The Family and I love coming here. The Kids love to play while the Wife and I eat and talk. Very good experience. It's always very clean when we come. Bathrooms are clean. The staff I do see are always nice and respectful. Food comes out quickly and is always good and hot.

The restaurant is very clean. There was no soap in the lady's room, but that was taken care of immediately after I alerted them to this. I'm a doordasher, I make a few stops here every day. The manager in the evening keeps the crew running very efficiently. I need a stable income and may apply here.

One of the best mcdonalds I've been to! Really impressed with the cleanliness of the place as well as the staff having their customer service on point! Food came out perfect and quickly! My child ended up hurting himself in the play place and the mcdonalds employee gave him a bandaid which I thought was so sweet of him! The only thing that sucks is no free refills. But other than that this is Def the #1 mcdonalds around and u can't get any better than that.

Just wanted to come on here and recognize one of your employees. Reuben here at the Weatherford location. We came in and ordered two meals and I am kinda picky with what I want, but Reuben gladly took our order with a smile and had such a great and positive attitude. Man needs a raise!

These guys are awesome. A few weeks ago I went with my three small children because they have a play place. I stayed for almost 4 hours and they didn't kick me out. My car broke down in their parking lot. We left it there almost all day until my husband could come fix it. The employees there are absolute gems.

Good food decent prices but too many people working for it to take so long when it's supposed to be considered fast food. Very busy very often. Pulled us forward for just a few sandwiches that got put aside and not marked and we had to wait for them to remake them. Like 4 cars behind us got their food so we had to come inside and remind them. So much for a quick bite to eat with the kiddos on the way home

The food is McDonald's food, but the aesthetic is really cute with a Weatherford, Texas vibe aka cowboys! They even have this cute statue of Ronald McDonald as a cowboy with a calf my boys wanted to take a photo with! ALSO most importantly everything seemed new and looked nice and clean!

Have to give this place a 10 out of 10! Not often a fast food place is this good. Food is always hot! Service is always top tier! It’s FAST! Love that. It’s always our go to on practice or school function night we can always count on getting home on time and food being correct

This is by far the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve visited! My food is always hot and comes out quickly. I usually come in at night, and the night manager is amazing — she always has a big smile and makes me feel truly welcome. (It’s fast food so ofc I’ll never expect a 5 star fancy restaurant customer service but they aren’t as bad as the other locations around )

I have been visiting McDonald's franchises for my entire life. When I was younger it didn't matter which one I went to, it was always a good experience. However, with the way that the wind is changing in business and customer service and food quality, you never know what you're going to get. Which is sad. All that to say... Does McDonald's location ranks in the top of all McDonald's franchises that I have visited in the past couple of years. I used the mobile app, which is always easy. And when I got to the store a few minutes later my food is ready. A word about the staff... I have been to this location a couple of times now and the staff has always been wonderful. Whether they were younger or older or somewhere in between, they all all of the customers with a smile and we're very polite and helpful. I can't say enough about good customer service these days. It has really gone by the wayside, and even with mcdonald's, which has been disheartening, since it is an American institution and I believe a representation of everything that this great country is about. The food was hot and the presentation was good. One aspect of a McDonald's that lets me know where they rank is their fries. First of all, at a lot of the stores, they don't give you the correct amount of fries. And, nowadays, there are a lot of unneeded crispy ends and soggy fries. Let me assure you that this store gets it right. At least up to this point, the fries have been the best I have had in years. Overall, this was a great experience each time I visited and I am impressed with all aspects. And, if you really need another reason to go to this one, they have the vaunted kids play area. There's nothing more american! Big UPS to the management team. You are doing it the right way.

I would have given this location a 5 across the board but they no longer give free refills. To me this is pretty annoying. The cost of the refill is almost nothing to McDonald’s and all other competing companies supply unlimited refills. The food was fresh and good compared to any other McDonald’s location. They got the order correct. The establishment is clean and the staff isn’t rude but they also aren’t super friendly.

