Expensive for the size of the wings so I don't go more than maybe twice a year and that is for the unique taste. I love their ranch and blue cheese dressings and since I have a serious allergy to black pepper Wings top is one of the growing few that, except for the their fries (which of course can be ordered without seasoning) the only time you are forced to deal with pepper is if you order it - as in lemon pepper seasoned. They cook your order right where you can see everything. They are always busy so calling your order in for pick up is best if you're in a hurry. I like that I can place orders of any size as much as a few weeks ahead for really busy occasions like New Years etc.
I ordered some food from these guys for the family and we were amazed at how good the flavors are. Every single thing was absolute perfection. Except we didn't get the 2 brownies we ordered. Everything else was great. A little bummed out because I was really craving some brownie and so was my kid. Oh well, they had a human moment. Doesn't mean I won't order from them in the future.
They were a tad busy but made sure we were taken care of and apologized for the wait. AMAZING.

As a chicken sandy lover, I had to try theirs, and it is quality. Drenched in garlic parmesan butter, and the hickory bbq tenders were just as good. The sauces are the selling point here. Today I got the 5 piece tenders with lemon pepper butter sauce, and my world is changed. Will go back while I'm working in this town.
Ordered delivery and they forgot part of my order BUT when I called the GM was super helpful and was very responsive.
Fries weren’t fresh nor was wings. Both tasted like they were cooked much earlier and warmed up. This was unfortunate as we always enjoy Wingstop.
They cook the wings the best at this location. Extra crispy! The wait time on the app is inaccurate, I’d add another 40 minutes to what’s quoted so plan accordingly. They serve beer and always have good music, so I don’t mind waiting. The staff seem to be having fun at work which I think is great. It’s a busy location, worst times to order are between 6-8pm on the weekends.
Wings are good, reasonably priced, with good sauces. However, they are occasionally somewhat overcooked and dry. When a location is busy with take-out and dine-in orders, be prepared for a wait! Counter service can be uneven, and sometimes the place (particularly the bathrooms) could stand to be cleaner.
Tried the new chicken sandwich combo for $7.99. Had the chicken tossed in lemon hot sauce. Flavor was good but the chicken was lacking on crunch and the bun was kind of thick for the size of the chicken. The fries we nice and hot with a fair amount of seasoning. If they can get the chicken a little thicker and crisper I would return for more. For now just gonna stick with their bone in wings.
I have had mostly good experiences with this location. The food is fresh and employees at the register are always friendly. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience today. I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing and only received 14 tiny wings. Normally if a few of the wings are as small as these were they throw in a couple extra so you don't get ripped off. I normally have at least 5 extra wings but today I was left hungry after finishing all of my food.
16 wings and two fries took 35 minutes to make.. the restaurant is freezing cold but the songs were good. The wings were crispy but the Parmesan Garlic tasted more like butter wings with a hint of garlic. Staff was friendly. Overall could’ve been faster and better flavor for spending $35 bucks.
The wings are really good but make sure to check your order. They accidentally gave someone else my order....okay mistakes happen. No problem. I peeked inside and everything looked right. So I took off and when I started eating I was missing wings and sides.. after 45 min wait the replacement order is STILL wrong....
Terrible wait time. Terrible food. Only thing that made it slightly good was the customer service. The people in the back were banging out their music, you’d think that would help them get the food out faster.
I used to love this Wingstop store. Now all they serve is orders completely wrong, wings have no sauce, always forgetting something, ranches not even full, giving reheated wings, never on time even if ordered hours before to be picked up at a set time. Really has gone downhill since the manager Leslie left the store.
I understand with the pandemic going on, that there are lot of safety measures. However, if you are going to tell people to wait at the curb and ask for their number, please call/text when the order is ready. We waited for twenty minutes outside of not hearing anything, only to find out that our food was ready once we actually went inside. Why give us all these measures if you are not going to let us know that our food is ready? Please be more responsive. Our food was soggy and it took even longer to get the exact amount of change.
