Whoever works the counter here is the greatest employee in fast food history. It's always great to see a man take pride in his work and the guy who served a co-worker and myself today impressed us both greatly. I neglected to get his name properly but it was something like Keran, regardless, a tip of the cap to you sir.

Come in last minute to get a cake decorated, with a personal message. They gladly took the challenge, and in 5 minutes, it was completed. What friendly, helpful, and courteous staff they have. Would recommend to anyone.

Ron gave incredible service on drive through! Very positive attitude, with a touch of humor. Really made my day in these uncertain times!

10/10. Dairy Queen never disappoints. The food came out fast, hot, and fresh — the burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and everything tasted great. The Blizzard was packed with toppings and blended perfectly, just how it should be. Staff were friendly, patient, and got the order right without any issues. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for a quick meal or a treat. Whether it’s for lunch or dessert, DQ always hits the spot.

I feel like Captain Ahab searching for the white whale of ice cream cakes and I am pretty sure I’ve found it. Vanilla? Chocolate? Strawberry? Maybe even go crazy with the Neapolitan. Pick your poison and take that to the bank. The service in here seems like it come from a different era. Yup, that’s right, when service was a thing on the top of the list. Don’t take my word for it; go see these folks and you’ll get it. All right, all right, all right…if you’re wondering about the Blizzards…well seriously…if you haven’t partaken in one of these just do it. Great food correct orders in a slightly untimely manner

Nice clean place, staff are friendly, decent quality food.

Wainwright's DQ always has great food and customer service.

Very different from the last time I visited a DQ. Food was brought to the table, price was excellent for what I ordered, and they timed the delivery of ice cream so it wasn't melting as I ate the food. Very good.

Fresh HOT fries and bigger better bbq sauce covered chicken stripps for Five Stars. Food was satisfying though.

We really enjoyed icecream there always delicious an the same as it was 20 years ago.

Super busy but incredible how fast we got the food.

Slow at lunch time but the food is usually good.

Update: Excellent service, very quick, food was as expected. I continue to think that the prices don't reflect quantity. I somehow pull $19 for myself. Each time I come here, which isnt very often due to the price. I do like the free dilly bar for receipt reviews. I do hate how they changed the dilly bar from their original signature. Previous: The food was as expected. One of my party members did have to wait 3 minutes for a cash attendant while the back person looked at him which seemed to have bugged him. Not reflected in rating.

Check your order before pulling away at the drive thru. Order wasnt correct. Had to go in. Person at the till was very apologetic and kind though. Fixed my order and I was on my way.

Not great service. Staff didn't know how to make change. Gave me the wrong size of Blizzard & I had to ask jer to remake it because it was mostly ice cream.

I had a chicken burger combo with gravy and the breadsticks as an appetizer. When I went to order the young man asked me if it was to stay or go and I said to stay, then I told him what I wanted and he told me up front that it would take 7.5 minutes and I said that would be fine and that I would have the breadsticks as an appetizer. I paid for my meal and went and sat down. I waited and waited and when he finally brought my food it was all in a take out bag. Again I told him it was to stay and he took it all out and walked away. My breadsticks were wonderful as was my fries and gravy but my chicken burger tasted burnt. My mocha latte had so much chocolate in it that I couldn't drink it. So I just ate part of my burger and left.

Once again messed up my order. After reconfirmed at the speaker and then again at the window. They still got it wrong

Broken cup holder sauce EVERYWHERE we didn't have the said sauce too

Got my order wrong, missing a burger and fries. Tried calling the number on the receipt but no answer sometimes, or it sounds like it's picked up and then hung up.

Horrible service. Forgets orders and messes orders up very often and gives very small quantities for things that used to be good for the price.

Food was not that good had banana split over ripe not good at all to much wipped cream

Got my order completely wrong, ordered a ultimate grill burger and a 7up and they gave me a grilled chicken burger and tonic water.

Icecream was good. Burgers fries and service not so much.

If you enjoy watching your life pass you by while they take equivalent amount of time as open heart surgery to do anything this is the place for you. They also have a nasty habit of not making cakes you order (happened to me twice). I guess if you have an afternoon to burn you could go watch this place fail in person but give yourself ample amount of time to be disappointed.

Oh man. Slow, oblivious service, for a start. I've seen so many wrong orders here. Literally stood in line for 10 minutes, while the cashier show to a friend, before some 13 year old had the wherewithal to guess we were waiting to order. All in all, I wish I could give zero stars. "Wait... You're all waiting to order? Oh..." Oh yeah and a guy was standing in line waiting FOR his order. This place is a mess.

"Hands down the best microwaved burger in wainwright" I watched in disbelief as my burger was tossed into a microwave for a minute to give the effect that it was fresh. The staff member then came around and tossed it into a bag, no napkins or anything and sent me on my way. Meanwhile it looked like the manager was stealing money out of the til... I'm not even kidding. A Mario Lopez lookin dude with a ponytail. I think I might just go to McDonalds next time....

Cheap . Ordered a burger and ice cream and poutine combo with a drink for myself and 3 other combos and the burger had no cheese or pickles and the poutine had 2 cheese curds and a brush of gravy mind that there was barely any fries , tables are dirty. Wouldn’t recommend !
