I ordered home delivery again, this time for the Tigelia pizza (mozzarella, pistachio pesto, chopped pistachios, mortadella, and burrata). Delivery was on time with excellent home delivery service. The pizza was very topped, cooked just right, and looked inviting. However, the almost Neapolitan-style dough was a bit rubbery, heavy, and had too much of a yeasty flavor both times. Furthermore, on the second pizza, the fries were soft and not fried, and the pizza itself was almost burnt, perhaps due to an attempt to overcook the fries. It's a shame, especially considering the prices are generally high. I'll definitely order again because I saw good potential and the ingredients were top-notch, and I hope to be able to add a fifth star!

They aren't very punctual with deliveries, but they make up for it with the pizza. It arrives hot Excellent dough The tomato sauce isn't acidic Good ingredients Personally, I think it's the best takeout pizzeria in Pontex Plus, the pizza delivery guys are courteous.

The pizza was quite good but the delivery took 40 minutes longer than expected... unfortunately, they weren't punctual.

If the rating were just for the pizza, it would definitely be higher. But unfortunately, I am ALWAYS, and I mean ALWAYS, late with deliveries.

The pizza is excellent, but the problem arises when ordering. The order taker has poor service, talking over the customer's head, and also making him feel sick every time. It's a shame because the pizza is truly excellent, and despite this problem, I always order it there. If this small flaw were fixed, it would truly be the best pizzeria in Pontedecimo, if not in Genoa.

Pizzas arrived early but with the onion not requested (I didn't say anything because I like it) and with the salt sachet under the pizza... I don't think I'll order it again

Horrible experience, ordered at 6:30 PM, arrived at 9:00 PM Terrible service, disgusting pizza, the onion was thrown on top, almost whole, and it wasn't even cooked. Wasted money and wasted pizza, never again.

Unfortunately, one evening my favorite pizzeria was closed, so encouraged by the reviews, I ordered from this pizzeria. I ordered a cheese focaccia (which was edible, all things considered) and a red pizza with stracchino cheese, onion, and ham. The red stracchino cheese with onion and mushrooms arrived, but it was inedible. I also ordered a Coke to drink, which arrived hot, and lastly, I asked for a POS terminal by phone, which they obviously didn't bring. The only positive note was that when I called them to tell them about the mix-ups, they apologized and wanted to make amends. I was the one who stopped them because, honestly, I was no longer hungry.

I'm giving it one star, but if I could, I'd give it zero. We ordered four pizzas on a Wednesday at 7:30... they arrived at 8:30 without even apologizing. Out of four pizzas, two were wrong, and three ingredients were missing. It's a shame because the pizza itself is good, but this is just shameful! And this isn't the first time, they've always been late.

Pizza ordered at 8:15 PM, arrived at 8:45 PM. The complimentary Moretti pizza broke in transit. The pizzas were crumpled in the cardboard box, looked like they'd been vomited, and they weren't even that good. Never again!