These last few times I’ve had Wingstop the staff is rude or has an attitude. I understand some days are harder than others but it’s only continued to get worse. The staff was bringing completed to-go orders to the counter and was cursing and getting angry when the door dash or person had not arrived. Totally unnecessary and the restaurant was not even packed at that. The people who used to work here before Covid were awesome and always so friendly wish they had stuck around.
The wait time was ridiculously long. We were quoted 15 minutes for our order and waited 42 minutes. We only ordered food for 2 people. If you're know that it's going to be a long wait, then just be honest. Why did our food come out immediately after we asked for it the third time? Why did the group that arrived 35 minutes after us get quoted 35 minutes, which seems more accurate? The excuse I received after asking why it took so long was "We had a lot of online orders." I work in customer service, so I know that person in front of you waiting forever takes precedence over the person on the phone or ordering online. We weren't offered any kind of apology or discount. They had at least a dozen people working there and people that arrived after us got their food before us. I've never been so angry that I had to post a bad review for a business in my entire life, so congrats on being the first one. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my life and the time to post this review.
Everytime I enter this location the customers immediately look tired of waiting on their orders. I always place my order online and it still takes at least 40 mins of waiting after the scheduled time. The employees just stand and look confused. Three people in line before me were demanding refunds for incorrect orders and wait time. Will not be going back unfortunately
I got chicken tenders that were very hard like brick hard. I don't have good teeth and very hard to chew. Felt I was going to break a tooth. I for sure feel like if that's his they are always made they need go take off menu. They were that bad. Also love fries there but the ones I had where so salty its like someone poured salt all over them. Not good when your not suppose to have much salt. Other than that I wait and toilet when I went to restroom was clogged so couldn't even flush toilet. So honestly the worst visit of wind stop ever.

This used to be my favorite place. Now I’m highly disappointed with the customer service they provide. Last time I was there the cashier threw my receipt at me and a pen to sign my receipt! After, she screamed at all the customers that were there to close the door. I was told my order would be ready in 5 minutes. I waited 20 until I finally asked another lady and she saw I was upset and called the manager (I had placed my order online 40 minutes prior to this) Sadly the manager had her attitude as well. They double checked and my order had been ready! My food was cold! The employee failed to put that I had already paid for my order! Did I mention 2 employees stood there laughing because I asked for the store managers name? Seems they spooked since they started acting half decent! Too late! Worst customer service ever
July 3, 2019 EVERYTHING was HEAVILY seasoned! The wings were supposed to be well done and they weren't. The fries were VERY salty. The fried corn have way too much Cajun seasoning. I have been to numerous locations and this one is the worse. Yuk! I didn't complain to management because I won't EVER be back.
I placed order online for 4pm on the 16th of Feb went in early to pay, waited patiently however when I did pay the employee took my receipt I was never handed my receipt now it usually isn't a big deal but I spent close to $50 I keep my receipts with a big purchase. However after waiting and getting my food I go to my in laws and eat the food that tasted so horrible it was like the wings were overcooked which I never stated the fries were so hard it was gross. It was a horrible experience especially since it was for my daughter's party. I'm upset at the fact the food can taste so dry and disgusting and I'm usually a fan of wingstop but never will I ever go to this location again.
Worst service of my life. Waited for an hour on an order that consisted of only 2 6-pc combos. The girl who took our order was extremely rude. After 30mins of waiting I asked for the status of the order and the girl laughed in my face and said they were “waiting on the chicken” as they were consistently giving orders to people who had ordered AFTER us.
Dont order from here unless you have 2+ hrs to wait for food after you placed the order online an hour in advance. (One single order of fries). They need to hire more people or something its not that hard.
Worst wing stop I’ve ever been to, completely unorganized. Food was supposed to be ready about 30min ago, still haven’t received it. Most ppl that came in and order after me(ordered online) have received their food and gone.
Decided to randomly get so we ordered online. The wait wasn't the issue, it was staff allowing people to cut line to get their food (even after someone said something). Then the food was worse. Ordered 30 classic wings and i got 26 half sauce coated, no dipping sauces, 4 carrot sticks and 5 celery. The fries were cold as if they had been sitting out (were actually stuck together). We only noticed our order was missing once we got home and going back wasn't an option. Lesson learned and won't return.
