Pude visitarlo el pasado viernes y me atendió el mesero Efraín Diaz, quien nos recomendo el mahi mahi con amarillo (delicioso). El servicio profesional, eficaz, y gracioso. Gracias Efraín por recordarnos que Puerto Rico lo hace mejor.

Good stop for a bite and a drink before a flight. Food portions are big. We split the club sandwich and it was really good. We saw someone get fajitas and those looked amazing. Drinks are expensive especially if you get a double ($30 a drink). Service was good and bartenders were friendly; we would go back.

Great place to eat at SJU airport. There is a line for a table for a reason.

We arrived at the airport early and had about 3 hours before our flight left. They were very busy yet we only had to wait about 5-10 minutes for a table of 5. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was average for a chain so we knew what we were getting. The atmosphere was what you'd expect for an airport restaurant/bar.

Not a lot of food options for sit down places Appears long line but they do a good job turning over tables and shuffling us along Chips and salsa appetizer was 13.99 Felt like my chips came from the bottom as most were bits and not whole size Grilled chicken sandwich with fries 28.99 Service was friendly and quick Definitely expect to pay for good food

Came here to wait for my flight to arrive I was seated rather quickly the server was nice. It wasn’t too many meatless options to get wasn’t none basically. So I ordered the Cesar salad with no chicken that was good & chips with guacamole which I left right there on the table it was so disgusting it was like they missed an ingredient or something I couldn’t even finish it blah.

Large restaurant and many available settings. - DO NOT DRINK THEIR TAP WATER!! IT STINKS. High risk to get diarhea ftom it. - Food is 2x of any regular place. Beer cists 4x of any other place in PR. - Waiters barely speak English but push hard for a tip. They will hover over you watching you typing.

First and foremost, the only reason I am leaving the review is because our bartender Gabriela was excellent. My friend and I walked over from terminal A to kill time from our delayed flight and get food. Getting to the restaurant, there was a long line for a table. I guess the service staff was behind and once we finally got to the host to be sat, she offered us to order to-go to get the food quicker and we could wait at a high top until the food was ready. We went that route but moved to the bar once space opened where we luckily got Gabriela. It was a bit hectic because apparently they were running out of essentially everything they needed to make orders and the waits were lingering for everyone at the bar as well. However she was very nice, welcoming, and attentive to our needs as we waited delay after delay for our flight over 3 hours. She was hardly getting the support needed for her to effectively do her job however she managed to do it anyway, with a smile throughout. Thanks Gabriela for making our time here easier.

I get there party of one. I wait 10 mins to be seated. A family of 4 comes and the host takes the family of 4 to a table and leave me there. I go sit at the bar at 4pm and nobody greeted me til 4:28pm. I waited 28 mins looking at the menu. I watched the bar staff serve everyone ahead of me. He finally take my order and I wait 20 mins for my Volcano Nachos to come out loaded with SOUR CREAM. I told him over & over no SOUR CREAM. .. This was the worst airport food service I received in my life. He never asked did I want a refill on my drink or water . VERY POOR SERVICE. I had better service at the piñones. I watched the lady beside me order a margarita, and nobody came to check on her for over 25 mins. She put her menu up & left with the margarita cause she was upset with not receiving service. Food is cold cheese not melted and took the sour cream off

My wife and daughter ordered a cheeseburger for my eleven year old daughter as my wife waited standing by the community table one of the host approached her and my daughter and asked them to wait outside for their order at the same time a pregnant lady and her husband approached the bar the lady asked the bartender for a cup of water he just looked at her nodded no and said we don't give out free water. Burger comes out they sit it on the counter I approach the bar to pick it up I stand there for two minutes while this guy is on his phone lol what can I say other than spend your money elsewhere.

⭐️ Air Margaritaville – San Juan, Puerto Rico “Volcano Nachos: The Culinary Ambush of the Century” Let me warn every unsuspecting traveler: the Volcano Nachos at Air Margaritaville are not food — they are a reckless act of aggression. We innocently ordered them, thinking we were getting airport-sized snacks. What landed on our table looked like it was built by FEMA and intended for disaster relief. This thing could feed five people, two emotional support animals, and probably a gate agent. And did our server bother mentioning that one order is enough to satisfy an entire cruise ship muster station? Of course not. So we ordered individual plates like fools walking straight into a trap. By the time the nacho mountain arrived, it was too late. We were committed. We tried. We failed. We aged. We questioned our life choices. This wasn’t a meal — it was a slow, cheesy descent into madness. If you order this, bring friends. Or a construction crew. Or a rescue helicopter. Because these nachos don’t just “fill you up”… they take you out. Also, the 4 out of 4 of us got sick eating here. We all ended up with an immediate sore throat and suspect it could be the water or fries/oil. Avoid if you do not want food poisoning!

