Gracias, "Casa Naca; G R A C I A S!!

One of the best restaurants in Cadiz, and more specifically in San Fernando, in the La Pastora neighborhood, with a great atmosphere. The food, based on fresh fish, is some of the best I've ever eaten—fresh and prepared with care, and you can tell, believe me. Sole, marinated anchovies with red pepper, delicious and fresh dogfish, a noodle dish with real prawns, and breaded hake fillets that were simply divine. The waiter had a charming, Cadiz-style demeanor that was irresistible. Delighted with this discovery.

Great. It looks like it's a long-standing restaurant. The tiles with the names of dishes and the photos of people who'd been there made me swoon. The food was delicious and the service was as friendly as could be. Plus, the prices are fantastic. Highly recommended. Thanks for the service.

A great place, located in a beautiful square. All the servers are super attentive and friendly, the food is unbeatable, and the prices are great. The menu isn't extensive, so you won't get bored when it comes to choosing. We tried the grilled squid and the mushrooms with prawns. I will definitely return again. Highly recommended.

We went as a family to eat and we loved the place, the terrace in a very quiet square, the great atmosphere, the fast and attentive waiter and the food was 10/10, we loved the octopus and the shrimp cakes 🍤. We will definitely come back, thank you.

A bar with a bullfighting and religious brotherhood atmosphere. Simple and tasty homemade food. Friendly staff. Excellent value for money. Reservations recommended. Highly recommended.

Traditional island cuisine, fast and friendly service. The daily menu is recommended, with generous portions and good prices. The tapas are excellent, and the fish and meat dishes are equally good. Highly recommended.

An authentic spot on the island, serving high-quality, homemade food. If you're in this city, this is definitely the best place to eat.

A long-established and very popular spot, located in the charming Plaza de La Pastora, serving traditional tapas and larger portions—uncomplicated yet made with quality ingredients and excellent cooking. When the weather is nice, they set up a splendid terrace, but year-round you'll find people outside enjoying tapas or drinks.

Delicious, traditional Cádiz-style home cooking at a great price! The steaks in wine sauce are to die for! I'm not giving the atmosphere 5 stars because it's always packed and it's very difficult to get a table unless you've made a reservation, so you usually have to wait. Its location in Plaza de La Pastora, one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of San Fernando, and opposite the church of the same name, gives it a real neighborhood feel, full of locals and members of religious brotherhoods. I highly recommend it.

Good homemade food at a good price and very friendly service. They served us food after 4 p.m. Ample portions and a well-prepared, no-nonsense, traditional cuisine. A recommended place for no-nonsense, authentic food.

We went based on the reviews and it was a great choice. We were visiting San Fernando and stopped in for lunch. The Russian salad was average for our taste, lacking a little more seasoning and mayonnaise. The shrimp tortillas were the best we've ever had, as was the cuttlefish. Don't leave without trying the goat cheese croquettes or the sirloin steak with cheese. Homemade food at a good price and good service. Just go early because it fills up quickly.

The food was very good, inexpensive, and the service was quite fast. However, the waiter's service left much to be desired. He spoke to us in a dismissive manner, treated us with disdain by leaving the plates carelessly on the table, and always had a sour expression. I feel sorry for him if he doesn't like his job, but since we were all getting together for dinner for once, we preferred to be somewhere more comfortable and receive better service. He created a tense atmosphere, and we ate our dinner faster than we should have so we could leave as soon as possible.

The food was excellent, the place was nice and clean, and the service was extremely slow. We arrived at 8:30 pm, and with waiters milling around doing practically nothing (there were five tables), we were served late for our drinks (we'd already said we were in a hurry). We ordered, and it took so long that we insisted twice asking what was wrong with the dishes and that we were in a hurry (I don't know how many times we said this; at the entrance, when we sat down, and twice, I think). In the end, the dishes arrived 45 minutes after we entered the empty place. When the food arrived, the waiter apologized, explaining that the kitchen was busy with the dinner they had scheduled later (the lagarta was lukewarm, so it seems the dish had been waiting for a while to be brought out or they finished the potatoes later than the meat). I asked how long it would take to heat up the meat with tomato, pork cheeks, grill the lagratito, and fry the potatoes? About 40 minutes, telling the customers they were in a hurry? Anyway... I told my guests that if they wanted, we could get up and leave without dinner because we were running out of time. In short, the kitchen gave absolute preference to the pre-arranged dinner without addressing our requests. They repeatedly told us the food was coming out soon, which wasn't true. The only one who was right was the last waiter who said so, and the food came out right away. And to top it all off, my mother arrived late to her event, and so much stress about the meal and driving meant she couldn't attend. I wish they'd let me give her a zero star.

The first time I went was for lunch, and the meatballs were oily and cold, and the floor was so full of cockroaches that I could barely put my feet on the ground because they were climbing on them (not their fault, because I sat on the terrace, and that's how it is). And today I went for a drink on a Saturday because they close late, and they closed half an hour early (totally understandable because the staff might be exhausted), but they kicked us out rudely. It's a shame, because I thought the second time would be fine...
