I went to Pho Now recently and had a good experience. I ordered the basic pho, large size, and it was solid—comforting and flavorful. I also tried the grilled short rib rice plate, which was delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious with bright lighting and high ceilings, which made it feel open and welcoming. One of the fun surprises was the robot that came around to serve water and bean sprouts for the pho — it gave the place a cool, modern vibe. There are big TVs on both sides of the dining area that show videos of food being prepared in different places, including right there in the restaurant, which was fun to watch as we ate. Service was friendly and smooth. You order at the table and then pay at the counter. They even give out lollipops when you check out, which I thought was a nice touch. Parking is plentiful in the lot, so getting in and out was no problem. The only thing I’d mention is that it’s a little on the pricey side, but for the quality, atmosphere, and service, I think it’s worth it. Overall, I really liked it here and would give Phi Now 5 stars for this genre of food and dining experience. August 2025 update: We liked it so much I came back again a month later. This time we tried the beef rib pho and a vermicelli bowl. The beef rib is a huge chunk of meat! Really tender, really tasty. And the vermicelli bowl was filling and flavorful. Very satisfying meal.

This is the best pho I’ve had in a very long time. I could definitely say this is the best spot I’ve had in the Bay Area! I have gone to almost every single place in the bay, including the ones everyone say are so great in Eastside San Jose, but those are nothing compared to this place. They blow them out of water! The prices for the amount of food you get are amazing and hopefully they can continue to keep these prices at where the are along with the portion sizes which are super generous!! The restaurant is super clean and the food quality is absolutely amazing. I have never had pho that tasted so clean and so delicious! The pork here is so amazing. It’s full of flavor and every bite just gets better and better!! I got the vermicelli and sizzling rice plate along with the chicken pho! They were all so amazing! I didn’t know which ones were my favorite!!

Another cold rainy day in NORCAL 47 degrees. Best time for another Pho Now. I checked them out on Yelp. All reviews looked pretty good. So I decided to try them out. I was one of the first couple of customers to pop in. The place was not too busy. Inside space was pretty good. Like a medium size enough for a good 40-50 tables of customers. I ordered the Filet Mignon garlic grilled with all the condiments and spring egg rolls. The bowls were pretty big for a large. Prices were similar to the other locations. It hit the spot "my belly" and warmed me for the day. Location was easy to get to and accessible parking lot with 2 banks and a Taco Bell next to it and some popular place called Egg Head. Handicapped parking spots 2 of them right in front. That made EXTRA special to go into for those of us Physically challenged. I will recommend and take family and friends to try them out. My bowl was SPLENDID. Muy Bueno. They also had the little talking A.I. robot helping out. Been seeing a lot of those around these Pho restaurants.

I recently checked out this amazing restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was super cozy, and the food looked and tasted incredible. We tried the chicken noodle soup and spring rolls (the non-fried ones), and let me tell you, the peanut sauce was to die for! We couldn't get enough of it. The portions were generous, but we were so tempted to order more because everything looked so delicious. Definitely add this place to your must-try list. You won't be disappointed!

Was visiting from Nashville, TN and discovered this place after shopping locally. What a TREAT!!! 😋😋😋 Wonderful atmosphere, engaging server, and delicious Pho!!! We even had the opportunity to enjoy a free Chanh Dây as the daily special on our visit!! 😋😋Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who asks! The ONLY disappointment, I am leaving tomorrow and cannot come back for another dish!! 😭😭😭 But will come back SOON!!! Come and enjoy, you won’t regret!!

We come to this place often because it’s consistently good. The broth always stands out—rich, flavorful, and really well-balanced. The kids look forward to the noodles every time; they’re cooked just right and have a great texture. It’s an easy choice for us whenever we want a meal that everyone in the family enjoys.

I've come here with my friends a few times, I really enjoyed the sizzling rice plates! Their spring rolls are all really good and have really good presentation. This is definitely a go-to restaurant for my friends and me when we want Vietnamese cuisine.

Tried Pho Now for the first time and was really impressed. I ordered the pho tái with filet mignon, and the beef was clearly high quality—exceptionally tender and fresh. Most importantly, the broth passed my personal litmus test: it was perfectly balanced and flavorful on its own, without needing any added sauces. I did finish it with bean sprouts, fresh basil, and a little Sriracha, but the broth absolutely stands on its own. Bonus points for offering broth-only purchases and vegetarian options, so everyone can enjoy a comforting bowl. I’ll definitely be back.

The unforgettable aroma of pho broth hit me before I even stepped inside. I was served right away, making this one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a while. It didn’t take long for the appetizer (Gỏi Cuốn) to arrive. Not only was it delicious and freshly made, but the sauce really hit the spot—I’ve been craving that specific flavor for ages. I could tell the sauce was prepared with care, as all the ingredients blended perfectly. The spring rolls were so good that I actually had to stop myself from finishing them all just to save room for the pho. My first impression of the pho was the broth: clear, packed with flavor, and not greasy at all. For those who prefer a richer taste, there is an option to order fatty broth on the side. The meat was well-cooked and tender, but the standout was definitely the meatball. It was firm and full of beefy flavor; I can tell it isn't store-bought because I’ve tried every brand, and none compare to this. The more I ate, the more it reminded me of a home-cooked meal. I finished the entire bowl quickly—I certainly wasn't going to let that delicious broth go to waste! The restaurant is spacious and the location is perfect for those who want great pho without navigating the heavy traffic of Vietnam Town. The service is top-notch and the space is squeaky clean. In addition to pho, there are many other options for people trying Vietnamese food for the first time. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. If you’re in the mood for pho, please check them out. You won’t be disappointed!

