Out of all the pandas I v been to , this is the best one and it's all cause of the Manager. The quality of food and service. The Manager Miriam she is a leader , leads with best customer service.

I completely love Panda Express and their food. Today I went to order and the young lady that was at the window I could gather. She was not feeling well. However, if you're not feeling well, stay home wait ordered our food. One of the items I noticed right away that we didn't get before we left the window. We asked her about it and she gave it to us but then when I got home I noticed another item that we had paid for was missing. I'm not anybody that's trying to get over on anyone. I just want what I paid for as this is a service that they actually provide. I pay you. Give me what I pay for. It's simple as that. I tried to call the store and the phone just rang and rang nobody answered. I think that's bad customer service

There was no line when I arrived at this panda and the service was pretty slow, asked for grilled teriyaki chicken and received orange chicken instead. I only got one bowl and an order of spring rolls which is embarrassing for them to have messed up, just saying. Check your food before you leave.

This used to be our go-to location. Not so much anymore. Service is great if you come inside, recently they have Emili (lots of “flair” on her hat) at the drive thru window and she is a poor choice. Unfriendly and doesn’t look like she wants to be there, she appears inconvenienced or put out. She does not smile and she does not interact with customers or her co-workers. Everyone else was friendly and helpful. Yesterday we came in to get replacement bowls because on our previous visit through the drive-thru was very unpleasant and one of our bowls was barely half full. Panda used to be known for their great portions. Now it’s almost all rice/noodles. For the amount they charge, most of my meal shouldn’t be the cheapest food and 6-7 pieces of meat. Maybe they only do that with the bowls, I don’t buy the plates. I like their super greens but they don’t have them prepared often and if I’m getting my food to go, I don’t really want to wait 10 minutes for them to be made. This time my option was rice or chow mein so I got chow mein. Chicken was fresh and tender. I took the picture about halfway through 🤪 Love the orange chicken and spring rolls.

Went in a couple days ago, the food was great but the service wasn’t. Miriam is one of the employees that just wasn’t nice, and you could tell she was being rude to her co workers, felt super uncomfortable. This is not the first time i’ve witnessed this. Think there should be a talk with how to treat your co workers especially when costumers are around we can feel the tension and it only makes us more uncomfortable.

The waiting is 😵‍💫. But they need more employees or to be better organized, because the disorganization when it comes to online and in-person orders is insane. They serve you and leave the food for a long time before charging you, and when you pay they treat you very rudely.

I love Panda I go like 2 times a week. This is the worst one. I always get a bigger plate a little extra greens and my 3 sides. I have been here 2 times and they completely messed up the order both times. Charged me 4 dollars for a little extra greens didnt give me my 3rd side. I spoke with I think a lady who was the manager and she told me in order for the guy to give me a little more greens then what he put on my plate (because he just put the little leftover that they had) I had to pay 4 extra dollars for a separate container....... I dont recommend this Panda

Food is pretty hot and tastes good, despite all of the flies touching everything. However, the tables are disgusting and dirty, and the service is not professional at all and rude. Some of them don't even know what they're doing and others don't look like they want to be there. The overall feel of this place is so hostile.

I bought the Kung Pao chicken for my elderly mother and it had so many chilis in it she had to remove her dentures. Her mouth was on fire and I felt terrible. It wasn’t edible.

I hate to say it, but I've eaten at many a Panda Express. I prefer independent places, but the one I went to nearby was closed and I was hungry. So why the low review? Look at the picture of my food. This bowl was light on both noodles and chicken, compared to any other store, including airport locations! It tasted fine, it's just that portions were small. If you want to save money, tell your staff to stop putting four packets of sauce into every drive-through order if they didn't ask for any! There may be another Panda Express nearby. You might want to try that one.

First time at this location. Plenty of food options. Plentiful indoor seating. This location has a drive-thru. Though not the best service experience here. Ordering food felt a bit hurried. Left the restaurant and then noticed that I wasn't provided utensils or napkins. Went back and noticed a self serve tray with the items I needed.

This location sucks. The girls at the drive through were so rude, don’t know how a chow mein machine “breaks” half way through an order. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through lane. Plus asked for soy sauce they didn’t give me any and only gave me sweet and sour. Asked for a couple extra cookies and EVERY SINGLE ONE WAS SMASHED AND OPENED!!!

I went today to pick up my DoorDash order and when I got there I saw my order sitting there I asked this lady GLADYS if it was my order and she said no it’s not you need to wait l, I stood there for 20 minutes and another worker hands me the same order I was looking at for 20 minutes. She was super rude I don’t know why she didn’t want to hand me my order if she knew it was mine. My food was super cold by the time I for it and did not enjoy it .