This place has the worst customer service. We placed our order of only 30 wings at 6:20 and were still waiting inside for our food at 8:30. We couldn’t even check for updates on the order because they make you wait in the line just to ask a question. They only had four people working on Sunday night. The manager was extremely rude to everyone and told them they aren’t allowed to stand by the counter for help. There was only one girl working the counter with 20+ people waiting in line, but she gave phone orders and calls more priority over the people in line. She told me to check back on my order at 8pm but I couldn’t even do that because there were already a crowd of people waiting at the counter doing the same thing I had to do. When I finally got up to the counter, I saw my bag along with 20 others sitting up there that no one bothered to call out, so who really knows how long my order was sitting up there. Really, it’s poor management. She ignored every customer and didnt bother to help her employees.
They close at 12 I pulled up at 11:15 tried to place an order. They stated kitchen is closed. I understand they want to go home at the same time you signed up for the job and the specifications required. I’m not satisfied with this whatsoever. I placed my order in the app and only entered the restaurant when it was marked as "completed." When I walked inside and got to the register, they pulled up my order, read it back to me exactly, and took my payment. After a couple more minutes of waiting, the cashier told me they never got my order and that it wasn't made, and that I would have to order again. I find that very hard to believe, because as soon as I walked in and told her my name she looked up the order and found it immediately in the computer. I asked how long it would take to remake the order and the cashier told me "I have no idea." I asked for a refund because I didn't have time to stand around for what could be 30-40 minutes before needing to be at work. The cashier appeared very obviously annoyed by this. It wasn't my fault that they didn't have my order ready, and I shouldn't have to feel bad asking for my money back when I didn't get anything that I paid for and already waited for once. Nobody working there apologized for the mistake, they all just seemed agitated at me for wanting my money back and holding up their line. This is not even the first bad experience I have had here, but it probably will by my last experience at this store.
Never been a fan. Dry wings drowned in watered down sauce. But recently ordered delivery for my son. Order arrived missing items. Driver said he asked and they said there wasn't a drink. When I called I was told by a staff member and the manager that they "never" forget items with a rude attitude. They use door dash as a middle man for deliveries which leads the customer the liability to get jump through hoops to get what they paid for or at least be reimbursed. Still waiting on the said "call back" while the door dash driver was more than Willing to give valuable Information. Its Just poor business sense. I was already willing to talk people out of going here but now even more so. Go to pluckers instead.
Forgot the majority of my order and the whole place smelled like weed. No one wearing gloves, Workers were rude, made me wait 20 minutes for the food they forgot. Would have given them 0 stars if it was possible.
This Wingstop was extremely dirty. I slipped twice with catching myself on the greasy floors. The table we sat at was so dirty , was not wiped prior to us sitting. The restroom was so gross , dirty, greasy. I’m not one to ever complain but I have no idea what made my family and I sick after eating there. Maybe the chicken was under cooked .
Missing items. Had others come after order in person and get their order first. Employees definitely gave impression of not wanting to be there.
They said 25 mins the most . They made me wait 50 then I got my fries cold the wings where not hot hot but it wasn’t cold so that’s why it’s 3 stars for food and 1 star for service . I seen my food on the bottom shelf and didn’t think nothing of it because I couldn’t read my name but when he gave me the bag from the bottom I was like dam that’s cold blooded just for a 6 piece with fries The dude was a white or light Mexican dude with mustache
Dont trust their online wait time. Order said it would take 33 to 38 minutes. So I got here 45 minutes after I ordered to be safe. Now I have been waiting 45 extra minutes IN STORE and its still not done. Will fry little chunks of chicken myself faster next time.

I usually never give out reviews, but... I’ve consistently have had bad service at wing stop. 8 people behind the counter but still takes 30 minutes to get 8 wings and fries... the food is fine, but the customer service is so bad dude. The moment I walked into the store to place an order a girl who was working behind the counter (with a mouthful of food) said that it’ll be an 18 minute wait (not true bc it took longer)... do you not want my business? I just wanted wings man. You just have to fry them and put sauce. The pandemic isn’t really an excuse anymore, especially with a full team of people behind the counter. Focus on making wings and seeking them instead of eating them in front of the customers... the manager should be ashamed.
