Manager lady always full of energy and nice
I ordered 7 pc jalapeno poppers, and a $9 munchie box and bought two milkshakes
This is the best jack in the box in San Diego! I will be coming here all day! Hopefully nothing ruins it!
First restaurant bathroom I’ve been in that didn’t smell like pee, nice.
In all honesty the employees are awesome and the service is great! never had a problem at all in this jack in the box, considering it's also close to home, and food is also great as well never had anything bad with my usual order which is a chicken sandwhich, tacos, tiny tacos or ultimate cheeseburger and sometimes breakfast and throughtout all those times I have never recieved a bad or wrong order! 5 Stars All The Way!!!
Thanks Sandra and Pablo! Manager and crew here were helpful as I struggled with the kiosk. Normally I walk away when I see the kiosk, but a young gentleman restocking fries asked if I needed help. I explained my issue, and a manager assisted us in the purchase of my Sourdough Jack combo. Thanks manager and crew, it’s never good walking away hungry or frustrated or both. Jacks crew came through. 👍👍
ALWAYS the best drive thru customer service! Everytime I’ve visited this location everyone is always so polite, friendly, and overall have the best attitudes. There never is an issue with my order, they always get it right. GREAT JOB!
I order on the app. I still had to wait i was ignored i pay for toppings, and I still didn't get it.
This jacks is decent considering the area. They insist on using the touch screen to order but I always get the Padre special and a employee is needed to enter the code into the computer. The location is kinda sketchy but the food came out fast and was good. I like the soda fountain for free refills. The jumbo jack seemed larger than normal with extra tomato and addition toppings
Don't go there if your on lunch or rush. Even if you order online the workers will ignore you until they are done with the drive thru area. I understand they're on a time crunch but the customer service can be fixed. A simple will be with you guys in a moment goes a long way .
There was a staff that I was trying to order online and ask her to help me with that.she says NO.why ? Why don't you care about the costumer
waste of time waiting in line here. they aren’t 24 hours. good luck trying to get anything from them at any point at night.
Okay, so you know how when you get your food, it NEVER, looks like the advertisement, well, that is an understatement. I ordered grilled onions on my parent's burgers, my mom's had no pickles, keep the tomatoes and cheese, and add lettuce, and my father's had nothing else. Both burgers were completely bare (no condiments and no trimmings), one had 2 pieces of onions and the other one had more, but still seemed shorted. My chicken cluck was smothered with too much sauce, did not have the tomatoes that I added, and the lettuce that I added was half the size of the bun and wilted. There was 5 onion rings and the fries - regular and curly - were oily, soggy, and seemed undercooked. All of us were disappointed. Had I not already been running late, I would have returned the food. I have had unpleasant food from this location before, but this is the worst one. I couldn't even eat half of my sandwich. The service was not terrible, but not great either. Kinda like an "unremarkable" comment on a medical report. Lol. I wish I had taken pictures, but as I said, I was already running late.
The chicken didn't even look like chicken it was barely warm and now my head hurts, I had a long day running around and was looking forward to eating a good hot meal. This was gross and I'm very disappointed, the fries left my teeth feeling oily, the soda didn't taste like soda but they all tasted the same. The service was horrible and the atmosphere there was customers yelling inside about how he used to be a drug addict and he left his wife and kid, his wife got up and left, it was the worst experience ever. I don't believe any of the team members have food handler cards as they would know the food they served was not ok to serve but it's not my business and they should get new jobs, they apparently don't like doing what they do so move on. You're getting paid to do something, you should do it correctly or leave someone else with the open opportunity.
Waited 20mins. Cashier said she was gonna get to me but decides to get car orders. Didn’t even want to order food anymore after waiting for a long time.
Came in today and ordered a few hamburgers and two drinks. They took my order wrong and when I got home the sprite they gave me did not have gas at all and tasted like water. One thing everyone hates is they keep making people pull forward so the time on the clock stops running
The Staff is very rude, giving so much attitude towards paying customers for no reason when paying cash up front, like who ask a customer what the "total" is when they give the total to you. Are customers the cashiers or what, isn't that your job to tell ??? All because of the machine to order. Plus if you try to pay cash, the receipt is supposed to be printed but instead it never prints and when try to ask the "cashier" they tell you " what's the total !" with much attitude.
June 27 about 545pm. Waited multiple minutes to be helped. Group of workers not doing anything besides talking all ignored me, looked at me and laughed after overhearing one call me a lazy customer (I guess because I was waiting for someone to take my order instead of using self ordering system?) My spicy chicken sandwich was literally mostly breading, not chicken smdh. The irony of calling me lazy is wild lol. It was manager/lead (with back turned: see picture) that made comment. Let them all go find a new job that dont involve "lazy customer". Bull crap! The nerve of these people is crazy. Thought I should share this ridiculous experience.
This is the second time that I come to this location after my late work shift and the person on the drive thru tells me that their system is down for 10 to 15 min. They refuse to take my order but continue to serve online orders for delivery. I think that if you’re going to be advertising a 24 hours service you should specify what hours your system is down for maintenance every night.
I usually don't make complaints but today's experience 14March2025 12:07PM. it was a very bad experience, the drive thru rep He was rude, snobby, and not only that but had the audacity to get cute and slam the window on me. My chicken wraps had long strands of hair..And coincidentally the drive through rep had long hair.I just called corporate and I'm going further on this complaint.
I should’ve known better I don’t go to the Jack-in-the-Box anymore because of the food around this hour My chicken was hard wasn’t even edible. I had to take all the breading off it was still to dry. the tacos We’re super soft like they’ve been there for a long time. You couldn’t even eat into it there were too soggy, and it wasn’t even crunchy enough. It wouldn’t even break when you bit in in to it . The boy was nice not his fault that took order and gave me food . We didn’t even eat food I spent $30 for nada 👎
So I was running errands, and I went to Jack In The Box for something to eat. I ordered 2 Jumbo Jack combos (extra everything), curly fries, sprite, and 2 orders of loaded tiny tacos. So they didn't give me the tacos, even though I was charged for it, but I overlooked that issue. I used to work for McDonald's, so I understand how it is. See my problem lies with the burger. It was flat, thrown together, and the extra items I asked for was not added. I guess it's my fault in a sense, because you get what you pay for. But I will not be returning here, and I don't recommend anyone else does either
