Stopped in after visiting the art museum close by and had a delicious small plate with a meat kabob, rice, and salad. The portions were generous, the air conditioning felt great, and the staff were really attentive.

If you haven’t already try this restaurant, you don’t know what you’re missing. This restaurant is beautiful inside and the food is on point. Service was excellent. Servings are great and the flavors were on point. 10/10

Great experience, and love the falafel plate! The falafel was awesome! The salad is delicious. My only wish is for the bread of the humus to be more bread or pita. But really loved my lunch. I’ll be back!

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Kasa Kabob! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family, and it only got better from there. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between modern chic and cozy. The food was out of this world. Every dish was bursting with flavor, offering an authentic taste of Persian cuisine with a fresh, modern twist. The kabobs were juicy and perfectly seasoned, the rice was buttery and fragrant, and the spreads and starters set the tone for a memorable meal. Let’s talk cocktails—do not miss the blueberry mule. It’s creative, refreshing, and dangerously good. A huge shoutout to Sofia and Keyla, who took such amazing care of us. Their warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality elevated the whole experience. We felt like VIPs from start to finish. Be sure to check out Kasa Kabob ASAP. This place is a gem.

Absolutely amazing experience! The food, atmosphere, and service were all top-notch. George, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and gave us fantastic menu suggestions. We were completely full but just couldn’t stop eating—everything was that delicious! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Wow! This place rejuvenated my body! The feeling of eating such clean food, the pride of crafting scrumptious food! I ordered the Family Platter, my God, plenty of food to feed four people! Reason I went this route was to try multiple things, i.e., hummus, salad, yogurt. The presentation was so beautiful, cared for, felt high-end! The vibe was great! I was able to meet Chris (he works for Corp office training the Executive Chefs in mastering their craft), and Ken, what can I say about you my friend, you are kind, true master of your craft on the food you make and the best part, Ken (the amazing Chef) came to serve my food! Blown away! And yes, Valdi took pictures with Chris and Ken, the the staff is amazing, cordial and polite, thanks guys! On other matters, the paintings on the wall were stunning, the place can accommodate reasonable groups and if i had to take a wild guess since there’s a sitting area along the wall, 10-12 party easy! I ordered To-Go for my brother hummus and falafel wraps and asked him how was the food… my bro stated “En La Madre”. This is Puertorican phrase that the food was delicious!!! This place was heartfelt! I can’t wait to go back. This place is Valdi approved 100%.

I was on a visit to Puerto Rico and missing my family’s Persian food. My husband is Puerto Rican and he absolutely loved the food as well! This was a delicious stop! The owners are wonderful and very welcoming. The food is phenomenal. I especially loved the chicken kabob and rice. They even have tahdig (pegao) sometimes so be sure to check for that! The sauces provided are delicious and unique! Miami heat is so good if you like spice. We will be back each time we’re in the area. If you’re visiting or local it’s a must try! There’s also a cute cafe right next door and an art museum close by. Very nice non touristy area to spend some time. Thank you again!

Great restaurant. My girlfriend was born in Iran and she LOVED the food. Great experience and 5 stars all around. We ate the food too fast so you light see a few bites taken. We couldn’t wait!

Just tried this new kebab spot in San Juan and it did not disappoint! The food was packed with flavor—juicy, perfectly seasoned meat and fresh sides that hit the spot. You can tell word’s getting around because the place has been non-stop busy, but the service was still friendly and fast. It’s always great to see a new local business thriving, especially when the food is this good. Definitely a new favorite!

We were a group of 24 visiting San Juan before our cruise and decided to have dinner at Kasa Restaurant. From start to finish, everything was wonderful! The food was absolutely delicious — full of authentic Persian flavors — and the presentation was beautiful. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us all feel very welcome. It’s not easy to accommodate such a large group, but they did it perfectly. If you’re in San Juan and craving truly delicious Persian cuisine in a warm and friendly atmosphere, Kasa Restaurant is a must-visit!

