So everything was good. Workers we're nice. Didn't have to wait for the food very long at all. But only one thing that I have to put out there... the new Caramel Flan dessert, absolutely disgusting. I highly suggest getting the churos instead.

I moved a few weeks ago. I had three movers who were planning to skip lunch. I wasn't having it. So I drove to the nearby Pollo Loco and brought back a chicken feast with lots of sides. They enjoyed it and were very appreciative. A vegetarian myself, I had some delicious rice, beans, and guacamole. Hit the spot. For an easy, tasty meal, I've always found Pollo Loco to be a crowd pleaser.

El Poll Loco makes a better chix tortilla soup than most major restaurants!!!Their carnitas tacos also a big step above flavorwise than any drive thru.Their round chix quesadillas a great tasty snack!!

Drive thru is always packed yet somehow the staff always gets orders out in a quick way with a big smile on all their faces. Food is always fresh and the chicken is always juicy. Highly recommend the black bean bowl.

Always quick and good service. The food is definitely fresher than most. Their salsa bar is constantly refilled if necessary, or you just let them know and they'll take care of it.

It's close by to Costco, can't miss it! Good fast food imo, and always friendly and fast service in the drive thru. This is the first time I've ever had El Pollo Loco and I'm a fan! I go here now whenever I'm hungry and in a hurry. Definitely a better option than Costco food court choices (not that there's anything wrong with Costco food). Tastier chicken bowl for a decent price.

My one big complaint is I always say no salsa and they ask like 3 times per visit and then sometimes I still get salsa in bag that I have to pull out and give back. I go here often enough that guy at window should know me and my order and that I dont want salsa.

This El Pollo location is in the same parking area as Costco and easy to see from the street. So if you're burnt out on pizza or hot dogs... About 2/3 full so local popular place too. The service was very pleasant and helpful. Main dining was very clean. During my visit someone came out to tidy the drinks and refill iced tea. One downside is during late afternoon it feels IMHO a bit toasty next to the windows. Don't mean to sound picky but, any way they could get blinds for the late afternoon?

My burrito was carelessly prepared. It was delicious but I had to eat it with a fork because they literally didn’t even wrap it. Such bogus. Won’t be coming back.

It does not come with sour cream or cabbage, but they put it in there. Looked disgusting. I asked them to fix and the lady in the kitchen actually argued to everyone that's how it comes. They made a new one still had the cabbage in the melted cheese and bean liquiid. So gross I didn't eat it. It's how this location goes. They blame you for the order being wrong. No mas.

In the half hour I was there they served two people, two... Dirty lobby, wrong food prepared, manager yelling at people and unresponsive to customers. Complete disaster. No confidence.

By far the most gross thing....pink chicken 🤢 when showed the cashier the cook came over and tried to tell us that's the correct color..... I've been cooking for over 12yrs on 2 different restaurants and yet never heard of pink chicken being a thing....you can get a light brown coloration close to the bone marrow when boiled but never on grilled chicken.

I went in to use the restroom and both bathrooms were a mess. No toilet paper at all(4 rolls empty). I told the employee and she said ok. I stood there for 10 minutes then she actually asked me if I’m waiting for something. Lol. I am, I said, for the toilet paper and she said oh, ok. One second…. No kidding? Lol Anyway. That’s ridiculous. Dining room full of people about to leave and likely wanting to use the restroom before they do and they don’t think the restroom condition is a priority? Come on.
