Alyssa was amazing she was jamming to the music which brought some energy to me. I asked what he favorite sandwich was & she gave me her 2 favorites I got a small with of both. Amazing experience today

Staff was patient, accommodating, and polite despite our many questions about the menu. Thank you to Alyssa for being quick to explain how things worked and this month’s donation purpose. We appreciate this location’s staff and their hard work, and for being so friendly (+ keeping a clean store!)
Tasty veggie sub, and Taylor was very helpful. She also joked about using "Taylor Swift" to remember her name. I am sure I will remember it because she was very friendly during my visit. They even brought my sub right to my table, since they saw that I was using a cane. Excellent service!
The subs ar hot and toasted. If you want cold let them know. I had the engineer sub and its good if you like mushrooms. The cashier was nice and helpful since it was our first time there. There was one guy making the subs but he was fast and there is a drive thru at this location. I would definitely go back to try other subs. It was nice to eat inside not busy when i went at 2pm.
Ordered food for pickup an hour and a half before I was on my way to work. When I got to the window my order hadn't been worked on at all. Was late for work and the food wasn't good when I actually got to eat. Wasn't prepared how I had asked.
We love Firehouse subs. Most locations are fabulous. This one needs improvement. Slow service and subs were not fresh and strangely soggy.
Food was great but ha three people ask me if I was here for a puck up and I told them all yes gave them a name and they all pointed me towards another person last person was like "im still working on those" in a rude tone from everyone. Is there no such thing as service now days? This lady was the biggest attitude out of the three so figured id post who it was.
So disappointed. We’ve eaten at this location several times before and it’s been fine but today was off. Walked in the front, an employee walked in from the back to report to work at the same time. A guy working behind the counter immediately says very loudly (not quite a yell but loud enough for everyone to hear) “You’re late!”. Employee walks up to clock in next to the register. After a few seconds of clocking in says nicely, “I’m not late, it’s 5:00 right now”. The guy behind the counter proceeded to yell “Technically you’re not supposed to clock in until after you’ve gotten your apron and hat on” with a real crappy attitude and tone. Not the way anyone should talk to an employee, even if the “guy” is the manager and the employee isn’t always punctual, there is a time and place to handle it and that was not it. The lady at the register trying to take our order says “ok, it’s fine” basically trying to tell the guy to shut up. We got our order to go, drove 30 min home and my sandwich was completely wrong. I ordered a Hook&Ladder, no onions add jalapeno - it had onions, AND mushrooms no jalapeno. After picking off the mushrooms and onions, I took a few bites and it was terrible!! Then I realized it only had turkey. I don’t know if it was made wrong or I was given the wrong sandwich but I couldn’t eat it. We had been out of town driving home all day, stopped to get dinner on the way home, spent about $10 on mine ($26 total) and I got nothing to eat except a pickle.
Apparently place a ASAP order on the app isn't ASAP. I watched as countless people the ordered 20mins after me get there orders. Whats the point in ordering ahead?
Good food, average service. I ordered online and received it wrong. I went back in and they fixed it, but I got it back wrong again! Nice of them to fix it, but it was still the wrong order. However it was good, just would have been better if I got what I ordered!
I visited today through the drive through i waited 20 minutes at the window without anyone telling me anything i honked and nothing i drove away and called to let them know how disappointed i was i talked to hope she was the one ignoring me while i was at the window. due to health reasons i wasn’t able to just go in and order i am a regular customer here and was very disappointed with my experience today. i totally understand getting busy but totally ignoring the window is not ok.
