The best Pho Bo so far! Very nice brouth! Also there are many sauce bottles on the table, ypu can add them to make your Pho more special. I made mine more spicy. My husband ordered curry with lamb, it was awesome! Very deep and correct flavors. I wish you could add Tom Yum in menu, I've never tried a good Tom Yum in United States, to be honest. Neither in SF, nor in NYC or Sacramento. Maybe you could make the best one, since you're so skilled with soups! We will definitely come back.

Safe Harbor Statement — under penalty of public execution, I cannot officially say this is as good or better than my mom’s rendition… anyways. Really good. Specifically, noodles are cooked to be soft but whole with chew, broth is clean and light, veg was fresh and crisp. Service-wise is incredibly efficient with app ordering. Complimentary tea was a nice, homey touch. Owner is incredibly friendly. Bowl shape was weird but works for picking up and slurping ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (lol). Think of this as home/casual and easy-going.

best Banh Mi in SF, the owner is super sweet and made sure to add extra sauce to go with it. I didn’t dine in but the restaurant is super cute and I’ll definitely be going back for a sit down experience soon.

The most amazing food. Everything was delicious. Loved the pork rice balls, Crepe, Pho, and vermicelli bowl with lemongrass pork.

10/10 service, atmosphere, location. The food is amazing, fresh, and a great value. I had to stop eating my food to leave this 5 star review because it is way too good.

Our waiter was funny, attentive, and helpful - didn’t catch a name, but he has a letter tattoo on his neck. Props to him for making the experience doubly enjoyable. Following his recommendation, I ordered the Chicken Bahn Mi - which was satisfying and flavorful. The bun was crispy and soft, the chicken well marinated and well cooked. The ingredients were fresh and filling- the portion generous to the point I saved half for dinner. The pork dish my friend ordered was succulent and tasty - planning my next visit already! I appreciated the complementary barley tea as well.

My husband and I came here for dinner—he’s been for lunch before and couldn’t wait for me to try it since we both love Vietnamese food. Everything we ordered was fresh and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. One standout was the crispy rice balls stuffed with pork—so crunchy and flavorful, something really unique and delicious. The lemongrass beef spring rolls were also incredible—some of the best I’ve had. The lettuce was bright and fresh (not the usual filler cabbage you get at other places), and everything tasted super balanced and tender. The broth in our soup was rich, complex, and so comforting. Highly recommend Sai’s if you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food made with care. We’ll definitely be back!

Customer service was great. Our waiter was friendly and quick. He made us feel welcomed and even put the basketball game on the tv for us. Orders can be taken with a QR code at the table or by the server. Order came out fairly quick and order paid for by the qr code so everything was quick. Food was delicious. The pho broth tasted well balanced and very good.

Incredible Vietnamese food! My boyfriend got the beef stew, which comes with rice—highly recommend adding the baguette for $5 to soak up all that rich broth (he insists it’s a must!). I went with the chicken banh mi ($15.59) and it was unlike any I’ve had before—super flavorful and really satisfying. Heads up: they do charge for to-go containers, but it’s not mentioned up front. That aside, the restaurant is clean (yes, including the bathroom!) and the service was solid. Definitely coming back to try more dishes!

Went here with two of my friends. We went at around 4:00, so it wasn't busy at all - we were the only ones in the restaurant when we sat down. Accordingly, the service was very good, but obviously I can't speak for a busier hour. Food itself was incredible. I got a beef curry stew, very flavorful broth & beef was super tender. My friends' dishes were also great.

I went for Bun Bo Hue, but they didn't have it so my server recommended the beef noodle soup and it was lovely. I also was greeted by the oh so friendly bartender Jasmine who is quite charming and nearly persuaded me to order a drink, but I refrained. Overall a great experience and I will be going back.

We ordered my usual spring roll/pork and vermicelli combo, chicken curry with noodle, seafood pho. Everyone loved their orders. Hit the spot with the soup on a warm winter day. Lots of windows that’s perfect for people watching.

This place is insanely good. Their new location is amazing — spacious, clean, good vibes. Food was also incredible. 5-season chicken Banh mi was packed fat, and the combo fried rice was insanely good and a huge portion Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Wow this place is outstanding! The team works very hard here, it’s always the same guy seating / serving people, and he’s very nice and gets to know you. I always get the combination plate that has pork and chicken, the portion size is massive, price is fair, and it’s consistently good. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu items too. They also give you tea when you dine in, and it’s very refreshing. One of the best Vietnamese spots in town!

Hands down one of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I've tried, and now one of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Big portions, good prices, but most importantly: top-notch food quality. The curry was flavorful without being too overpowering or salty; the grilled shrimp had a slight smoked flavor that went amazingly with the sauce and noodles. The two of us thought the tub of curry was way too much in the beginning, but ended up finishing the entire thing. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious with lots of seats to choose from. Definitely a must-visit, whether you're a lover of Vietnamese food or want to try it for the first time — you won't be disappointed!

Chicken curry with baguette is delicious. One serving was meaty. Chicken was tender. Service was quick. Spring Rolls was not good. It was tiny, hard and chewy. Not enough filling.

Definitely a mom and pop kinda shop. You can see right into the kitchen so you know it’s hot and fresh. The pho and rice could definitely have used a bit more flavor, be it salt, soy or garlic, was definitely a bit lacking. However the fish balls were wonderful, the curry flavoring was perfect and well plated. Prices were incredibly fair in an otherwise overpriced market.

Took my Vietnamese brothers here cause they were craving pho in San Francisco. Was a big mistake. Not good, not authentic. Broth not flavorful. Very little meat for the dac biet bowl. Do not recommend.

Meatballs were not meatballs :/ respect to the mom and pop shop but it was not a place I would go back to if I wanted to impress or get a large meal. Sitting in the corner gets less attention
