It used to be my favorite place, but lately it's been disappointing. I order for pickup, and this is the fourth time I've ordered, and I've arrived after the estimated time, only to be told, "The order isn't ready yet, it wasn't put in the box, we missed it." I've complained several times, and all they say is, "We'll check it." I definitely won't be going back to this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They don't answer messages or calls promptly. The food quality has dropped considerably. I arrived at 8:15, and surprise! My order still isn't ready.

For $80 you can get a better burger. This place's burger is 90% bread, a piece of meat that had something hard inside, lots of lettuce and tomato—it was disgusting. The fries were poorly browned, somewhere between burnt and raw. No, no, terrible.

They're outrageous! We ordered through Didi and they cancelled our order, obviously, since we paid by card. Truly terrible service. When we tried to order again, they did it to us again. I absolutely do NOT recommend them.
