Pizzas muy ricas las.chicas muy buena atencion

Bueno aún que les falta cubrir más espacio de las entregas a domicilio

La pizza es muy buena siempre es así. Pero hubo inconsistencias por parte del personal hay personas super atentas pero también hubo una persona que no tiene ganas de atender y se ve de mala gana, es el único detalle

Las personas que atienden muy malhumoradas, no atienden bien la mayoria de las veces se equivocan en los pedidos y no respetan los precios publicados.

Es real sobre lo mal encaradas que son las personas del mostrador. Eso deja mal sabor de boca aunque las pizzas sepan bien.

The pizzas at any Aguascalientes location are generally good, but the customer service at San Pancho is the worst. Most of the employees, with their bad tempers, are acting like fools trying not to answer. I commend the young man Alejandro who handled my complaint and was kind and attentive, but all the other counter staff were awful.

Desde que abrieron la sucursal de San Francisco de los Romo he realizado mis pedidos con entrega a domicilio, hoy me salieron con que debo comprar más para que me los puedan llevar. No mejoran sino empeoran la atención a clientes.

Es desagradable que siendo el único cliente de mostrador y que no se veían salir pedidos a domicilio hayan tardado alrededor de 40 min en entregarme una pizza de tamaño personal. Los trabajadores solo andaban jugando en el área de cocina.

Terrible service. They advertise delivery hours they don't honor, only delivering until 8 PM, and their prices are higher than other pizza places. The service is bad, and they don't answer their WhatsApp messages.

Horrible customer service. They will lose all their customers because of the girls at the counter. They are zero kindness. You place an order and they do what they want. They send you double the amount or they don't send you anything. I wish they could be reported.

The food is delicious, but the service is really bad, as it takes 20-40 minutes to get a simple order of boneless and French fries. Some employees joke around in the kitchen and sometimes even at the counter, which doesn't help the restaurant's image or the efficiency and/or speed of service.
