UPDATE: 09/22/24 Just left the Mexican restaurant again, and I have to say the front gentleman is extremely thoughtful and nice. While we waited, he gave us two drinks, which is just unheard of these days. Such great customer service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My girlfriend and I have been to Asada Mexican Restaurant & Chango Mango more times than we can count, and every visit has been fantastic. But today? Today was on a whole new level of amazing! We ordered a burrito, two tacos with beans and rice, and as always, the food was delicious, but the customer service? Top-notch doesn’t even begin to describe it! The guy at the front taking our order was a legend. Not only did he make sure everything was perfect, but he also gave us samples of the drinks to try out. Who does that? He went above and beyond, making us feel like VIPs. This is how customer service should be everywhere! Friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely wanting to make sure we had the best experience. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back sooner than planned because of this exceptional visit. Keep it up, Asada! P.S. The burrito might just have superpowers because it’s that good. 🌯💥

I think this taco shop has potential to be better than they are. I love that they have a salsa bar but I also do think the salsas need more flavor. I think the best thing on the menu is their rolled tacos!

Came here and got an Acai Bowl, WOW!!! Usually these are over $10 and smaller, with less ingredients, but for under $9 I got acai frozen yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, mango, banana, granola, shaved coconut, honey, almonds, and it's FRESH. Will definitely return to my new hidden gem.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Drive thru restaurants Food extremely well! Great food takes time, don't be in a rush. Recommend rolled tacos, rice and bean burrito with cheese and sour cream. Cabeza juicy Chicken tacos ok , Carne Asada Soft . Smoothie Bar usually on fire!

This taco shop is in the heart of southeast SD. Right off of Federal and Euclid Avenue it's easy to see off the street. Plenty of parking and you can drive through or dine in. The place inside is always clean and alot of dining space. The food menu has plenty to choose from and the food is really good. They also have smoothies and healthy bowls. . The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend this establishment

Definitely mediocre... the service definitely sucks... But they do serve beer!! And acai bowls! So you can get faded and and get your health shabang all in one!

This is one of my go to mexican place for to-go since it is very close to my place. Unfortunately, they are no longer available on Uber. They also charge $0.75 for using debit & credit card now , that is more than the average other places only charge $0.50 which is the standard if a place don't wanna shoulder the bank fee for swiping a card. The food portion got smaller and they have been increasing their price endlessly. Service is still fast which is what I like. A lot of free parking in the area but a lot of homeless too

Suddenly, I told him again by the window that I ordered fish burrito then I pay him directly cash. When, he gave me the receipt it's says, "asada burrito $12.99" I told him by the window precisely that he has the wrong order. I don't like his attitude about woman's pov judgement that us a woman go fast food daily & spend money easily. I'm like it's not us fault that your prices went up & us a females are cravings for fast food. Anyway, I told him to change the order & give me $1 dollar of my change back then he's starting to make excuses about his system because he refuses to give my money back. He insisted to give me a free horchata & I told him 'no, I didn't order horchata' bc I have drinks at home. In the end, I demanded to give my money back & I give his change back. In my pov, he mad a terrible service tonight.

It’s like this place goes from good to bad then decent and what the hell just happened to my order type deal. Make sure you check your bag. They don’t do what you ask. What salsa do you want? Green please. She says Green? Gives you all red. Yea pay attention to what we ask. Don’t wanna keep driving back and fourth just to make it right.
