along the riverfront—they have different concepts and tastes. In short, it's worth checking out.

It was good, but not great. I think that when you arrive at a place and they tell you it's from Chef Betty, "the one from Master Chef," your expectations really rise. For me, it was like any other breakfast, and a bit expensive, though!

El lugar es bonito, el aroma a flores produce una linda sensación. La Sra de la recepción del restaurante es muy amable y atenta. Iba a conocer a la chef Betty, pregunte por ella y el mesero me dijo muy grosero que no podía. 😞 Creo que sería buena atención que saliera a saludar ya que varios fuimos solo a conocerla. La cena de noche buena me gustó mucho, las peras al vino fueron mi platillo favorito.

Me emocioné por visitar el restaurante de la chef Betty, siendo fan de Master Chef Mexico por años!!! Y quedé un tanto desilusionada😑. La comida es buena, pero no es nada sobresaliente. Lo único muy bueno fue el pastel de chocolate con salsa de naranja, delicioso, ah el agua de lichi también está rica. El lugar se ve/siente algo anticuado y no ofrece ninguna experiencia fuera de lo común. La atención fue regular, los meseros parecían muy presumidos y no fueron tan atentos. El costo por persona va desde MX$500, si buscan algo notable como yo, ahórrense la vuelta.

Cantidad en alimentos no coincide con precio. Poco alimento para el costo. Sabor realmente me dejo por esperar más. Acudimos por el hecho de conocer el restaurante de la chef bety, pero nos deja mucho que desear su presentación y su sabor.

We went with high expectations but were deeply disappointed. The dishes were tasteless, the portions were very small, and the presentation was very poor. Nothing out of the ordinary. The prices were high. Dishes with fancy names but very basic and ordinary ingredients. The saying "Make a name for yourself and go to sleep" is perfectly true here. Not worth going.

Esperaba algo mejor desgraciadamente la comida estaba agria, salada y el plato principal .....pues una pérdida total de tiempo de dinero pues no vayan.

Si tienen la oportunidad de acudir a este restaurante, desaprovéchenla. No hay nada sobresaliente. El sabor de los platillos el que mejor, lo considero bueno. El sin sabor de la comida solo es opacado por la ausencia total de emplatado, no despierta ganas de quererte comer ese platillo. Los postres no tienen ningún punto positivo a comentar, es mejor comerse un pan de elote bañado en lechera que venden en una palapa a cualquiera de ellos. El único punto destacable fue la atención, los meseros muy atentos y amables. Y olvidaba comentar los precios, siendo objetivos los precios no non descabellados, si los platillos valieran la pena, pero de verdad para el sabor y calidad que ofrecen el precio es alucinante. Ojalá este restaurante sea rescatado por algún chef de calidad.

Fui porque es el restaurante de la chef Betty, esperaba un desayuno promedio pero delicioso y NADA QUE VER. Insípido y nada nada de buen sabor. Osea la chef no va a estar ahi cocinando todo pero pues al menos dejarles recetas ricas.. decepcionante

Mucho mucho mucho que desear.... No hay nada sobresaliente, mas que los precios (Precios absurdos e incongruentes de acuerdo a porción y sabor). No lo recomiendo, buscan comer algun platillo Rico, vallan a "El Estero" !!!! Dejo mucho que desear!!!!

El lugar es bonito pero esta Malisimo y caro, nada recomendable

Nada recomendable, esperaba más en la presentación y el sabor. Pedí un omelette de jamón con cheddar, esperando pedir algo más después, pero con eso fue suficiente para la decepción. La presentación, pareció de huevo revuelto con flojera, los frijoles sabían a manteca y mucha sal. El pan de naranja, muy sin chiste; lo único bueno fue el café que si sabía tal cual. El servicio tampoco es bueno, me atendieron sin ganas... Nada que ver con lo que se dice en televisión o las referencias en páginas.
