I give this establishment 5 stars for its consistency as I've been eating here since the mid 90s. Right now you can only order pick up to go so instead of using the postmates web portal to do it I called my order in directly to make sure that the restaurant gets 100% of the money they have coming to them. Avoid 3rd parties at all cost unless of course you need their services. Nestled in a quaint corner of an oddly shaped strip mall off of Genesee Avenue. TT3 shares its corner with Little Caesars and "Kroran" a Uighur restaurant. We ordered the pad Thai with pork Panang curry chicken and steamed rice Spicy basil stir fried vegetables Golden chicken wings. Everything was tasty and fresh and as good as I remember it being. While it is the era of covid and a global pandemic, being able to order alcoholic beverages to go from establishments that serve them is welcomed courtesy the law has let up on and TT3 has extended their offerings of assorted beer and wine to the public. You can even order spiked seltzer with your dinner if a white claw or Truly is your thingaling.

They were understaffed yet the front lady also literally sprint back and forth to help customers and wait on them. It was astonishing, and the food was quite tasty too, so much so I forgot to take a picture until it was almost gone, but that’s a good sign. Get the drunken noodles w chicken you won’t regret it.

The place is nice, food is delicious, love their peanut sauce and Thai iced milk tea. Also, the pricing is good, too. Staffs are very friendly, would like to try their dessert next time! This time we came in during lunch special. It's totally worth trying

No frills kind of place. Service was super friendly and attentive. Food came out fast. Food was delicious. I got the duck pad see iew and chicken panang curry and both hit the flavor profiles I was looking for. The pad see iew had a wonderful charred wok aroma. The Thai tea tasted freshly brewed not powder. The mango sticky rice dessert was good too. I appreciate the water carafe and side chili and vinegar condiments. Everything was on paper or plastic and you have plastic utensils but that didn’t bother me.

Great choices - would take a long time to go through the menu! Plenty of food on the plates. Ordered also for take out it was so good! Friendly staff; generous seating.

Pad see eww and chicken yellow curry is not spicy, our daughter was able to enjoy it. The som tom (thai papaya salad) was also good and not too overpowering with fish sauce. They have side sauces to adjust the heat level to your liking.

Good thai food, the red curry was good and th cashew nut was great. When ordering the spice level is on the hot side, the medium is a is a 6 to 7 on the hot scale. The pot stickers were good too.

Came in when I saw a sign for their lunch special. I enjoyed it. It was the perfect portion. I got the beef garlic and pepper. It came with rice, beef with garlic, cabbage and cilantro, and a vegetable roll. I also got a Thai Tea. I will probably come back and try something else too.

Great Thai restaurant with delicious food and lots of parking. We got the chicken pad Thai, spicy noodles with roasted duck, and triangle appetizer. Everything was delicious. The service is very quick and friendly. Also Uber eats from here and they do take out as well, really nice portion size for the price. Highly recommend!

We had their pad see ew and small tom kah soup. Portions were perfect for sharing and so delicious and big!! Our server was so helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be back very soon!

This place is amazing! Truly the best Thai food I’ve had. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the restrooms are clean, and the music adds a nice touch. I do wish the menu had some photos, but even without them, everything we ordered was delicious. Highly recommen

The mix vegetables with seafood, came with a salad in a peanut dressing. It was perfect Roy cooked and flavorful.

I had a wonderful dinner here! It was a very hard and stressful week, and so the staffs hospitality and helpfulness was heavenly compared to the bs I've been going through. The kindess and warmth I felt eating the food, getting service and overall vibe is so genuine...I WILL be coming back. 💖

Thai Time III is a go-to for take-out nights when I stay with friends in Clairemont. Hard to beat their prices and speed for the quality! Wish I had a place like TT III in my neighborhood in the Bay. We usually get their pad thai, fried appetizers, curries, fried rice, and Thai tea. For the lunch entree with pad thai, an egg roll, and small salad, it's $12.50! The staff are always super quick and welcoming when we stop by. Parking is also easy in the complex. One of our favorite weeknight spots.

I always try the Tom Kha at every Thai place I go to and this place doesn't disappoint. Taste great, lots of flavor with bell pepper, mushroom and chicken. Pad seeuw was good, I'm not a fan of curry so I didn't try anything with curry. Overall a great experience.

Secondly, we ordered "fire pot" tum yum soup but got a medium size disposable bowl of tum yum soup. Upon checking with the staff, we knew that this is a small size and they changed the price for us. They told us there is no fire pot available. Third, there is only one working restroom used as a gender neutral one. The other one is in repair not sure if this has been like this for a long time. Finally, the flavor is really mediocre. This shop seems to have a large Door dash or pickup customer base but with very few dine in customers. This is really weird. Will never come back again and the existing ratings are deceptive and really don't fit for the dining experience we had.

Everything except the food was great. Service was attentive, nice, and informative. The food hit my colon and I was sick. My first( and last)experience with Thai food.

Disgusting feel and taste to the mouth 🤢🤮 Boiled chicken skin instead of chicken meat used. Better, if they charged a little more and gave option for dark or white chicken meat. This NEVER okay! It’s seriously gross! What you see in picture only part of it. That’s the boiled skin!
