I tried the Cookie Cloud Pon de Ring, and I highly recommend it! It wasn’t overly sweet, which I personally loved — and the texture and flavor were so soft, chewy, and satisfying. It actually reminded me a lot of the Mister Donut I had in Japan 🍩🇯🇵✨. It had the same subtle sweetness and balanced taste that’s hard to find elsewhere 😋. I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more. If you’re someone who enjoys light-tasting donuts and that signature mochi-like texture, this spot is worth the visit 💖. Definitely a great stop for a quick treat, especially with such accommodating and thoughtful staff 💫.

Very affordable they pack up all your orders in a great way so you can carry and travel but they also have seating arrangements where you can eat inside this is a busy location so it’s usually crowded day or night no matter the time probably because it’s so affordable the taste is great I’ve tried a wide variety of their options

Prices are also reasonable and most desserts aren't too sweet. My all-time favorite is any variation of their Pon De Rings. The chewy texture is key, light on the tummy, and perfect with a cup of relaxing, calming, aromatic coffee. Since a good friend of mine introduced me to their Belgian Bites several years ago, I could never let them go, especially the one that looks like it's coated with pinipig or popped rice. For a fair shot at good sweetness, I highly recommend that one. Share 'em with your friends too; it's a great feeling. I can't say much about the Wintermelon ThirTea. It's just not sweet enough for me, though this could be superb for others.

There is a small dining counter on the ground floor good for 4 pax. The place is neat. There are many food choices. There is no privacy.

Terrible customer service and honestly a disappointing experience overall. The service is slow and disorganized, and it feels like basic customer handling isn’t being followed. Orders take longer than they should, and there’s a clear lack of attention to detail. What makes it worse is the manager’s behavior. He is rude, unprofessional, and unnecessarily hostile toward customers. Instead of improving the situation, his attitude just makes things more uncomfortable and frustrating. Definitely not recommended until there are serious improvements.

Terrible customer service and mid coffee. The crew struggles to use the POS system, making ordering take forever, and they don't know how to properly make a latte (they even gave us a hot matcha instead of iced, forcing us to fix it ourselves). To make matters worse, the male manager is incredibly unprofessional and actually shouted at us in front of other customers. As regular patrons, we are extremely disappointed. Not recommended. Take your business elsewhere.
