Ordered Coconut Latte here on Sunday 7/30 around 11:30am, the milk and fresh coconut water well mixed and tasted really good! Customer service is excellent! The staff was so nice and introduced the drinks to us with full of patient. I have to say I enjoy this great customer service more than my drink lol

Nice new boutique boba shop with lots of options for both drinks and snacks. I tried the wukong black milk tea and it was delicious. Will definitely be back to try other drinks.

Went there right after opening time. Didn’t wait for long to get my 3 drinks. 25% of sugar is sweet enough for me.

Nice staff. Good flavor. A bit hot inside during summer day though.

They serve 2 types of drinks .non latte/ coffee and late drink. The drinks are ok. But I preferred to have from my original stores

I went here over the weekend, wait time is more than one hour, while estimate is 10 minutes. Front desk is messy, with a lot of orders and no one to pick up, and many people waiting for orders. Process is inefficient update: change to 3 star, I went again one week later and wait time is about 10 minutes, call before also helps, pancake is good

I went here over the weekend, wait time is more than one hour, while estimate is 10 minutes. Front desk is messy, with a lot of orders and no one to pick up, and many people waiting for orders. Edit: I think the owner called every customer and apologized and provided refund for my 煎饼果子. At least the attitude is good. Change to two stars from one star. Original comment: The speed of service is terrible if you want to order 煎饼果(Chinese Savior Crepe), we waited for 1.5 hour and decided to cancel. A bunch of others were in a similar situation. I cannot believe that this place has 5 stars on google map 😅 The drinks were not fast either. We waited for about 20 minutes and went to grab five guys. However, unlike the Chinese Savior Crepe, the drink was at least ready when we got back after 1.5 hour.

I did not even order but I want to know why this place is called Teaever and there’s hardly any tea on the menu. I just want simple Jasmine green milk tea. Instead all this weird stuff is on your menu.
