If I could give more stars I would but I can't the workers & manager r super friendly the manager Ramiro took his time to help me hook up my card from cash app to my phone & that's that no one that I know would help me now I can take my family meal home & eat in peace with my kids no struggle no attitude & yes they may have a little bit of food but it's very delicious

I've been a loyal customer of this Panda Express since it first opened, and it consistently stands out as the best in the area. Compared to the Shary and North Mcallen locations, this one truly meets and exceeds the high standards of the Panda Express franchise. The staff is always well-trained, professional, and friendly. The restaurant is consistently clean, from the tables to the bathrooms, which I really appreciate. Most importantly, the food quality is always top-notch and delicious. My go-to meal is the Beijing Beef and Teriyaki Chicken with half lo mein and half fried rice, and I have to get an egg roll and their amazing cream cheese rangoons. This is the location I trust for a great meal every time.

Staff goes above and beyond for their customers. I ordered on the app but got there almost half an hour after my order was ready. I asked the employee to please make my order again since I knew my family wouldn't enjoy food that had been sitting there so long, and I told her I was ok paying for it since it was my oversight. The employee spoke with her manager, and to my surprise, the manager gave the ok to remake my order, fresh, at no extra charge. This experience speaks volumes as to how well this particular restaurant is being managed, clearly putting their patrons first. All employees were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this particular Panda Express and will definitely be returning.

Food could be better on the beef and broccoli. Teriyaki chicken was my favorite. Not dry great flavor. It's a new establishment. Plenty of sitting. The food value are reasonable.

I visited Panda Express via the drive thru window and there was no one in front of me, I ordered walnut shrimp, orange chicken, steam rice, noodles and a large coke. I get to the window pay and they hand me my food. I asked the lady for my drink and she asked me to return the food to her (which I did) and she closes the window. She comes back with a new bag of food still no drink and tells me she forgot to charge me for it. I pay for the coke and she returns the food. I take off and when I check the food is wrong. I was charged extra for walnut shrimp and it was all orange chicken -.- I drive back get off and as soon as I walk in they just say “that’s her” and hand me the right bag that had already been sitting there! Ugh! Terrible customer service experience.
