Dos Hermanos San Miguel Reviews
Stopped by for a burrito To-Go on our way to LA from SF. The steak burrito was fantastic, very well seasoned meat with yummy rice and beans. Shared with my husband and feel full with just half of a large burrito. Good place to stop for lunch during road trip.
I ordered the 3 enchiladas combo plate with Al Pastor & it was exceptional. I am sure that I won't stop thinking about or talking about Dos Hermanos.
Crazy good everything. I love a good veggie burrito and this place doesn't disappoint. You get more than just salsa, beans and rice...unlike most other Mexican restaurants. Tacos, tortas and burritos are all good here. Worth the wait.
GREAT FOOD!! My favorite thing from their menu is the hard shell tacos with avocado but my family always ends up buying 20 or more of the little soft tacos. Friendly service and not a bad wait time for your food!
I’ve been there 3 times during my work trip to Camp Roberts. Each morning i went i ordered a breakfast burrito and they are phenomenal. I’d say the best I’ve ever had. I’ll really miss eating there when i leave tomorrow. Hopefully I’ll be back again in the future.
Incredible food. Called in my order on the road and the phone was answered quickly, service was polite and efficient. Arrived and immediately felt cozy in the patio and was greeted quickly and happily. Enjoyed some incredible enchiladas with a free sangria soda on ice because they didn't have any cold bottles. Offered to pay and she insisted, very sweet and appreciated. The carnitas enchiladas were delicious. The carnitad were juicy with crispy parts, very well seasoned. The tortillas has a perfect texture, the suace on the enchiladas with some extra salsa were perfect.
I love this place! The torta is sooooooooo delicious! I could eat one every day. I try to limit myself to one a week and I have a hard time doing it. It is currently 8a.m. On a Saturday morning. I was checking the hours online to see if they were open… and decided I should leave a review! I think I’ll also add them to my contacts list since I call them at least once a week… :)
Sheltered in a defunct gas station, Cos Herman's is one heck of a good spot to grab some quality Mexican food. Carne Asada burritos Chorizo breakfast burritos Chicken enchiladas All all good picks! The large burritos are two meals each!
Perfect place for a huge Burrito and amazing Salsa. We order birria here practically every weekend! It is always a 10. Also love the Chile Verde Burrito! They make everything from scratch so it can be a little bit of a wait. Not much for seating inside but there's lots of room on the patio. Some drinks available for purchase.
Always a stop driving to or from NorCal. Burritos are phenomenal.
Very flavorful and authentic food. Their meat is delicious. It’s a small operation so it takes a bit of time to prepare the food, but it’s worth the wait. We had chicken and Al pastor street tacos, enchiladas with adobado, Chile relleno. All items were amazing and drool worthy.
We were visiting from Arizona and we stopped by Dos Hermanos for breakfast. We had the breakfast burritos and we were pleased with the quality of food and the green salsa was great too. My husband is sooo picky and he was happy with the food and coffee. It was great to see the ladies making the food on the spot and the customer service was excellent. THANK YOU 😊!
I was visiting Paso Robles, and I decided to check this place out cause of a Youtuber, Dustin Mercado Willis. He shared the food he got from this place, and it looked good. The young lady in the register was super nice, and the food was bomb. I got a chorizo breakfast burrito, and my wife got a machaca breakfast burrito. They were both really good!!
Burritos. everything was great but they forgot to put meat in my burrito first go around. and the second time around I ordered it with sausage but sausage was really chopped up in small pieces and burnt and crispy I would recommend breakfast sausage cooked as breakfast sausage and chopped up in big chunks then put in burrito.. overall the burrito was delicious
