This is one of two restaurants located in the Outlet food court. I had a corn dog which was perfect. Fried at perfection and weiner was not thick. Fries were thick and tasty. Burger was a bit over priced but tasted good.

What a great place to eat, while shopping at the outlets. The service is exceptional, and the burgers are fantastic. This has to be your pit stop when you're hungry and visiting the outlets. A great team of people who look after their customers! Well done, guys, we'll be back.

Amendment: I appreciate the company reaching out to me. After our experience they did say they would work on retraining the staff. I would recommend trying them but just check your order before leaving. Oringinal Review: Paid to have extra steak on 2 sandwhiches and on both sandwhiches the ends were void of meat entirely. We also ordered the Philly Fries beause we thought they would be fries that were philly style and they were just plain ordinary fries. Absolutely not worth the cost. Flavor was good, but not enough to spend $42 and still be hungry. (Also do not order online. Husband arrived to pick up the order and the employee said it does not tell them when an online order comes in, so they had not even started preparing it).

I have gone a few times and an always treated with respect and a valued customer. The girl who works there is always so friendly and always kind. And the food is always hit and fresh!! Will continue to go ! Definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't!

I ordered through Grub Hub. He was lost, my/our fault because we are a new community and its not showing on map just yet. Anyhoo, i l left work to go meet him at the CVS. So food was lost 15 min, sat in car another 15 min while i shopped in CVS and then...Made it back to work and spoke with a customer for another 25 min. Came back to office opened tray and bit down. Let me tell you, it was sooo darn good. I can only imagine the goodness if i were able to eat it hot. (but the way my busy self is set-up he-he-he). Phil Chicken n Cheese. Awesome!! Thanks Phil, and Thank you Grub Hub. We'll be on the map soon!!!

Solid Quality Cheese Steak. One of the best in Central Texas actually

Great place with great service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it seemed I had more bread than meat. Other than that, delicious!

Not nearly as good as a charleys

Hamburguer was good, but they charge you for extra ketchup for fries, they give a really small cup.

Quesadilla taste like soap fries were decent tho.

Found the food court by accident. My two choices of places being open were China Wok and Phil's. Tried a Philly, Fries, and coke. Guys were nice and semi friendly. Food was okay, bit pricey for what I ordered. It was a food court so atmosphere was what you'd expect.

I just eat to eat. I don't really care about the atmosphere or anything, but it feels so out of place. It's not to clean, but it's bearable. The food isn't anything special, but I mean what do you expect.

The Philly's are bland and expensive. The service was excellent except that the owners were talking smack about the employees in broken Spanish. I found it rather rude and I would rather spend my money at Jersey Mike's.

I ordered Philly cheese steak. The bread was soggy, the meat was not seasoned well, the fries were not fully cooked. Basically awful food and the worst philly cheese steak I've ever had. period

They threw away the order ticket. Waited 10 min and went to see what the hold up was. Who takes an order and throws away the ticket before order is made? Don't recommend.

The service is extremely unfriendly and rude. Left me feeling like I was an inconvenience to them and on top of that the pricing was outrageous. The experience left me disgusted. Never returning.

The food was not worth the price. Not good at all and if you're a mall employee they'll try to rip you off and when you call them out for it they say there is nothing they can do. Don't go here if you're an employee of the mall

Went to get their tater tots. The styrofoam box melted because of high temperature of fried oil. They should rename their menu item to "Styrofoam filled tater tots"!

Ordered through GrubHub for pickup. Read several reviews of people saying they forgot their fries. Was in a hurry and got home to find no fries. Quality was not worth the price.

I had my sandwich made over twice and I couldn't even eat it. It smelled horrible and the meat tasted funny.

Well, we expected to go in and get a nice, well stuffed Philly steak/chicken sandwiches. WOW!! What a disappointment! This places is awful 😖! All veggies, very little meat. The taste was terrible. We also ordered onion rings - 6 rings, $5.00! Cheese sticks - 5 - disgusting. Almost $5.00. We ended up spending 31.00....what a waste of money! Do not go...you will not be happy! Complete rip-off!

It tasted like old rubber. I immediately went back for a refund. The cashier tried to give me a hard time saying I ate the sandwich. Noooooo………I took one bite which was necessary to taste it. Had I fell for it he would have tried to not give me my money back if I didn’t know any better. Skip this place!

What have you done for me lately? This is the place that I think about when I make the long drive to the Outlets in San Marcos. Today, 11/26/2017 there was a new, Fat Lady working there, who looked thru me as if I didn't walk up to order. Me, I don't waste my time or spend my Money at Establishments like this. In the past, I talked with the long time employees and everything was cool, I don't like the food that much, there are other food joints in this Food Court as well better places that will take my money and treat me with Respect. If you think for one minute that the Customers need you more than you need them, you are on your way out of Business, I've seen it lots of times. The one star probably should be negative two,, because it seems that they thought the situation was funny.

Avacado was old. The man and woman running it were so arrogant. For $10 I'll go to branding iron or nuttin betta (cajun) next time. This place ought to be ashamed of themselves. Unfortunately for me, I had to eat it as I was limited on time and starving. How hard is it to get a sandwich right????

Ordered the California Club with Garlic Aoili, when the cashier/cook rang it up I saw he added barbecue sauce so I questioned him about it and he said he does not have a button for it but knows it should be the garlic aoili. Brought my sandwich back to work and it indeed had BBQ sauce NOT aoili. The sandwich was dry (both meat and in general), no cheese in sight, and more bread than anything else. Will not make the trip back