Never know what your going to get when you walk in there. Ive tried them 2x. 1st time wing were burnt. This time ordered online walk in 25?mins later. I pay then cashier says will be another 20mins.
If I could give 1 star i would. This place is ridiculous. All the cooks in the back were lollygagging and playing around and "snacking" on the wings instead of doing what they were supposed to be doing. We ordered our food at 2:15 they told us 25 minutes. Had to wait 25 minutes for my wings to get made while the "cooks" stood around talking. I don't understand why it takes 25minutes to fry up some wings and toss them in the flavor sauce. Placed an online order 7/6 for delivery received an order that was not mine and all hot meaning my kids couldn’t eat it. Was told I could go in to get my order defeating the whole purpose of why I got delivery or get a refund. Told them I wanted a refund. I have yet to receive that refund after calling 3 times asking about it and receiving no resolution I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Ridiculous.
I found the restaurant to be uncomfortably cold, making it difficult to enjoy my meal. As a result, I had no choice but to take my order to go.I truly enjoy eating at wingstop, but the temperature inside was simply too low for a comfortable dining experience. I hope this feedback is helpful and can be addressed for future visits.
this is literally my first time writing a bad review. the lady at the cash register said they were still working on our food. mind u we arrived 15 minutes after the app said our food was ready to give them time to get it set up bc i get that saturdays are busy. we waited there for like 1 hr and 30 minutes (almost 2 hrs basically) and we kept asking if it was ready bc ppl who just walked in were getting our food before us. we ask again for the last time and she asked for the name that we alrdy gave her the first time we asked. TURNS OUT THE FOOD WAS READY THE WHOLE TIME. it was so cold and soggy at this point. yall need to step it up bc that was crazy work lmaoo. 🤣 never going back again.
I have never waited less than a half hour at this location, even with ordering in advance online. An hour is closer to normal, even when it's empty
Came here with a group of friends, which one of my friends was not told before hand that it was going to take 1 hour to be prepared. Waited patiently for our food whenever I heard my name called but didn't see anything up at the counter. Our names were not called multiple times, and whenever we went up again to ask, food was sitting on the ground in a take out bag (which we order dine in). All wings and food looked and tasted like they had been sitting for a while. My sandwich was drenched in sauce which cause my entire bun to be soggy and gross. Honestly would not recommend coming in and drive a little bit farther for the wingstop two miles down.
It's a one hour wait just to place an order. We had preorder one at 825 app said 9:08 9:13 been here way over that time. Didn't even want to order anything else because of the wait stated. It stinks like burnt oil inside the facility. I just read most of the reviews and it looks like it's had the same problem. The place is practically empty and it had that time of waiting. That's crazy
Trash!, We had a big order for the fight. They forgot half our order. Went back to the store, and they didn't want to remake the order nor give us a partial refund because they were closed. After going back and forth, they agreed to remake a 25 pice order. The wings tasted old and hard were not edible. Do not waste your money at this location.
Your order is never ready, even if you accept it and drive 15 minutes to the store, you still have to wait an extra 25 minutes. One of the worst places to pick up app orders in San Marcos. It's a guarantee.
DON'T ORDER HERE. There is another Wingstop in town that is worth the drive. They are incredibly rude, never answer there phone (even when you go in and they are standing around) and their chicken is dry as sand but somehow their fries are raw patatos. I have given this place multiple chances and it is the same thing, but somehow the other one is leagues better.
