This place is hands down the best spot for açaí bowls! The ingredients are fresh, portions are generous, and everything is beautifully put together. What really sets them apart, though, is the atmosphere. The staff are welcoming, and they make it easy for both English and Spanish speakers to feel comfortable. It’s clear they care about their community and their customers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great flavor and friendly service!

Me gusto mucho el lugar, unos jugos super ricos, el Acai Bowl es super bueno, buena relación calidad-precio y muy buen servicio. Lo recomiendo y definitivamente volveré, fui cada dia de mi estadía por mi jugo, batida o Acai.

Great for those HOT Days! I have only had a smoothie / frappe a couple of times and I guess it deals with location at the time. Well this was the perfect location it was Hot out it was across the street from the hotel and we just go back from walking around. So my wife got us a "Mango Berry Blitz frappe". My wife knows I like Mango and they grow here on the island so why not. It was pretty good and was the right thing at the moment.

Delicious! We ordered two drinks- celebrity crush and pink crush. They were awesome and really hit the spot especially after walking on a hot day. My only complaint was how the workers ignored the customers. I observed customers thanking them when leaving but they were ignored because the workers were too busy gossiping.

Pésimo servicio.

Buenas noches Quiero siempre resaltar la atención de los otros turnos que siempre me han atendido con mucha diligencia y cariño. Siendo las 9:16 pm del día hoy, el personal a cargo de la atención me indicó que no podía atenderme por el hecho de que ya estaban cerrando, puntualmente el lugar siempre cierra a las 9:30 pm. Resaltó que soy un consumidor de este lugar con frecuencia de tres veces por cada semana, me resultó demasiado indignante recibir este trato, aún cuando sus dueños son personas súper agradables. Resaltó la normativa establecida por DACO, en procesos de atención, y regulaciones en tiempo de apertura y cierre de un establecimiento. Agradecido una vez más!

Nunca en la vida he recibido un buen servicio en este lugar. Las chamaquitas que ponen a trabajar son todas unas aborrecí'as con cero destrezas de servicio al cliente. Se nota que son guaynabitas que lo que hacen es explotar el cheque comprando ropita en Shein y no se tienen que fajar por nada en la vida. Tres veces he ido y tres veces o no me han atendido (incluso preguntando si están abiertos como anoche) o me atienden de mala gana. El único beneficio de la duda que me atrevo a darle es si la administración son unos afrenta'os pa' los chavos que tratan mal a sus empleados, porque literal es lo único que me hace sentido. These self-entitled girls who work here won't appreciate anybody walking in and stopping their mindless social media scrolling.

Pensé, “okay, están preparando las ordenes de otros clientes así que obviamente tengo que esperar”. Pasaron mas de 10 minutos y ninguna de las dos dijo nada. Fue súper incómodo. Se que estaban haciendo su trabajo pero al menos un “bienvenida, tan pronto termine esto estaré contigo” NADA. Silencio incómodo por 10 minutos, me fui y aún así ninguna dijo nada. Horrible!