We were looking for a no-chain coffee shop for breakfast. We found Dos Hermanos. It exceeded our expectations. My breakfast burrito was eggxcelent and they were accommodating to my daughter's vegan diet. She ordered the burrito in a bowl. Our order took about 20 minutes but everything was fresh and yummy. The wait was totally worth it. Also, there's a sign telling you about the wait which I think is really useful. The person at the register was helpful and cordial.
I came here 3 years ago and it was so delicious. The best California burrito I have ever had. Had it twice on the way back. I wish I could visit the place again. So much great memories on this trip
Their burritos (breakfast and on) are delicious! You can have a small or large burrito and there is a dramatic difference. Their sauces are so good too! A great place to go. Highly recommended.
This place is one gem of a place. The staff are super fast and with small kitchen they are able to serve explosion of flavors. Their omelette and the weekend Birria are must try. Anybody on US 101 must stop by to have a brunch or lunch. This place is right opposite to the gas station and their kitchen aroma is so strong that I was drawn into the place. I hope they have fantastic business and stay open forever.
I’m usually very critical of breakfast burritos, but this was delicious. Bacon is crunchy, and the sausages weren’t just hotdogs. Cost me $13.05 for a large. Definitely recommend trying it.
I had 4 carne asada tacos. Carne asada meat is very good, highly recommend.
Excellent chile verde breakfast burritos, spicy and extremely tender. The tortillas are fresh and have a nice texture. My only regret was not ordering the large size. Huevos rancheros plate was also delicious. Plates are served with both salsa roja and salsa verde. The place is very busy, but the service is fast and friendly. The cashier works really hard taking orders in person and on the phone, prepping to go orders, making the coffee and cleaning. Indoors is small, but had good ambiance with lots of windows. There’s also a nice patio with additional seating. Can’t wait to come back and try other dishes.
Hubby tried this spot after over two years of being here and raves about it. Must be that good because my husband is PICKY! This spot is a gem. I like how they converted an old gas station. If you sit outside there is plenty of seating. Inside is just enough to sit three separate parties of four. Service with a smile. The cost of the food is worth the portion and the taste. They even had a veggie option. I personally messed that one up by adding chorizo. 😂 But oh mylanta it was delicious! Hands down this is the best burrito spot off the 101. I will miss this place
Fantastic (and justifiably popular) hole in the wall restaurant! Great crew and delicious food. Only a few tables inside, but they also have covered outdoor seating, and support takeaway as well. Just a quick hop off of 101, and well worth the effort! We will be back soon!
Great food! Very reasonable price, friendly server, quick service, clean place. Lots of choices on the menu. My wife had a carnitas taco and enjoyed it. I had a small lunch burrito, also carnitas. Bigger than I expected, lots of meat
Best Authentic Breakfast Burritos in the area. Worth every penny for the ten min drive to San Miguel from Paso. We order the large size breakfast burrito and split in two and the left overs toast up perfect in the toaster oven the next morning. The burritos are full of crispy bacon, egg, cheese, and potatoes or order the vegi style loaded with avocado potatoes egg and cheese and you can add bacon. Staff is friendly but call them ahead of time to order as everything is fresh and the tortilla is amazing.
Totally fresh ingredients. Best tasting burrito I've enjoyed in a number of years. Service was prompt and straight forward. No frills just good food. Recommended!
Can’t think of a better way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo than coming here to Dos Hermanos in San Miguel. By far the best huevos rancheros I have had in my life! If you are visiting the vineyards in Paso Robles, this is so worth the 10 minute drive to get real, fresh, homemade Mexican food.
Stopped here for some enchiladas driving from SF to LA. Staff was friendly and welcoming, place was cute and well cared for (clean restrooms), and food was delicious.