Spent over $60 for a family pack, they forgot half our order. We live 40 minutes away in the country. Called, no one answered. Called later to be transferred to their absolutely horrible manager with an attitude that needs to be fixed to be a manager. You’re telling me I have to go all the way 40 minutes there AND back to get a refund. I have never had to do that at any company. And as I can see there are other several reviews that had an experiment like ours!! HORRIBLE
Not sure how this place just seems to never improve. I wish they would find a new owner if they haven’t. Not a soul in the restaurant a besides 5 workers and myself and still waiting on an online order I placed 25 minutes ago. This has happened on multiple occasions. I was in there earlier for an hour after I arrived to pick up my online order that said it would be done in about 20 or so minutes... not 1.5 hours to get a simple 20 piece boneless and fries. My fries were room temperature walking out of the store. My hot honey rub wings barely had any sauce so they were basically regular boneless wings (2nd time in a row). I order from this wingstop quite regularly, and in the last month I have been disappointed. To say the least I didn't want write this but it's the only thing I felt would actually make a difference in the overall current staff.
Waited for over an hour for my food!! As I tried asking the cashier about my order she writes 5 people names and goes to the back then returns with no information on anyone's order. I can see stacks of finished bags on a shelf and even the ones they put on the counter no one called them out. At one point the customer started calling out the names themselves. Even after I had the cashier write the conformation # down she still walks away and doesn't address the order. Not till I ask for a manager do I get my order that was sitting on the shelf the whole time. The cashier was rude and spaced out I am always willing to give anyone the benefit of doubt but she has no business in customer service.
When I walked in all the tables were dirty. I order my food at 5:57pm to go . Waited 40 mins and asked the employee what’s going on ? When several orders were done I saw at least 8 people get their food before mine … then he went to look at the tickets there was 6 more orders . I was mainly upset because I had to go to work , and he didn’t have the courtesy to say hey it’s going to be awhile before your order will be ready . When I got my food my fries were sticking together, my wings were so so dry . I spend 50 dollars … I’m so upset and I will never come back to this location
Waited almost 1hr for my food and once it was ready one of the workers threw the bag of food at me. I ordered online the app said 16-21 minutes so I went to the Walmart close by to buy some things to make time got to wingstop around 26 minutes after we were told to wait another 5-10 minutes. It’s been 40 minutes after I ordered and I ask the crackhead looking white lady nicely if my food was gonna be ready any time soon bc it had been 40 minutes and the app said 16-21. She said they’re bagging it that app is never right and whispered with some coworker I wait about another 5 minutes and once it was ready she threw the food at me. What a horrible customer service
The food is decent here, but everything else is awful. We have been there 4 times in the last year expectingnthe experience to be better but it always let's us down. Our orders have been messed up 3 of the 4 times, and we weren't willing to wait another 40 minutes for it to be corrected. If you go in and order at the store and its not busy, expect to wait 40ish minutes for your food. If its busy, it will take an hour to get your food. The amount of employees that are standing around is actually impressive, probably why a single 10 piece order took 40 minutes. I hate writing negative reviews, but when it gets this bad people should be warned. If the store owner can see this, I would highly recommend you watch your cameras and see how long people's wait times are. A fast food place should never take 40 minutes to get you the food you ordered.
My husband ordered food through the phone get there and I pay. Orders are coming out left, right and when I ask wheres mine he ordered it 40 minutes ago. They tell me sorry there was a mix up to tell me if I just want to cancel it never again
Literally waited over 35 minutes, and the restaurant was partially empty when we ordered... My husband asked how much longer it would be and the girl had all kinds of attitude and responded.. I just got here... Nobody asked her when she got in... We asked her to check on our order.. the absolute worst customer service...
One of the girls at the counter should really assume that people that have never been to this location DON'T know where their line to pick up an online order is. Then wants to be rude and throw my food on the counter when called out. Very un professional! Especially when there is a sign directly above the registers that says "for orders AND pick up" NOT TO MENTION... not everyone in this country drinks soda how about trying to have something other than that!
Ordered from this restaurant and they left out a complete meal from the order. They won't refund the ONE MEAL they didn't provide. When asked to speak to a manager the guy on the phone identified himself as the General Manager and when asked for his supervisor, he refused to provide the information. The professionalism and reliability exhibited by this restaurant is not one to praise. The employees obviously don't want to provide any sort of customer service and don't want their supervision knowing what's going on in their franchise. I will never visit this restaurant ever again and cannot, in good faith, recommend this place to anybody. Eat somewhere else, this place lacks any sort of motivation to provide quality customer service. These kids don't care anymore it's pathetic.
