Binu Bonu is a vibrant bar located in the heart of San Francisco. We offer a curated experience with a great wine list, alongside beer and food options. Known for our fast service, Binu Bonu provides both dine-in and takeout options to suit your needs. We are proud to be a women-owned establishment and committed to providing a welcoming environment for all, with a wheelchair accessible entrance, restroom, and seating. We are open Tuesday to Thursday from 4-10 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 3-10:30 PM. We are closed on Mondays and Sundays. With a 5.0-star rating based on 35 reviews, we strive to provide the best experience.

my boyfriend and i came here on a whim and it was the best decision. husband and wife owned and run, they were the sweetest and incredibly knowledgeable about wine. they offered us free tastings, free popcorn, and candied hazelnuts based on our wine pickings. they also have 50% of their featured wine bottles and 40% on their non-featured wine bottles (to-go only.) delicious wines and great hospitality. go!!
Great local spot with good & reasonable priced wine selections. While I did not order any food, what I saw served looked excellent. Super nice owners & great local feel. Light & airy- good people watching out the front window.
Excellent customer service by both owners. Wine was great but food was amazing! They are happy to explain wine and pairings which helped me. Perk: offers free popcorn to snack on with any glass of wine.
Really cute place in west portal! I enjoyed the bottle of white. Loved the intimate ambiance and the owner was pleasant and attentive. It was packed sat night. Wish they add more items to their small plates and perhaps play some soft music track.

Such a special place. Similar to La Ciccia, Binu Bonu maintains a lovely neighborhood feel. Huge selection of wine (all of it new to me and something I really liked), wonderful charcuterie type small plates (out of this world olives). The stars are the husband and wife that make the magic place happen.

Take a chance and ask for a recommendation and you will undoubtedly find a new favourite. There's a good selection of small plates, meats, cheeses and seafood, all at very fair prices. Best of all, Lorella and Massimo are the consumate hosts who will feel like family (the ones you really like, that is) after your first visit. The space itself is warm and welcoming and I loved the vines above the bar area.