Steak was red inside onions and noodles were not even close to temp. Tasted like raw uncooked onion. Food not cooked all the way after 30 minutes wait. I had to cancel the bigger plate and leave off teriyaki chicken because I could not wait anymore.

They gave me 1 tiny scoop of orange chicken and 1 tiny scoop of sweet fire chicken. I went through the drive thru which I’ve been warned not to do because they give a lot less food and you can’t do much about it. Its very annoying because you pay a lot of money for it and then when you drive off and get home and then realize they gave you very small portions of chicken and way too much rice.

Customer service was disappointing to say the least. I waited in the drive thru for about 6 minutes to get my order taken when there was no line ahead of me just to be told “I’ll take your order when I’m ready” which I understand it gets busy but it would be nice to know ahead of time instead of me asking/wondering if there’s anyone there and waited for another 5 minutes. On top of that, when I pulled up to that window the team member (Emelie?) was so rude. She gave me an huge sigh and an eye roll when I ask for a military discount. Didn’t even bother to say anything when handing me my food. Terrible service, very disappointed. I hope this gets improved soon.

I came in 30 minutes before closed. The doors have been locked. They didn’t even open the door to speak with me. They looked at me and told me to run around pointing me in different directions while I was outside in the cold in the middle of the night I felt myself in that moment nothing short of a circus animal running around and then when I finally went to the drive-through, they said we don’t have any food. Have a good night.

This is the worst store I've ever been to. The store manager is terrible, and the employees are just as bad; they make you wait forever and they never have anything in stock. Besides the terrible service, I waited 15 minutes for my order to eat inside the restaurant, and they got it wrong. I had to send it back, and on top of that, they got annoyed because I returned the food.

This is the worst panda express I have ever been too time and time again that I stopped going. Service is the worst as 3 people saw me waiting and all the food was prepared and ready to go and they made me wait 5 minutes before one co worker said you wanna serve food right now. They also are the biggest sticklers on portion size, on a plate they over filled my fried rice on purpose to fit in the holes for the entree to shorten the amount they give, through the drive through they especially shorten your food quantity happened twice now.

Used the app to order ahead and to not have to wait. Instead show up to no order ready even though notified it was ready. Took 5 minutes before some acknowledged me. Took over 35 minutes to get out of there when I was the only pickup order. The workers do not care to assist any customer off to the side. The manager on duty hiding behind in the cooking area more focused on cleaning rather than providing great service and teaching the team they are managing great service.

This location is absolutely embarrassing. I cant believe it. I ordered food and then sat for 25 minutes before moving one car length then sat for another 25 min and still hadn't made it to the window. Long story short took over an hour in a drive through that should make your visit faster. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Good luck if you do DoorDash/Uber. Waiting 10+ minutes with 10 orders on their pickup shelf. Multiple employees standing around and ignoring when I ask for my order. Staff is not nice here.. the order finally was made and sat there on the counter not being bagged with multiple employees standing around and no line of people to be helped..

We did an order off the app this evening and it was awful. The order was wrong, we ordered honey sesame chicken breast plus other things but got shrimp that was way over cooked. The cream cheese ragoons were cold as was the Beijing beef. When I picked up the order they weren't very busy and had plenty of workers there so there is no reason for cold food and wrong food. We won't be returning.

Be prepared for a long wait at this Panda Express, whether you use the drive-thru or walk in. The wait is consistently long no matter the time of day. The staff often seem more focused on chatting and packaging to-go orders than on taking new orders or assisting customers at the register. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before anyone came to help at the counter. And of course food were cold

Came here just now to get dinner for everyone with are with at the hospital. Drove 30 minutes to get it back to them, and two plates were missing one of the entrees inside. We were waiting for orange chicken and then never even got any in there. I really want my money back because we can’t drive back that far to pick them up now.

It’s true some panda locations are better than others but this location is just bad all around. Very small portion sizes for what I’m used to at panda and the cream cheese rangoons tasted like they had been sitting for days. I also did not receive 2 of the 6 total items I paid for. I didn’t have super high expectations as I was just trying to get a quick bite to eat but I feel like people should be warned about this place. Do not waste your hard earned money on this franchise it does not have any value for it’s customers experience based on my experience today

If I could give 0 star I would. When I walk into this location I watch every order they do on many occasions they run out and give less then expected. Tonight I decided to give them another try I’m drive thru I asked for half and half. For 26 dollars this is what I get barely any noodles short on shrimp and a few pieces of beef with no rice. This is outrageous price for what they gave me. Very disappointing.

Was the only person ordering at the time with no one else in line inside or out. Managed to get the order entirely wrong and only found out once I was home. Third time this has happened to me at this location in the span of 2 months or I wouldn't complain.
