Gracias
I had some great ramen here.
The place is beautiful and the food was delicious. Some things took a while, but it was worth the wait. The staff was very friendly and attentive.
I took one of my best friends to check out this place, and even though the service is a bit slow, the food is worth it. It's truly delicious, and I'm surprised that the noodles are fresh—it's a real plus for someone who loves the whole cooking process. The atmosphere is very comfortable and makes you feel like you've traveled to Japan. I've taken my boyfriend and my parents, and all three of them are delighted with the place. My dad is very particular about food, and I have to say I've run into him a couple of times when he's taken my siblings or coworkers.
D e l i c i o s o!!!!!!!
The place has a very nice atmosphere, the food is good and adequately proportioned. The only downsides would be the incorrect opening hours. We went one day at 2:30 and they still had no service. I recommend coming after 4:00 PM. There was a small error with our order, but nothing too serious. The place gets quite busy on weekends, and it's a bit small, so consider making a reservation. But other than that, the experience is very good, the staff very friendly, and the place very traditional.
Food not warm and take toi long
We visited this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's birthday. She loves all things Japanese, and we were drawn to the murals. The service was good, but it was slow. The food was good. They don't have Japanese beers, so they'll take it. A good atmosphere, although they could have more appropriate Japanese music.
The ramen was ok but just warm. Personal was nice and friendly. For the open kitchen, I would recommend to be more hygienic.
I visited this place for the first time during the first week of January 2026. There were four of us, and we ordered four bowls of ramen. It took about an hour and ten minutes to be served, even though we were the last ones to order. The ramen I ordered didn't have a balanced flavor; it tasted too much like fish, it was quite spicy, and I didn't enjoy eating the raw mushrooms at all. (I ordered the shrimp ramen.) The young man was very attentive, but he couldn't keep up with serving and cooking. The kitchen seemed a bit disorganized, but with only one person in charge, it's impossible to maintain order. Honestly, I wouldn't go back. I hope they improve their service and hire more staff.
I really liked their ramen, but they changed something in the recipe, or I don't know. I ordered it through Uber Eats and it was terrible. It had no flavor, and they only gave me a small piece of meat, which wasn't the case before. Plus, there's very little broth. They sent it to me in some bags that disposable cups come in, all broken. Terrible, the quality has dropped significantly.
Excellent location just steps from the tequila garden, offering a beautiful atmosphere with anime-style murals. You have the option of sitting at the bar or in the traditional Japanese-style rooms (not the most comfortable). As for the food, the ramen (tantanmen) was a bit salty, and I think the size was too small for the price. The makis were the most bland and flavorless I've ever tried. There are better options for the price.
No volvería nunca.
No eran delgados, no eran masticables, no eran ramen.
The service is bad. We ordered food and it took over an hour for them to bring our dishes. They made a mistake and didn't bring us what we ordered. Overall, the service was slow and the food was bland. The price isn't too high, although there are better places for the same price. I don't recommend it.
I went with a group of five people. The place was dirty, there was only one person serving who was glued to their phone, and the food took about 45 minutes to arrive. The broth was lukewarm and tasteless. It's nothing like the last time we went. I'm definitely not going back.
My experience: I ordered three dishes by phone, and they said there was only one cook (the usual one) and it would take 45 minutes, which was fine. When the 45 minutes were up, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes. We waited even longer; the person was still cooking, and we continued waiting. He even left the restaurant to go to the store across the street for sodas (which the other customers were asking for) and disposable plates. I approached him, and he said he wouldn't be long, but it was already too long—another 40 minutes. I decided to wait; I had already been there too long. I really wanted to try the ramen they "recommended." After an hour and ten minutes, they finally gave us our order. When we opened it, it was the wrong dish. The maki rolls were packaged in reused supermarket bags, and they weren't even as described on the menu. The food was tasteless, with no presentation, and the service was terrible. Total disappointment. Honestly, if they don't have the necessary staff or supplies, they should refrain from providing the terrible service I received that day. That was my experience. I would never return. :( 0/10
A few months ago I came to this place and it was delicious. Today I went back expecting a quality dish and they brought me this... A dish that took over 40 minutes to arrive even though there weren't many people. The broth was cold and bland, the shrimp was poorly breaded, and instead of ramen, this spaghetti. I ordered my water to go, and they didn't even have any disposable cups. I'm leaving very disappointed with this place.
