Waited and hour and a half for our food just for it to be incomplete and the girl already had it there when I went in for it but "she didn't notice it" and it got cold had me wait another extra 10 minutes for them to heat up the food and the wings were very very salted 😡

The girl in the register forgot to put in our order.. we waited for an hour and we didnt get our food. The girl working in the register didnt know how to refund our money. This place always messes up on the food.

I been waiting 1:30 for my order, it was 100 wings so I understand the wait but the store is empty now, I see wings on the basket already cooked, the guy is just standing there.

Ordered online at 6:37pm and confirmation said ready in 16-21 minutes. Signage said skip the wait by ordering online, but still had tp wait in long line. Got to register at 7:09pm and employee says it'll take 8-10 MORE minutes. Finally got my order at 7:27pm. Several other people were also there waiting for a long time for their order(s). Second time here and second time with issues. Will not be returning.

Food took so long we got it and wasn't even complete so we had to wait more 40min to get the rest of the food too little staff members so many people waiting for food do not recommend 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 I was also throwing up the food it was so bad too

their service was fine. The cashier was nice, but I was very disappointed with the food quality. The chicken sandwich had like maybe 1/3 chicken in the whole sandwich . three of the soda dispensers were flat so it made me feel like buying a soft drink was pointless. Overall, not very satisfied.

Yeah please read all these reviews before eating here. Wingstop isn’t the best by a long shot but it’s familiar. As soon as my gf and I walked in we’re there wait a minute or 2 before anyone came to the counter. So we order and told that there’s a 50 min waiting time and we’ll we just want to eat. They have no sense of urgency about them and just hang around for another worker to actually do something. 1 couldn’t change the machine and stood by it waiting for another coworker to ask if they needed help and proceeded to just stand there and watch him do it, the place is not a efficient workplace or dine inn.

Would give zero star if I could. I ordered a sandwich after a long shift. I got my sandwich 50 minutes later. Though there wasn’t many people in front of me, I understood and waited patiently. Then I went home and they completely forgot the pickles. I called the restaurant and asked for a solution, in which they responded that next time tell them to put pickles and double check before I leave the restaurant. Though the sandwich does come with pickles and I was supposed to get it. Asked if there was any other solution, and was told “I don’t know.” Super disappointed.

2nd online order and same results WHAT IS THE POINT IN ORDERING ONLINE AND YOU DONT EVEN HAVE THE ORDER PRINTED !!!??? Then you have me " confirm" my order when the lady infront of me didn't have to because all of a suden hackers ..then tells me a girl gave away my order. you're staff is a joke . First experience Ordered online ..to wait an additional 10mins ? Then they forgot part of the order .( always check your order before you leave ) and the amount of fries compared to other places was a joke . Then the sprite tasted like mineral water . This has to be one of the worst wingstops I've ever been to. We got there and there was a waiting list of about 1hr and a half. Now, we get it that there's orders by phone and online but I really think if you're dinning inn they should have priority on those people. I know it's a first come first serve but a bunch of online and phone in orders were just sitting there for a while and people took a long time to get there and pick up their order. Instead of telling the people that are dining inn that there is a long waiting period, they should tell that to people who order by phone or online. Something like "we are giving priority to the people who are dining in" instead of making them wait that long and still have their order wrong. Those orders in the pictures were there for almost 40 minutes. If they are going to take that long to pick up their order then the restaurant should have prioritized their time on customers dining in.

I called at 9:34pm knowing they close @ 10:00pm. Waited 17 mins on hold to have to drive 2 mins to location to order in person. Staff is short, impatient & almost rude to each customer. My last 3 visit have been terrible experiences. If I didn't love wing stop so much I would of stopped coming already. Management needs to make the visit already & make some changes.