Only Persian restaurant i could find. They don't have the typical Persian stews and other things but they do make quite good koobideh and chicken kabob. The flavors are not quite like in Los Angeles but still good. I finished the whole meal. Very friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. If in San Juan and crave Persian Kabobs then I recommend this.

Rare find, Persian restaurant in San Juan? Local PR chef who was trained for this kitchen, did a good job, well maybe for koobideh not so much but chenjeh and joojeh was very good. (Koobideh is not an easy kabob and takes years of practice, can’t complain) Loved the design and vibe.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this was next-level. The filet mignon was cooked just right, tender and flavorful—no nonsense, pure excellence. The beef & lamb koobideh hit the spot too—juicy, well-seasoned, unforgettable. Staff? Top-tier. Friendly, bilingual (Spanish and English on lock). Bottom line: the food was incredible, the service super nice, and the language barrier wasn’t a barrier at all. If you’re in San Juan and hungry for real flavor, you can’t miss this one.

Kasa Kabob should be your next destination for a culinary experience! The food along with the drinks will truly satisfy everyone's taste. The food in this place is amazing, however, the service is definitely lacking. We went for family dinner, 10 of us, and ordered the family platters. The plates the brought out were dirty and when we asked for fresh ones, it took a other 20 minutes for them to replace them. They didn't have serving utensils for the family platters so we had to use the individual ones. They did say they were short staffed that day, but the place was not crowded at all. I would definitely eat here again, but I will have to take it To Go !

The food is delicious and fresh, I love it. The problem is the music is so loud it gives me a headache and some employees that work there are extremely loud ( there is a employee girl that works there the she had blond hair ( dyed ) and wore glasses who was the loudest! The employees forget that it’s a restaurant and not their living room at home so I’m taking two stars off , one for the loud music and one for the loud employees. I want to go and eat tonight again, but the thought of the loud music has changed my mind. I wish they had outdoor seating so we can eat in peace and quiet.

As much as I wanted to love this place, unfortunately, we didn't enjoy most of the food here. We ordered the Mixed Platter, and while the salad was pretty decent, the hummus was very plain, and the lamb/beef skewers were pretty terrible, with little to no seasoning. Same went for the tenderloin, which just ended up being chunks of unflavored, almost steamed lamb. As a huge meat lover, even my boyfriend was struggling to get the food down. The chicken was the saving grace for sure - soft and flavorful, but certainly not enough for us to return. We had hope in their Dubai cookie for dessert, but nope - not worth it either, sadly. Also charged an 18% tip for non-existent table service...

Ingredientes frescos y bien preparados.

I ordered delivery and purchased the chicken kabob with rice and roasted tomatoes and a side of hummus. The hummus lacked any flavor, was super watery and had way too much oil on it. The chicken kabob was okay but lacked true Mediterranean flavor/seasoning. I purchased their garlic sauce and another sauce and both tasted like mayonaise. I was most suprised that the house bread was a tortilla and tasted like it was bought from SuperMax and reheated on a grill to give it a cooked look. Very dissapointing.

25$ for a plate with one chicken skewer is criminal, not worth it at all. Ordered grilled onions on the side and they were completly raw. Will not come back.

Extremely loud salsa being played in the Persian restaurant and when I say loud it was like a club. The waitress was singing more than what she was serving and she was more interested in her phone. Now the food- I could care less if the service was terrible and the music was too loud when I order food to go. The wrap was in the same bread of a burrito not a Lavash bread. The meat on the Kebab was raw. When I called to complain - I was hung up and now they don’t pick up the phone. I spent 50 dollars to receive raw food and basic burrito wrap. Terrible!

Worst Persian food in Puerto Rico,The food sucks and lacks flavor, very expensive for the quality of food they serve, bathroom is dirty,They charge 18% tip service when you don't get any service and the employees are on the phone talk loud and curse alot, and the music was so loud and disrespectful it's a restaurant NOT A CLUB!!!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.Do Not Waste your time
