This was our second visit and just as good as the first time. Love the coffee with coffee jelly, Taro Milk Tea and the Macha Green tea. The vibe is young and hip, but my girls are 23 -15 and I'm 47. I go for the delicious drinks, not the ambiance others complain about.

My must stop place to get the oolong milk tea with extra shots of tea, no sugar, little ice; after finishing a meal at Little Sakana. I think this is the sweet balance of the raw fishes with salty soy sauce…hahaha It was always a satisfying drink!

I rarely leave reviews, but my visit to Ding Tea definitely deserves one. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly. The store was clean, cozy, and had a great vibe—perfect for a quick hangout or a chill study spot.

Great experience!!!! The atmosphere was really nice and music made it even better. Perfect place to grab a drink and hang out. Definitely recommend!

The Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea is alright; I like their Jasmine Milk Tea. Seating is a bit limited but overall the place is very clean and neat.

Good brown sugar milk tea...I got mine half-sweet and it was good! Our tea was made quickly and correctly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tea is good, Crystal boba is just OK. Somehow they couldn't make "no ice". Clean and a little bit noisy.

Took about 15-20 minutes for our tea to be ready. That is way too long a wait for tea. The tea was good albeit the boba seemed very bland/flavorless but good texture.

Really good bubble tea place, staff is a bit unfocused Edit 01/10/23 went back today and they couldn't make a brown sugar milk tea without ice, which they were able to do one week ago so I'm confused and disappointed :(

Try Golden Boba, it was tiny compared to regular and tasty too. The décor is interesting, and menu is fascinating. They have few seating areas, or you could choose to sit at the strip of the mall, there are few tables there too.

The service is great and the servers are nice, BUT one huge issue is the music is *TOO* loud. I can never hear the barista talk, nor can they hear me order my beverage. It literally sounds like I'm at a rock concert everytime I come, and I hate coming for this reason, so I'll visit other boba shops nearby instead

Been to this location a few years ago. Trying it again this time around. I ordered the passion fruit green tea. I was expecting more with a $6 drink. Drink was a bit water down and the boba was half cooked. Staff was a bit slow on the drinks. My favorite boba spot is the Ding Tea in Seattle, but this location just doesn't cut it. Parking is easy in the plaza. Not sure I'll be back in the future.

Right after I paid for my drink, I was told the boba wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes...something that would’ve been helpful to know before ordering. I waited, but by the time I got my drink, the ice had melted and it ended up really watered down. I appreciate your team, but I’d love it if delays like that were mentioned up front so customers can make an informed choice. Thanks!

Ordered two hot Vietnamese coffees, both were like warm. Was told they could remicrowave them? Staff was not trained on the POS for a refund. Management is poor.

I ordered the magnonada drink so good. Sweet sour spicy. Daughter got the strawberry creme. Gf ended up not getting anything because of the attitude of the cashier. Attitude about not having change for cash we were gonna pay with and then attitude about if we are able to make a certain drink with Boba. No! We have strawberry creme. ( doesn't seem much but the facial expressions.) Thanks to the guy making the drinks. Could totaly see the attitude as the cashier walked back to make the strawberry creme. She thought I wasn't paying attention but her frustration of whatever she's going through. Take a day off or get a different job.