This place is spacious and clean. It's nice that they put all the napkins and chopsticks at the table, so we don't need to ask for more napkins every time we need more. Everything is well organized on the table. Ordered the Custom Pho with brisket, tendon, tripe and beef ball. The soup is delicious and tasty. Noodles are cooked right and there's a good amount of meat in the bowl. Service is decent. They have a robot bringing drinks and certain items to your table. Ladies room is clean and they have good toilet paper, not the super-thin 1-ply TP. Only down side is their drinks are very expensive for almost $8 and toppings are extra. Was going to order the drink but decided not to after seeing how pricey it is. I'd rather go to a specialized tea store if I were to pay $8 for a pearl tea. Considering we are already ordering food, it would be nice if they'll price their drink more reasonably.

First time visit with the wife. Got ourselves the Bun Tom,Thit Nuong, Cha Gio and Pho tai, nam, gan, & bo vien with a side order of the ribs. Bun tom thit nuong: meat was marinated very well and the nuoc mam was made tastefully which complimented the vermicelli. The cha gio (eggroll) is fried perfectly (not dry). I would suggest this dish to anyone if its your first go around. Pho: Each restaurant/chef have their own way of making the broth and it varies based on the spices and technic used. Pho was nicely blended with herbs and spices but nothing special that stands out. Don't get me wrong. The pho was good but nothing special. Also, if your an avid pho eater, it is mandatory to get hanh giam hanh beo (chicken fat & sliced onion in vinegar). To be fair, I'm TREMENDOUSLY picky when it comes to pho and its broth. The rib could be simmered longer. Rib was a bit chewy. But all and all, good restaurant and nice ambience to try and visit. I will be a returning customer to try your other dishes!

Update: 8.6/10 chicken pho (3 months later) The noodles were cooked better and the chicken was shredded better. The broth had more flavor this time. I left my old review to let everyone know they have started to figure out their touch more. Good job on the subtle improvements 7.9 / 10 chicken pho The broth was a little bland and the noodles were overcooked and a little mushy. The bowl size is pretty decent, but there was a ton of chicken compared to the amount of noodles. Less chicken and more noodles especially since the chicken in pho tends to be really dry. I'd suggest cutting the chicken and shredding it so that it's in smaller pieces and holds more flavor The ladies here were really attentive and came to check on me multiple times, so the service was great. Restaurant is clean and has a lot of space for seats. This spot wont become my favorite pho restaurant, but I'll still definitely come back to eat again

The pho tasted like cinnamon and was too sweet for me. The egg roles were super good tho and the lunch / dinner plates looked delicious. If I came back, I would order the egg roles with a plate of pork, eggs & rice instead of pho.

I ordered the pork vermicelli and it was unexpectedly spicy - I was unable to finish it because I have a low tolerance for spice. The portions are big and filling. Hope that the menu would indicate it is spicy.

So for any Pho resto I review and first time visits, I always get the large Dac Biet. So service was great, got seated real quick, server got me water without asking, took my order real quick. Food came out in 7 mins, piping hot. Atmosphere is nice, restaurant has a very vibrant and young feel. Good vibes all around. TVs on all the walls. Price was 18 for a large which was like a dollar more expensive. But the bowl is larger than most large bowls I’ve eaten. Meat quantity was good, had the usual dac biet meat and they even included the meatballs. The flanks were a bit over done but the tendon was perfection. Tripe was great as well. Meat ball was smaller but the taste was better than most. So in terms of the meat, the flat flanks were the ones holding it back since it was overcooked it was a bit dry. Broth taste was a sweeter broth similar to that of souther vietnamese pho. But I would have had a bit more pop to it, but it’s still a bit different from the other phos i have tasted. I liked the noodle consistency a lot, it had some good firmness thats fun to chew, not hard or super chewy and not mushy or too soft. I wish they put more noodles i thought it was lacking. I liked all the green onions and herbs they put, had a very great smell to it. So overall 4.5/5 So i shall put 4 stars because I don’t like rounding up. Service - 5/5 Atmosphere - 5/5 Quality - 3.75/5 Quantity - 4/5 Price - 4/5

I just had dinner there by myself I had the spring rolls, and vermicelli pork and shrimp dish very delishes, the food was outstanding but service was very poor... service can either make it break for me, as went to pay after my meal I had a young lady with bleached hair making a shirk at me, making me feel very uncomfortable. I don't plan to return to business that does not appreciate my presence.

The Chicken Pho was pretty good, and the portion size was pretty filling despite ordering the small size. The Spring rolls were also really good, and I especially liked the peanut sauce. What pissed me off the most was that they only gave me 2 pieces of garlic shrimp for a dish that cost $7.50, and that was enough for this place to deserve a 3 star in my eyes. It shouldn’t be legal for a restaurant to charge $7.50 for a garlic shrimp dish and serve only 2 pieces because no customer will ever be satisfied with that. I would suggest 4 pieces. The atmosphere of this restaurant was pretty friendly, and the service was also really good. Overall, a good experience, but the shrimp dish ruined it for me.

I used came here for hot pot before, but found out that it was closed and opened a Vietnamese pho restaurant. I ordered pho, which tasted average ,and also ordered beef sizzling which was good, but the rice was a bit hard and the iron plate was not hot. Young kids server friendly and polite .

Chicken Pho, Rice Noodles are very good, but half of Chicken is too dry, too bad. The pork in Spring Rolls is too dry, too. Grilled pork is not delicious, the shrimps are hard, not tender. And no server adds water for us. We don't think that we will go again.

Disappointing take-out experience. If you choose take to go, you’re not allowed to choose small or large size — only one option. On top of that, they add extra take-out fees. A regular pho ended up costing almost $24 to go and the taste is so so, which feels unreasonable for what you get. Definitely not transparent pricing, and not worth it for take-out.
