Dude, bro, get to Bonchon Chicken right now. The fried chicken was excellent, I got spicy which was not too hot and very tasty. I also got pork buns, they were excellent. The tacos were much larger and I heard they were good. Couldn’t even finish all three. Look, if you like chicken and you haven’t tried Bonchon yet, what are you doing? Big pieces perfectly fried Lightly sauced and just straight fire!!! (As the kids would say) it’s lit! Ok see you there soon!

Thia was my first time here, and it definitely won't be my last! We ordered apps to eat there and ordered our entrees to go, since we were taking food to our friend. Bryan and Jacob were the FOH servers. They were very knowledgeable about the menu. We got the suggested beer and were very pleased...which prompted me to buy a 4 pack from their selection of craft beer to take home. The food was on point-good job BOH, nailed it! The service was excellent. I hope the owner sees this, you have an excellent crew! Can't wait to go back!

Their chicken wings are so crispy and tasty!! My kids specifically love their soy garlic wings! So delicious 😋 I also like thier seasoned French fries. The people are so nice and the food got definitely better than when they just opened. Highly recommend!

I love this place. Amazing taste and great customer service . The lady the worked and helped take my order on two different occasions was amazing. She was very friendly and very efficient with managing all the orders . Lots of seating and good parking .

Pros: very polite and attentive server, clean space, very spacious with nice pictures on the walls, very accommodating with orders, garlic fried chicken was good, korean taco was great. Seasoned fries were fresh and yummy Cons: spicy fried chicken was tasteless version of hot that just burns, steamed dumpling tasted bad (def. Not recommended), Tip: pickled radish is SWEAT, not sour.

I ordered fried chicken wings and it did not disappoint and it made me order an extra rice.The pickled radish was so good I would order more of it it wasn’t much in the small plate which was $3 I also ordered teokboki it was spicier than I expected and it was not really chewy than I would prefer and the restaurant was really humid I just hope they put Ac.

The chicken wings and drumsticks were surprisingly large. They were fried crispy outside and not dry inside, coated with soy or spicy sauce. The soy flavored were sweeter, but saltier. Personally, I prefer the spicy sauce which had just the right kick and not too sweet! Excellent coleslaws!

First visit @ Bonchon and we absolutely enjoyed the food and the staff! We ordered the Japchae, it's the best I've ever eaten! I have co-workers who are Korean and they bring their version of it and doesn't compare! It was sweet and spicy, plenty if vegetables, meat, and noodles. There was so many levels of flavor. Also, we had the soy garlic wings, we couldn't get enough! We ordered a small, which comes with 5 or 6 wings and ordered another order one after eating 1 wing. It was crispy and juicy inside! The soy garlic sauce was so delicious. We will definitely be back!

We liked the original chicken but the other soy sauce flavor made the coating too dense and chewy. They had a backup in the kitchen so the food was a little slow the night we ate there. We were hoping for a quick meal. The bao buns were tasty. The servers were friendly.

Big window sign said “10% OFF” if order with phone, so I downloaded the Bonchon app and ordered. After order was processed it did not give me the 10%off discount. I think that is call “false advertisement” We pick curbside pickup and waited patiently for them to bring it out, because it asked for type and color of my car. Waited over 30min and no delivery or name called. Decided to go in checkout the status and they said it was done and gave us the order. Was excited to eat but after getting into the car I was disappointed to find that they gave me the wrong items. Had to go back in to get the correct order. By the time I finally got to eat, the chicken and pork belly bun was cold and soggy.

To get the radish in a small container instead of the usual container. I'll be calling the corporate office. I don't recommend them anymore. Higher prices low quality, customer service sucks. They don't answer phones and they scam. Fraudulent menus. You order and you don't get the items they had with no warning. I don't recommend them anymore. They gave us a small container for sauces and we paid the usual high price for what we are use to. We usually get the big container like the rice container. Disappointed ☹️

The person I placed an order with told me they have a new chicken supplier and are no longer serving sizes at 10 etc. (now it’s 8, 16 etc pieces) but that it’s ok bc the “chicken is bigger”. It in fact is not, if anything it’s smaller. Bonchon has been hit with shrink inflation. 20 dollars for a snack size isn't worth it. Very lame :(

Bad service and false advertising. I tried to order the special $1 wings on a Tuesday and the lady told me they don’t have that special anymore. The special is on their website and they don’t honor it.