This location is CLEAN and wiith a huge play area, which is nice not to be crowded with noisey kids. However my thing is ... NO SODA REFILL... So you pay a $2.99 for a medium, they filll it to rim with ice, and add soda, that goes quick when you share with 3 kids. **No drink Refills**... Ridiculous for a popular fast food franchise .

The food came out pretty quickly, and was accurate and hot. The person who took my order was friendly and prompt. The remodel looks nice, they got rid of the horse and buggy in the play area; it blocked parents’ view of the play structure, and was something kids liked to climb on despite signs saying not to, so, even though it was a unique piece and was perfectly “Texas” I’m happy it’s gone. They upgraded the drying fan in the restroom so you can actually get your hands dry (I’d still prefer paper, but I’ll settle on a fan that actually blows strong enough to dry my hands). It wasn’t all that busy when we we went so I was rather surprised to see dirty tables and some trash on the floor in a couple places - I thought maybe it had been busier just before we arrived, which might explain the untidy areas but no one cleaned while we were there, despite few customers coming inside and the drive-thru line staying rather short (but I don’t know if maybe there were a lot of curbside orders while we were there). This has been an issue quite a few times when we’ve come to this location, before the remodel, that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

You never get all of your order. So today I ordered # 3 that is a biscuit sandwich w/ hashbrown and a drink and 2 egg muffins and a hashbrown. I asked if everything was in the bag. I got a huffy yes its all in there. Got home no hashbrowns . If they were a dollar what they are worth probably wouldn't mind so much but I paid 6 dollars for those 2. I have never left this location with all my order!

The service was IMPECCABLE. The woman in the yellow vest who brought the order to my table was the sweetest. I did not catch her name 😭. I do not know if she was as sweet as my decaf coffee with caramel drizzle, but she came really close! She deserves a raise🫶 --- Update, I came back for a decaf coffee this morning (Sept 9, 2024), and I had to wait 25 minutes for a decaf coffee that was done incorrectly - they forgot the syrup that I asked & paid extra for...I did not complain to a manager as I was not going to wait for another 20+ minutes to have a coffee.

Service was extremely slow. They turned the inside lights off while we were still in line waiting to eat our food for "dining in" and not "to go", you could barely see to walk out let alone get our drinks and condiments. They asked me to swipe someone else's card who apparently left the building while their order was getting straightened out. The food was prepared correctly and they got the order right so that was good. The rest was bizarre.

Very slow service. A guy came in upset that he had been waiting for over 10 mins on his order. I payed for a side of cheese with my big breakfast meal and they didn't include it. I went through the drive thru and asked the attendant for a receipt and she said okay. The manager came over and handed the food out the window, no receipt in the bag. The Mcmuffin was kinf of warm and the hashbrowns were cold. They acted super busy but i was the only one in line. It seems sometimes people forget they are in the service industry.

No drink station, everything is hidden behind the counter. I had to ask for napkins and the rationed me 1 per person. Straws by request. Catsup by request. No refills. It was very clean. Just felt like I had to beg for everything. I wonder how much the owner saves by keeping everything out of the reach of the customer. The digital menu kept changing so you had to wait for it to come back around to figure it what to order.

Went through the drive through, was told there was a straw in the bag when said their wasn’t we were completely ignored, went inside about three people looked at me and never asked what I needed help with, instead they were just talking. SMH if you need breakfast and in a rush don’t go to this location

This is one of the handful of McDonalds I eat my breakfast from every morning m-f. I order the same thing every morning. This McDonalds is on a downward trend as of the last month in particular. I use to really like this McDonald’s and felt like they actually cared about the quality of food they were serving but the last few times I’ve been handed gross looking and gross tasting McGriddles. The griddle cakes were wet, over cooked, and u believe its due from sitting inside a warmer where they are using steam to warm up the food which will give the griddle cakes a wet sponge like texture. The eggs in my sandwich were the same way. My McGriddles have been getting worse every time I go to this McDonald’s and it’s to the point of me wanting to not return. The staff has always been very nice but the breakfast they have given me has been really disappointing

Ordered a large drink. Had to wait over 5 minutes to be given ONE drink at the counter.. Can't get my own drinks anymore since someone's bright idea was to take the self service drink fountains out and make your customer more miserable and waot even longer.. Every time I come here there's a problem.. I barely come here as it is.. I was reminded why today.. they do not care about the consumer customer.

