I’m making this to hopefully get to a cook or somebody who cooks the pork adobada. The last two times I’ve got the pork in the Aztec bowl there has been pieces of uncooked meat. Not undercooked, but like raw sushi. I don’t know how a cook could make that mistake nor do it twice. I’m hoping somebody who works here can do something about that because not cooking meat at all is not exactly ideal an a waste of money for me. Also your number doesn’t work when I called.
The kitchen gave my order to another customer and kept telling me it was “coming out of the kitchen.” An hour later it was not in fact coming out of the kitchen as the cooks said they made it but it wasn’t out on the counter for pickup and it ended up being given to another customer unknowingly. Had to wait for another bowl to be made and was told I won’t be getting everything I paid for due to running out of ingredients. During a previous visit, another customer and I came up to the front because we had a vastly uneven amount of food but ordered the same type of item. We were treated with attitude and asked why we couldn’t just share our orders (even though we ordered different sauces/meats/add ins). After asking to get the other customer more food (she got half the food I got), server took both of our bowls and then scoped food out of my bowl and put it in the other customer’s without asking about allergens or dietary restrictions, and then gave us the incorrect bowls back. Would prepare to have your order messed up if you go.
my buddy paid 4.50 for some bacon, expecting 4 pieces, maybe even five! Only to receive a paltry 2 pieces. Lemme tell you, this guy was FUMING. Would not recommend!!
my homie got scammed, he ordered extra bacon and got 2 pieces out of a HUGE TROUGH. They hate to see a man happy and content with his breakfast meats
