The location is not great for walking through the town. It was clean and had a great balcony. But our air conditioner didn’t work and it was 29 Celsius at its lowest in the room. The restaurant is enjoyable and the pool is an amazing experience. The massage pool made this hotel better than it is.

My room had two beds of 80 cms width, which are rather small and they were uncomfortable. However, bathroom was renewed and well equipped. Location is in the middle of an industrial park, and there is no much to do rather than to take a drink at its terrace. There were two full teams of béisbol youngsters that arrived while we were about to order our food and, logically, it was quite messy at the restaurant and at the hotel. One of my friends asked to change the room as it was noisy and was given a room on the other side or the hotel, where it was calm. I do not understand why we were not given those rooms as the hotel knew the kids were coming in advance (as we were told in the restaurant)

Stayed here during my business visit for 4 days, Rooms are decent but can be improved . Options in Breakfast are less .

They advise as a hotel with a swimming pool. The reality is that there is a swimming pool that everyone can access paying the ticket. As a result it's a swimming pool completely crowded with people from outside. We booked a 4 people room, that look nice in the pictures, but they try to give us a double room. We needed to complain twice to get what we booked. On top the air-conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room.

The rooms were of bad quality, with many scratches on the walls. The cleanliness of the rooms Was sub par. While they send the cleaning crew everyday we had massive spider webs since the first Day. One of the rooms had problems with the shower that required intervention. When we got to the room the maintenance man Was already inside, but ended UP not fixing. The other room had a malfunction that made the Lights work without the card. The cleaning Lady cleaned the room, left the Door to the balcony Open so when we arrived at night we had the room full of bugs and insects including crickets. When reported we were promptly told that we couldnt be put in another room. In one of the days there Was a massive party on the grounds of the hotel that we were told wouldnt go past midnight and went on until post 1am When reporting all of this we were met with a "card or cash" reply and not once apologised for any of this.

Worst hotel experience ever. I don't even know where to start to list what is wrong with this place. Rude staff, dirty rooms with non-working equipment, lack of clarity concerning the pricing. Stay away.

Terrible rooms. Left 2 hours after Arrival because of the State of the room. Pool area=party area for Young people

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room is without windows. The bedsheet cover is used by everybody, it is open and not inside a changeable sheet. The tube shower is a ridiculous hool. The bed is not King size, a small bed 140 x 200. SPA is on payment in another building. The safe wasn't fixed. The room is a cheap 2 star hotel room. This was the Deluxe double room!87 Euro special price instead of 100 euro.