This is the worst place to have lunch or dinner. The fish tacos are the poorest concept this restaurant offers. They consist of a piece of fried fish placed on a minimal amount of lettuce and an old avocado. I do not recommend eating at this establishment, as it is overpriced and the quality of the food is extremely poor.

We were so disappointed in this experience. The price was way too high for how low quality the food and service was. We anticipated mediocre food (it's an airport restaurant after all) but this was just BAD. The fish tacos were a greasy piece of fish laid on top of way too much lettuce and the sauce they put under the lettuce was almost sour and tasted like it turned. My husband ordered a Bloody Mary spicy and then had to ask for hot sauce, salt, and pepper to try to make it even remotely drinkable. We ended up returning it and just getting a beer. When our server finally came by the table (the two times he checked on us the entire meal) he showed me the 15/20/25 percent tip on the bottom of the receipt and told me we had to choose one of those. We are good tippers but this service and the food and the drinks were all terrible. And then to get the bill and it was over $100 for us to eat less than fast food quality food was just insulting. No manager available to speak with and nothing was rectified during our visit other than changing the Bloody Mary out for a Beer.

When we first got sat we were put behind the bar next to the swinging kitchen doors, it was crammed and uncomfortable. The table was dirty and we immediately asked to move: the first guy blew me off and I finally went to the hostess and she moved us. While my husband was waiting with our 2 kids (6 and 16 months) a waitress stopped asking why he is standing - it wasn’t done in a helpful tone. When we moved the same waitress ended up helping us - you can’t read the menus and they don’t have anything for kids. We ended up only ordering chips and salsa and the waitress responded, “that’s it?” she then proceeded to say give me the menus and snatched them out of our hands. She never stopped to ask how we were she was always on the run. The chips tasted burnt so we didn’t even finish them. We had to ask for the check twice and again awful service and awful attitude towards us. We tip well - our family and friends are in a the industry that lives off tips. It was so bad we didn’t tip and ended up throwing the receipt at me and walked away. I don’t recommend it especially if you have children.

Food was absolutely terrible. I got fish tacos, which as others have noted were served on basically a head of lettuce. They were totally flavorless & overpriced. Mine were supposed to come with rice but were served with terrible French fries. I had to ask for the rice. Not to mention it is very expensive even for airport food. Give this one a miss. I really expected more from a Margaritaville.

Sat down with my family and got 3 pina colada’s that ended up costing us $54 which is crazy in itself but nonetheless we were going to pay $70 total with the tip included until the waiter didn’t come back to the table for an extended period of time we decided we should just tip $1 per drink. The waiter saw his tip and had the audacity to point at the receipt with the suggested percentage tip as if we didn’t tip enough. Genuinely have never seen that type of entitlement from bad service. Didn’t get food so I left it at 3 stars since none of it looked good around me.

A las 6pm no tenian hamburgers y viraban la gente en la puerta porque a las 6:30 la cerraron la cocina....en serio? En este aeropuerto de San Juan que por cierto NO hay lugares de comida abiertos...qué desastre.

10 min sentado en la Barra. Me pasan por al frente en varias ocasiones y no me atienden. El customer service bien bien buen pobre.

Horrendo lugar para comer, comenzando con los meseros, necesitan tener servicio al cliente estar pendiente de las necesidades del consumidor. El sazón terrible, nada d sabor... finalmente el costo es alto para la calidad de la comida, no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Nos cansamos de esperar que nos atendieran. Se nos colaron dos boricuas bestiales.

Workers talking in groups while customers were unattended and waiting to be serve...is like supervision is failing. It won't be a third time. La comida es buena, el servicio el peor. Host te ve y ella te ignora, si ordenas en el bar, te va decir que la comida se Toma mas de 30 minutos y te enviara a otro restaurant. Si le dices que tienes tiempo se enoja. Donde esta el supervisor de este local.

Pésimo atencion, le solicite a la mesera, azucar parda , nunca me la trajo tube que pararme ir a otra mesa donde termino alguien y agarrarla, cuando me trajo el desayuno no me trajo tenedores ni servilletas, le digo por la azúcar no te preocupes ya la busque por mi cuenta y no fue capaz de decir lo siento lo olvidé, y aun asi quieren propinas, entiendo que sus ganancias están basadas en la propina, y entiendo lo dificil que es atender al público, pero es tu trabajo y podrías esmerarte un poco mas, simple como seguir ciertos pasos para que nada se te olvide.. o tratar de resolver wl problema rápido, pero siento que ella está mal humorada hoy, debió pedir el dia y no venir a trabajar, las presiones de la vida suelen ser difíciles. Que mal servicio en este lugar. No me metí a leer los comentarios. Me dejé llevar porque se veía lleno. Me atendió un señor llamado Luis. Que señor tan amargado y sin ganas de atender bien a un cliente. Pésima atención, servicio, todo mal. Enséñenle que para la próxima que un cliente le pregunte qué plato recomienda, que su respuesta no sea “todo, no ve las fotos”. No volvería, no lo recomiendo.
