Tip: If ordering ramen, be aware that the broth amount may be a bit little compared to the noodles. The fries are surprisingly good and a large portion.

Tomo Noodles & Dumplings San Clemente Reviews
Johnathan was on the awesome! For our family of 4 with 2 young men it was a hit. Lots of food! The taste was on point too! Gotta try the Tomo Fries.
Tomo Ramen noodles are very delicious, especially the broth. However, the amount of broth is a bit little compared to the noodles, so it feels too thick.
Everything is amazing, service, staff quality, proportions, value. Travel 4 hours to come here and it’s always worth it.
We had a Tonkotsu ramen and salmon rice bowl! Very tasty and served in a quickly time manner

Absolutely delicious!! Got the Ramen, Salmon Bowl and they were kind enough to make a children’s ramen custom!! Amazing service and friendly staff. Really cool manager that knows the food inside out. I would return and recommend Tomo when in San Clemente.
Food is over the top. Atmosphere very casual "fast foodish". Ordered the fries just for the heck of it and OMG, they were incredible and a huge portion as well. I ordered the house ramen, which was exceptional, best I've ever had. I forget what my wife ordered, but she is normally very picky and she loved what she got. I normally don't post after a meal just because you kind of expect a decent meal all the time , but Tomo is above beyond.....
After seeing a matinee at the outlet we walked out to pouring rain and into this lovely ramen place where we placed an order of ramen, we got the fried rice and steam dumplings along with the shoyu ginger ramen. The guy at the front was so delightful and the food was ready quickly. We dashed home and began eating the delicious food. I can’t wait to go back!!!!!!

Loved the service! Each of the staff was so warm and polite. And I ordered vegetarian ramen here. It was sooo delicious! Loved the food and service and would recommend everyone to try it once. That is all you need!
It was just the two of us. We had two bowls of ramen and some beans — tasty and reasonably priced. The place was rather quiet, likely because the outlet wasn’t very busy.

The pineapple Boba drink was so good! I also got the Teriyaki Rice Bowl & the Spicy Garlic Edamame. They were both delicious. The atmosphere could use a little work. It felt kinda sticky and dirty in there.

READ THE REVIEWS! We did not, unfortunately, and suffered. This is not what you would expect from the name but serves Ramen, Rice Bowls and Boba Tea... so what could go wrong? Well, in short, almost everything. The teriyaki bowl rice was mushy, the veggies overcooked, the salmon way too big and dry, and the sauce tasted weird. The Tonkotsu Ramen broth was rather tasteless, and the shoyu egg was completely overcooked - one of the grave ramen sins. The fries, edamame, Boba and Fruit Tea were ok. The food quality might have been ok for a fast food joint with half the price, but not in this setting and with this price. Why two stars? The kids liked it, and were happy. The adults were not. Will not got again and recommend to avoid.
I wish I read the the reviews before eating here. I got the pork chasu bowl and while the pork itself was good, there was barely any of it. 2/3 of the dish was rice, so each bite was just like a forkful of plain white flavorless rice. There were more steamed veggies than pork and barely any sauce. Pretty disappointed. The man who took my order and served me was so nice though and provided great service so I gave an extra star for that. But I won't be coming back.

There is no flavor in the broth. The crispy wontons where very good, but not the ramen. I'm curious as to why this place is still open. No matter how much sriracha you put, it doesn't do it justice. The dumplings came out almost cold, it's like the people coming do not care. It only makes me wonder...
This place should be closed. Not worth every penny. My husband ordered pineapple mojito but tasted half water with flower it's just bad. Our noodle soup was worst.. soggy and the ingredients were not freshly cook ( frozen ). Spent $70 + tip 😭😭💩

I didn’t get a chance to order I waited ten minutes they saw me waiting but didn’t call on me, I asked couple times they didn’t even look at me the r’udest people I d I’ve met , every one was Asian maybe that’s why I didn’t get served . Horrendous service!!!!!!!
One of the works was mad my kids were making noise. They were not being bad It was way over priced and it's frozen vegetables. The teriyaki chicken was the only good item I could say was worth even eating. Complete waste of 70 bucks. And the spicy edemame was not even good. Noodles were plain and dry. I expected alot more
very disappointing dining experience - we ordered Tomo ramen, katsu bowl, steam chicken dumplings. Tomo ramen was 4/10 - edible. Just a little better than instant ramen in a cup. Better because there were two pieces of char siu park and the egg was decent. Katsu bowl was 0.5/10. It was a bowl of rice with frozen veggies (soggy carrots and green beans, veggies that would never been served with a katsu bowl). Rice was sub par, sticking together. The katsu has nearly no meat, all batter. The sauce is something along the lines of spicy sweet ketchup. The dumplings came as a dish of 3 sad soggy dumplings that were flavorless without soy sauce. I feel bad writing such at terrible review since the employees were so nice. Whoever was doing the purchasing should get better dumplings. The bowls were inedible and really really be reinvented. Ramen is tolerable.
Food tasted like it was reheated from the store and a soft boiled egg was somehow sour
Have tried coming here 3 different times to eat while at the outlets this past year... Each time the kids working there said the kitchen is closed. At the longest it was up to two hours from when the restaurant hours said they were supposed to close. The last time they gave me a rude response with an attitude when I was confused about why the kitchen was closed so far from their closing time and mentioned this is the third time. There was three kids talking to themselves behind the counter on the night of 10/29. All three seemed very bothered we had interrupted them from their conversation and time spent doing nothing. The one with neck tattoo’s gave us a really mean look. After reading the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t ever eat here and will never be coming back.
Great service. Food was less than meh. The rice for the chicken bowl was just gross. Literally, how do you ruin rice? Hard pass for next visit to the outlets.