If you’re going to have a 50 minute wait , please have your cashiers advise the customers so that they know. I have no idea how we had a 50 minute wait when people that arrived after us were promptly helped out and food came out before ours. What I think happened is that you guys forgot my order and made up a lie. Spoke to the manager and he had nothing but excuses, his only reply was , would you like a brownie. lol. Last night we ordered $85 worth of food and a $10 delivery and a $10 tip for the driver. We received our food after an hour and a half of waiting. We payed for 2 large ranch’s which are $5 each and received 4 of the small ranch’s. When we called to ask if someone could bring us what we paired for she said they couldn’t send another driver out and could not refund a partial refund for only the ranches. We then tried to call again last night before they closed and were on hold for 30 minutes. Then went into the store and the manager was extremely rude and didn’t give any compensation or gave an apology. Wings without ranch is not good. The managers behavior was unacceptable. Go to the location by target and save yourself the time of getting the wrong order and rude service.
So i called in a order on superbowl sunday at noon to be picked up at 5:00 PM. I have done this for the past 8-9 yrs (can't remember exactly). Arrive at 5:05 PM, tell them who i am, what i'm picking up, and i am charged $32.76 for the order. After paying the guy tells me that the order came in at 4:48 PM, and b/c of that it hasn't been made and won't be ready for another 45-50 minutes. I tell him that's fine, i want to be refunded as i'm not waiting this long. He tells me ok, and cancels the order. He offers me no receipt, no order information, nothing. I ask him if i can have a receipt or proof that the order has been canceled and he says no. I tell him i'm not leaving until i get a receipt for the order. He gives me a receipt and says i'll be credited at midnight that night due to the amount of business they had. I wait for 2 days, and nothing. Go back in on tuesday, the 2nd day and talk to Marques. He takes a picture of my receipt, handwrites another receipt that states i'll be credited in 5-7 business days and says that's the best he can do. I emailed wingstop corporate later that day twice. NOTHING! Today is 4 days since Sunday and 2 days since Marques hand wrote me a receipt. Yes, i'm upset and can't believe they are allowed to do business like this. I'm pretty doubtful i'll get my money and will continue to leave negative comments on any place i can. No business operates like this and if they did they wouldn't be in business very long. no more wings from wing stop. buyer beware
The wings were horrrible. They were cold, hard and had no sauce even though i requested sauce. This Wingstop used to be good couple years ago but they have fell off since. They do not split the wings into drumsticks and flats anymore they just give majority drumsticks now. Something needs to be done because this wingstop is no longer worth eating at.
Horrible service and staff I had to wait 25 minutes for my food that was already ready when I arrived. I asked three times if it was ready and three different people said no it’s not ready and then it was sitting on the shelf the whole time so the food was cold and they were so rude about it. I would never eat there.
Awful place to order from or eat at. They purposely make you wait if your order is ready. Rude and dirty the food is always cold and the drink is always watered down.
Everytime I come here without fail there is a 45+ minute wait. Although this specific location can get very busy, the staff is lacking in urgency and efficiency.
Employees are not on task always on their phone and everytime I ask for my order they always say it is not ready but I ask again it’s been there on the wall the whole time happens every time. I wait longer then I should I understand there is a lot of orders but to make someone wait 30-40 minutes when the order has been there the whole time I watch them do this multiple times do not waste your time here …
So I ordered lemon pepper boneless wings, fries and a drink. This has nothing to with the doordash driver. The lemon pepper wings where super salty and of course the fries where soft and sweet.. Stop hiring kids to do a grown person's job. I will be requesting for a refund.
Ordered online it said a “28-33 minute wait” so I had waited for 30 minutes. Went inside to get my order the guy looks on his screen and it wasn’t even being made he just told me gonna be another 30 minute wait. I waited an hr and a half to get my order. The food wasn’t hot it was slightly warm. My order was three tenders and voodoo fries. They were fully staffed in the kitchen had 5-7 people. They “were running behind” it’s a lie they would take turns taking breaks eating their food. Everyone waiting patiently for their food and some people’s orders were wrong. I don’t recommend ordering at this place or eat here. The management is poor and the quality of the food is poor for how much it takes for them to make the food.
