Located in San Jose, SimpleTea offers a variety of options to enjoy our offerings, including delivery, takeout, and dine-in service. We pride ourselves on our great tea selection and strive to provide a comfortable experience for all our guests. Our restaurant features a wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments for your convenience. We are open seven days a week, from 11AM to 8:30PM. We currently hold a 3.3/5 rating based on 14 reviews. The place has good AC! They do their best to keep the environment cool and the workers here are friendly. The menu is limited but I liked my Thai Milk Tea! Service here is nice! Lady is able to make adjustments to drinks if you don’t like them.
What an awesome little spot. It's only been open for a day. It's been a long time since I got really good boba tea with some fried calamari not just the Rings but real fried calamari. It was a really great first experience I will be coming back soon couldn't even leave the parking lot before finishing my bag!

The store very nice from inside. We got boba tea. It was nice for one of them the other one was discussing (taro ice) they use the buree .not good .when I asked the worker this drink is not as mentioned on the wall board .they said it is how it is . Never care ..the boba tea is over price .very expensive comparing with other like bobaholic for example.

Went after seeing the good reviews and tried their classic Hong Kong tea which was not upto the standard of other tea places in 5 mile radius. Avoid until they improve

Went today for a drink, calamari and popcorn chicken, calamari was soggy, chicken was mainly batter droppings and my tea was filled completely was ice. The young lady taking my order wasn’t friendly at all, had a stoned cold face the entire interaction, very disappointing.
the drinks were terrible. taro was not taro at all. it was a waste of money. there’s better places literally across the street, don’t settle for this one like we did.
I tried calling to speak to a manager with questions that I had and the girl hung up on me instantly. Horrible customer service.