Tiny lil place in San Miguel right off the 101 near Paso. Nice, busy outdoor seating right off the highway. Great food. Plus opens early.

Soon good 👍
Huge thanks to Maritza for doing everything! I suggest passing up the busy king city for this hidden gem. Outside seating, clean restrooms and friendly staff. Enchiladas, burritos and even burgers. The small burrito is just right for me. I'd probably get the large if staying longer in area.
Unassuming spot with amazing burritos!! Best breakfast burritos we’ve ever had. Nice patio to sit at. Highly recommend.

In the continuing effort to locate, taste and report on the breakfast burritos of the county, I bring Dos Hermanos Breakfast burritos. What fun, A nice drive to San Miguel to test another burrito. The place is busy, I mean busy, 20 minutes for a burrito. There are locals, to go orders, soldiers from Camp Roberts, and us! Popular, or the best place in town.. Well that is for each individual to decide. I had the chili verde breakfast burrito and my son had the bacon burrito. We were both very pleased with the content, size, preparation and flavors. I will be returning and bringing friends, relatives and others to this place to test the menu further. The staff are working their tails off as they serve both the in house and to go orders and are oh so polite and pleasant as they work. I will be back. Thank you Dos Hermanos! And I love the murals and the colorful decor, both inside and out! If you are on the freeway, pull off and enjoy a burrito, or call in an order and enjoy it in the park just up the street, either way it is a good stop.
My husband used to work out here and . A raves about the adobado burritos. He drove us all the way from Bakersfield out here on a whim on our 1st anniversary to get one when they 1st opened. It was quite delicious, but we had to wait awhile as they did not open until 6am despite Google saying 5:30. Also, slightly pricey. It was almost $30 for 1 small and 1 large burrito and 2 small fountain drinks
The tacos are good and the price is right. Depending on who is at the register you might even get service with a smile. The red salsa is almost hot enough.
Order myself an Asada Quesadilla… Taste and temperature on point… Order came with two Salsa Verde cups. Order amount was almost $18… which for that amount you would think Guacamole, Pico De Gallo, etc would come with it… Plain simple Quesadilla should have a Lower price.
The food is very good and the staff is nice. The coffee should be better .

Food was okay. I ordered menudo and it was lacking flavor, I had to ask for salt and the lime and chopped cilantro was not fresh, the cilantro was wilted and the lime barely contained any juice. We ordered a burrito and chicken nuggets for my young daughter, those were average as well.
It went from tacos to mini tacos and more expensive. I ordered two asada tacos and two sodas it came up to over $18.00. Meat was hard and salty. It tested like if they had it ready for a while and they warmed it up again. This was one of my favorite places to eat, but not again
The food I bought from you guys this morning 30 minutes after eating the breakfast burrito I got the runs. Either your chef needs to be trained in better cooking and health standards or if this happens again I will have no choice but to take legal action and believe me I can get the best law firm to take up my case.
This food gave me the runs. I was sick for 24 hours after I eat a breakfast burrito. Wayvtoi greasy and to much salt. The birria was also too salty. They need to cut back on salt poisoning people 🙄 Needless to say I will never go there again
I ordered red chilaquiles but what I got was what looks like scrambled egg nachos. The rice looks like it had been reheated from the day before and stirred to the point it looked crumbled. I didn’t bother tasting as it did not look appetizing AT ALL. This is definitely not “Mexican” food.
Bad chicken nuggets my son didn't like them I asked the cashier for an order of tortillas and she charged me 3 dollars for 3 little tortillas. I never go back again. Next door there is another restaurant I guess better.
We were traveling and our two year old daughter needed to use the restroom. We asked politely, were denied, purchased a bean burrito so our daughter could use the restroom, and left. Bathroom was DISGUSTING. Burrito was cold, and beans dried out and stale with no cheese. Do not stop here, just move right on through.

Absolutely Awful! I ordered a Machaca burrito. The beef was chunks instead of shredded beef. The eggs were undercooked and runny. It was just bland. OVERPRICED! I will NOT be going back.
This place is nasty, not only is the food way overpriced but I went in with my daughter to try and eat and the tables weren’t cleaned, the ones that looked clean we’re not sanitized because there’s was flies all over the counter top of the tables, we decided to order to go. When we got home my carne asada tasted and smelled like raw fish. Also the salsa tasted and smelled like fish. Nasty and unsafe for people to eat. That’s how people get sick! Has anyone else experienced this at this restaurant? Carne asada should taste like carne asada not fish. And the salsa should taste like salsa not fish. I’m disgusted!
