Takes forever, cashiers don't write down orders, mediocre coffee, dry pastries. Thanks SJSU, for at least keeping expectations even across the board. Edit to reflect more recent changes: seems like they've gotten their stuff together quite a bit.

Slow service, took ten minutes to serve customer with no line, and then get a cup of coffee. At least the coffee was drinkable- unlike the campus Starbucks. Very much understaffed- with only two people there. Maybe they could bring over some of the people hanging out behind the counter at the campus Starbucks?

Keep mixing up orders, refuse to fix their mix ups when it comes to receipts or food and would quickly start escalating when asking for our receipts back