It took more than 2 hours to get our food, and so were others waiting, even for something simple like fries. Be careful ordering online as it’s harder to cancel. I don’t usually write reviews but the work ethic was horrible..
I picked up my online order, went to the car, and checked it to ensure it was correct. The fries were COLD! Then I rechecked the chicken COLD! The container wasn’t even warm to the touch.
I spend over 300 a week between feeding my family and my employees but this place has gone completely down hill. Waited a hour when they said 15 min and when I get home 5 minutes down the road all the food was cold and soggy and wings and Cajun corn with little to no seasoning. Called and talked to manager Chelsea and agreed to remake the order and only got 1/3 of my order remade and said that’s the best they can do. Will definitely not recommend this location at all
very unprofessional staff who makes up the stores operating hours based on how they feel ……always a long line and with absolutely no customers tonight and only 11:40 pm the girl working the counter says it’s too late to order anything because she had already shut her register down…… why stay open till midnight if your not serving food at 11:40?
So I Decided to pick up some wings for dinner and wanted Fresh hot wings well turns out this location had other plans. I had order 25 Hot and 25 lemon pepper ToGo . My order Was ready in about 20mins or so but when I get home and check my food I find out that it had been overcooked and it smells like old grease and the meat was very tough. The hot wings weren't coated with sauce.😷 iam disappointed with the food quality. 😔 The fries 🍟 were not seasoned properly and were probably old soggy fries. Although I can say that the front counter was helpful and polite. I hope the manager will get the cooks to realize they need to Step it up or else iam afraid they will continue to lose customers.
I was too perplexed to ask the employees for their names. Two darker skin ladies helped me with my order September 11 2024 around 8:30 PM. (I haven't been back in San marcos for over a year maybe, so they did not look familiar at all.) ((I also never had problems with this location when I lived in San Marcos before.)) The lady who took my order was alright I suppose, but I was being as sweet as I could be to everyone. (Like I always am) The last skinner darker skin teenager that gave me my food practically threw it at me , it made a *Thump* sound on the counter because she threw it weakly. And I don't know what was wrong with her face but she seemed to go back and forth from forcing a weak smile to mean mugging me 😂 I noticed also that the lady who originally took my order told me it would take 30-45 minutes but when I came back 20 minutes later, I saw a lot of bags on the counter and shelves. I didn't want to assume it was MINE so I just tried to make eye contact with the lady who took my order. SHE LOOKED me in my FACE and then went back to being on her phone and all of the employees were standing around conversating. I sat down for 5 minutes waiting for them to let me know it was ready until I got up and saw that YES, my bag had been sitting there. I wanted HOT wings not COLD wings. Those kids are too young to be acting like "Squidward" from SpongeBob. And Those kids must not be from Texas , because the disrespect was uncalled for and unprofessional. ( I can't wait for AI to take over the jobs now😂) I regret not getting their names but I wasn't in the mood for drama. I'm glad I'm reading over these OTHER 1 star reviews because they seem to align similarly with my own experience. I knew I was not crazy. Those kids need a customer service class.
We usually go to this Wingstop location and never had problems until now. It’s Friday night and I ordered a 50 pack wings, head back home 30 min away and open up some sorry ahh looking wings. It was 5 men in the kitchen gossiping, restaurant wasn’t even busy, and the wings had absolutely no effort. Feathers still on them wings. I had to stop eating… out of all the people working there no one could clean and fry that chicken right. We called and spoke to the “manager” and he could not have cared less lol. If you don’t want to work and make money, just stay home.
Horrible experience here at this location once again. We can’t visit another location due to the distance. Horrible management from the general Manager Leslie. Asked for wings to be extra wet, instead received the wings extra dry. General manager contained horrible customer service and a horrible excuse to why I order was unpleasing: stated training new employees and rushed me of the phone and contained an unpleasing tone of voice. Unfortunately we will have to drive the extra distance to a different location. From picture you can obviously see there’s no sauce at all instead it’s grease. Pictures say it all: fries soggy and unseasoned and wings dry
