Love this place! Been coming for years! Love secret sauce. Only thing is the bowls are not packed to where the lid would be pushing food down. Much smaller serving than it use to be.

Good food and even better service. I work close by and come here pretty frequently and everyone who works there is super nice and and they work really quickly to prepare the meals. Food is always fresh as well.

Great place to eat at food is awesome ( Rupa the owner was very respectful and well knowledgeable about her food/restaurant, the cook is great his Food is Amazing. I have 10 years of experience with Food in restaurants from high end to small businesses, and hands down best food I’ve tasted thanks Guys I will definitely be coming back....

First time experience. I thought it was a burger joint when I smelled the food from outside. Rice and noodle bowls with fresh cooked proteins. Very good, glad I tried it.

We needed a Flame Broiler in SJC. We came in for a late lunch during the week. Ordered the chicken bowl with white rice and veggies. So fresh, delicious and so yummy that I ate my meal and forgot to take a photo! Plenty of seating inside, clean atmosphere and friendly people too. Can't wait to come back. (and post a photo too)

This location is somehow tastier than others, also cleaner and friendlier. It isn't in a backlot garbage bin, despite what the photo on Google currently shows. That's it's back door.

Walked in for lunch, very clean surroundings stepped up to menu. Here you pick your protein; beef, chicken, 1/2 n 1/2, also all white meat chicken small premium. Then your size and base. I choose the all white rice with streamed veggies. The plate size I ordered came with a small cabbage salad and 1/2 an orange. Protein was 7oz. all for about $9.75. Service has changed a bit in that they assemble the plates all up front. The veggies, rices and meats are pre-prepped off and placed in holding containers for the customers order. I liked it, you see the food being assembled and that's a layer of extra trust for me. Last they offer green onions for top garnish if you want. Sauces still were there and the drink counter. I found some fruit punch Revive and sat to enjoy. I'll be back soon. Thanks for the friendly service.

The grub is always great . Especially all the different sauces . But man it was dirty in there. Trash and leaves all over the floor. It smelled like wet tooth . #lol

I love Flame Broiler and all of its locations, but just wanted to leave an honest review to help management at this location. Lack of customer service from the moment I walked in the door and the food was cold. This location keeps it in containers "Pre Made" so it's not as fresh as the locations in terms of right off the grill.

Unfortunately today my last time at Flame Broiler SJC . I order a few times per month. Order is ready maybe half the time. Not always accurate but I don't say anything. Awlays awkward cuttintg ahead of people in line. Order wrong with attituttude and fake "have a nice day". No drink cup he said ita not on Order and to prove it, I did. No sauce. Avocado was a side order for someone and it was on the bowl. He wouldn't fix. I'm not coming back for more of that.

Unfortunately today my last time at Flame Broiler SJC . I order a few times per month. Order is ready maybe half the time. Not always accurate but I don't say anything. The food tasted old, really bad service and the price is crazy, 13 bucks for rice and beef? No way

I’ve gone recently multiple times within the last 3 weeks to order their delicious Korean spicy chicken. The food itself tastes very good. One of the servers who mainly works in the evenings and always helps me when I order is very disappointing. One time I ordered the spicy chicken and he only gave me regular chicken. Another time I ordered spicy chicken with extra chicken and he again only gave me regular chicken without any extra. He does not measure the meat at all when he’s putting it into the bowl. Again today, I ordered extra Korean spicy chicken and he again didn’t not measure and he only put spicy chicken on a little bit of the meat and then scoops more regular chicken without any sauce at all. That’s not what I paid for. I’ve never had an issue when anyone else takes my order, only him.

Old meat, the 4 times I have gone here meat is constantly warmed up on grill then put back in container at counter all day meat has a lot of fat and tastes old. Vegetables are just okay not really soft. Way too expensive for what you get ridiculously.

Young guy with tattoos on forearms who works there is very RUDE!, he has absolutely zero patience, he always rushes my order and acts extremely condescending. I have been to this location many times and every time is the same, i’m not coming back to this location.

Girl at the cashier was super slow. Waited 10 to order and another 10 to just get my food, 20 min out of my 30 min break wasted couldnt even finish my food. People in line were complaining about the same thing. She needs to get way faster. 2/24/19

Admittedly, I walked in at 8:10pm, they close at 9. 3 employees at the restaurant, 2 on their phones, one sweeping the floor. I stood in line for 2-3 minutes and was not acknowledged at all. I walked out, and still...no one acknowledged my existence. This is the 3rd time this has happened.

They shut down the grills over 20 mins early and told me they were closed even though the open sign was still lit up. I have never had a good experience with this place and it never has good customer service
