Lazy Eye Coffee San Diego Reviews
Don’t cast a blind eye on Lazy Eye - this cozy and artistic coffee shop with plenty of space for studying, coworking, or just catching up with friends! A pilar of the community showcased in their plethora of local artists represented and kindhearted staff operating the shop!
The Lavender Latte was divine and the Soyriso Burritos are so good, I could eat it everyday 🤤 Huge, beautiful space with the friendliest people. Even coffee black is so good, from Verve. They make their syrups in house! Lazy Eye is a coffee lover’s dream 😍
Love this new(ish) spot. Drove up from South Park to give our usual spots a break. Very glad we did. Staff was 10/10 friendly, answered all my stupid questions, and I really enjoyed my meal. They have a burrito and coffee special for $10! GTFO in San Diego for that deal! Very good drip coffee; beautiful spot and vibe. 🤙 (meant to take a picture of our food but we both ate it so fast we forgot).
The cinnamon agave latte is amazing! Always a consistent taste and friendly service.
Super yummy matcha and loved the vibes of this coffee shop!

Love coming here for a coffee. They give a bring your own cup discount! Great ambiance, super friendly service and very dog friendly. Sometimes they give my dog a pup cup :)
Love this place! The staff are super nice and the ambience is chill. They have a lot of good coffee, matcha, and chai options and the bagels are absolutely delicious! Good place to work.
Legit! They use Verve coffee. Corner location with huge roll up style doors. Lots of light & space. Comfy seats & friendly people.
I’ve been here a handful of times for coffee and it never disappoints! The Neapolitan and peanut butter lattes have been delicious, and I love that there is a variety of seating options throughout the cafe ☕️
Fun and unique flavored drinks, with a smooth coffee. The location is great, and there is a variety of seating and it's very comfortable. The staff has been awesome and helpful on my visits. Nice cool atmosphere, great for hanging with some friends, a date, or enjoying a drink solo. Dog friendly. Street parking only.
Came here for the first time today and got a vanilla bean latte, which was really good. They have unique coffee flavors (banana bread which is SO good and peanut butter cup). The space is super cute with plenty of cozy seating and the employees are so friendly and welcoming. We”ll be back!

I like this laid back coffee shop. It's spacious and non pretentious. It feels like a coffee shop for the people, and it's locally owned. I had a well made cortado and a house made bacon, potatoes, and eggs breakfast burrito. The cortado was nicely balanced and the burrito was very tasty. The peeps who work here are chill and friendly. Only street parking is available.
The banana bread latte was delicious, am always nervous that specialty lattes will be to sweet, but this one was nicely balanced. Great atmosphere n friendly service. Was comfortable and relaxing... almost made it feel like "We were just hanging out in my friends living room" lots of couches to hang out in.
A great coffee shop with great service! Love that it is dog friendly & they have 3 locations in San Diego! Love their peanut butter latte and they do offer milk substitutes like almond milk or oat milk! Service is great and there is lots of space to work here and bring your laptop! Love the avocado toast and bagel with cream cheese!
Good coffee with lots of variety. Bagels were soft and tasty! Lots of seating available. Definitely going to come back to try more.
CHAIRS, COUCHES, AND COFFEE I like cool spots with chill vibes and access to quick bites and fun coffee concoctions. Like carrot cake latte, PB latte, or yuzu ginger latte. But instead I ordered the Acai smoothie. Mainly because I'm short on time today. I'm an acai smoothie connoisseur and this one lacked all flavor. But it's healthy and my body will benefit. This is a quaint coffee lounge that I know I will frequent. Honestly, I'm more creative and productive at clean, eclectic coffee lounges. I was here from 915 AM to 1015 AM on a Saturday and there was plenty of seating at the window genie bar, tables, couches, lounge chairs What's your favorite coffee lounge in San Diego?

Driving me crazy that the menu isn’t updated for this place anywhere online, so here it is. Fall seasonal drinks are PSL, caramel apple late, and blueberry pancake latte. They only have gluten free bread sometimes. Alt milks are oat (4g sugar) and almond (5g sugar)

I had a pretty disappointing experience here. They got my order wrong and didn’t really try to remedy it. They insisted I had ordered an iced latte, which I never do. I let it go because I don’t like wasting food, but it wasn’t a great start. Later, I was asked to move from the seat I had chosen because they were setting up for live music. The whole situation felt chaotic. If you know you’re going to have live music and certain seating won’t be available, it would really help to put up signs ahead of time so people don’t settle in. Overall, I felt pretty uncomfortable and won’t be coming back. There are many coffee shops in North Park with better service and a more welcoming atmosphere.
Food and drinks were really disappointing. I had the vanilla chai and a breakfast sandwich. I wouldn’t recommend either.

Kirkland 11oz coconut water was $6. The music was so painful I left early. Katy Perry, Jason Mraz, Michael Buble, Selena Gomez...truly the all time worsts. Also it was so hot and stuffy (granted it was a hot day). Again cannot stress how awful the playlist was.
