5 Elementos San Cristóbal Reviews
Good food, some of the best I've tried in San Cristobal, everything exquisite.
I really like the food and the service is good, but it doesn't have the atmosphere it's trying to create.
Hello, my first time at 5to Elemento was a very pleasant experience. It was very friendly, the atmosphere was homey yet chic. The food was delicious and plentiful, the plates beautifully decorated, and the plating very modern. The main course was delicious. Thank you so much to 5to Elemento. We had a very pleasant time. Best of luck! I definitely recommend it. I hope to return soon!
Expectacular
The food is good, the service is average. We went to celebrate a birthday and, since we hadn't made a reservation, they didn't even congratulate her out of politeness, even though we told them that was the reason we were there.
In my personal opinion, for the prices they charge, there's nothing that sets it apart from other seafood restaurants that offer the same quality, flavor, and freshness of ingredients. The ambiance is unclear; the theme itself is hard to grasp. The service, in its attempt to provide a good experience, borders on being annoying and intrusive. We'd barely finished eating before they were already clearing plates and cleaning the table. I don't know if it was excessive attention, or if they needed the table and practically didn't let us finish our meal. In short, the food is good, delicious, but nothing extraordinary. The place is nice, although it doesn't really evoke a strong sense of atmosphere. And the service should be a bit more measured; it doesn't go so far as to be overly attentive, as it's actually quite bothersome.
The food is good. But it's overpriced, the prices are way too high, and the place is a pigsty. Nothing is right. I don't recommend it. It's about being honest when giving opinions. As the owner, learn to accept it and improve. Best of luck in your new location.
I do not recommend it at all, the service takes a long time to bring the food, the wine is watered down, they take a long time with everything, in short, I did not like it
Okay, son, read this. Today, August 17, 2025, we went to your restaurant. I don't know if you're the owner. Seafood = High cost, but if it's expensive, it should be proportional to what it's worth. How is it possible that the seafood casserole in this little cup that looks more like a snack is too small to cost $22 😮. The chicken tenders for the daughters were $12, and that was pathetic. Aaaa! The sauce in the casserole was super salty. Added to that, the 16% VAT, you don't even need a receipt. And the cherry on the cake is the suggested tip🤭🙆😬. They're artists. The bill was $68, and with the suggested tip, $75. A joke. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
