I was having trouble with some bags of food I ordered. I asked a off the clock employee and she went out of her way to give me a hand. I was honestly shocked some one with a warm heart could go the distance, not to be nice but to show the honesty in their work...😫 Thank you so much... Only down side, is when you pay with card it gives you an auto option to give tips... I was short that day only gave a Dollar tip... Sorry. Yes most definitely I would recommend this spot to anyone.

This specific location is great. The staff is very friendly and attentive from the hosts to the manager to the waiters. Food was delicious as well. Highly recommend and really appreciate the great customer service which I feel is rare to find these days. Will definitely be back.

We both ordered the 3 for me. A cajun shrimp pasta and a 6oz sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes, as well as the monthly margarita, the Radical Rita. Everything was great, as usual at Chili's. Our bill ended up being $50. 5/5 ⭐

Chili's is always amazing and tasty! My favorites are the burger, fries, salads, soups, chili, steak, egg rolls, chips and salsa, cheesecake & lava cake. Kiddos menu is the best in any place I've ever been and the kiddos options for drinks, too. Ice tea, yes, please😂. For those who drink, you have the whole bar to eat at and enjoy. Plus, watch a game while you do. Nice place to hang out! Thank you, bestie, for the time on this day💙

Have not been here in a long time. The service was really good the food was good and it was pretty busy. It is a very upbeat place and they have lots of TVs for the games. I would highly recommend it.

My first time visiting this place and I like the food here, especially the appetizers - they're so good! The food has more flavor and is fresh. The staff is friendly. I've told my husband that we will definitely come back to try different dishes!

I cannot begin to tell you how awesome the staff is here. Everyone is extremely attentive. Everything is right and delivered hot. Sitting here watching the first game of the World Series and not once has there been more than four minutes go by that she hasn’t made sure that I’m good to go. Bethany is amazing and will definitely make the experience memorable. Best Chili’s I’ve been to.

Just arrived in San Diego from Hollywood, and my girlfriend and I decided to walk over to Chili’s—we hadn’t been in years. My girlfriend wanted to go somewhere else for food and drinks, but I’m so glad we chose Chili’s! From the moment we walked in, our bartender Liz greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She recommended the $6 margarita special, and let me tell you—it was the best decision we made! We ended up ordering another round. Liz also suggested trying the Chili’s 3 for $10 deal, and it was by far the best value we’ve had in a while. Liz is a star employee—exactly the kind of person every restaurant manager or owner would love to have on their team. She made our Friday night experience unforgettable. Thank you, Liz, for your exceptional service. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall a great experience. We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't super busy inside. The host came out and opened the door for us. The waiter was very friendly and made conversation with us. I tried the crispy chicken which was good with the sauces, but they were out of Mac and cheese which was a little upsetting. Definitely would recommend the strawberry and wildberry lemonade. Great dinner overall!

I arrived at this place around noon with my wife and our son. It wasn't crowded. Overall first impression was positive. Parking was acceptable. We dined from the lunch combo menu deal. A lot of food for 22 dollars. We didn't finish. Great ribs. I'm not a big rib guy but these were good. Very tasty. The chicken fajita thing was also tasty, and the lunch portion was still plenty. The staff was helpful and attentive. Some bomb jams playing added to the ambiance.