Upon realizing the tea tasted like sugar mold we went back to get a refund and the store manager told us the there was not mold in the tea (so much for customer is always right) and would not give us a refund. She offered to replace our drinks with something else so we got dr pepper and it also tasted like dishwater or mold right from the fountain. I suspect a dirty rag was dipped in our sodas or they have a foul water source.

Apparently the woman working at this time has some issues with communicating. When trying to ask a question she wouldn’t talk directly to me, just yelled something at a different worker. The play area was closed for maintenance because they were going to wash it. Confused what the posted times are for if they won’t stick to them. This location is going downhill I guess.

Ordered three meals in the drive through, paid and pulled up to the window, I was handed the drinks and asked to pull to the last window. I waited for 10 minutes for our food, while I waited I drank all of my tea. I asked for a quick refill and was told no refills. So I parked and went inside to speak to the manager. I asked for a refill, she rang me up for a new drink and said they don’t give refills anymore. I said I’d waited for 10 minutes for my food and would appreciate a refill…she said $3.39 and you can have one. McDonalds(especially the Weatherford Tx location) will never get another dollar from me or anyone in my house!

I ordered an ice cream cone and ate half of it only to this crammed in the bottom. Yes, that's a paper sleeve. The moron that made the cone didn't notice a big wad of paper inside of it and proceeded to place ice cream on top of the paper. Lazy, disgusting, not to mention rude service. This McDonald's does not offer refills and generally seems disinterested in customer service. The manager reluctantly exchanged a kids' drink for our toddler. Maybe they are changing their focus to drive thru or curbside service. If you are traveling and want to dine in, skip this one. Too many other McDonald's close.

If I could I would leave a negative rating bc the service was terrible and they don’t let you get refills and they charge a dollar for a cup of water and they are too lazy to check if are food is almost ready and I found a piece of a napkin in my drink and they don’t have any paper towels in the bathroom

I order online two hotcakes. And they proceed to put a syrup that had a hole and I know when they grabbed it they saw it had a hole in it. They've messed up my order almost everytime I've been there or straight lied to my face about what they had/what they were out of. Somehow the wrapped plastic ware was also stick along with everything else in my order.

Horrible, unprofessional. I ordered via a kiosk, no receipt given. Didn’t show on board. Asked the cashier said he couldn’t find it. The charge was pending said but he said he couldn’t do anything about it. I had to re-order the entire meal. $32 later our missing order suddenly appeared on counter while we were eating the second order. Asked to speak to a manager and they couldn’t spare a minute to help. Go to Hudson oaks or Willow Park, it’s worth the extra drive. I will dispute charge with my card company.

Upon receiving my food I had to go up to the counter to get a missing item (That's not the issue because it's the new normal). After returning to my seat I was struck to find my food had been thrown away. I found a worker and was told that it's my fault my items were removed for leaving the table (untouched food may I add). My hat and phone were still there as well!!! This place is not a front you want representing a company. Shame.

I'm not sure what the problem was here last night but our order was a mess. We normally prefer going to this location (even though it takes twice as long to get there as others closer to us) We have never had an issue. And everything is usually pretty good.. Well, we went through drive through last night and ordered 20 nuggets with large fries and unsweet tea, a fish sandwhich, a large quarter pounder meal with hiC, and 2 plain patties with cheese. We ended up not getting either of the 2 large fries we ordered. The nuggets were short by 3, at 17 instead of 20. My husband's tea that was supposed to be unsweet was in fact sweet. The patties with cheese were just thrown into the box. The cheese just slapped down on the tray, completely melted to it, not on top of the meat as it usually is. By the time we realized all the issues we were already back home, 20 minutes away and it was pouring rain. So we didn't return for all these things. I hope they can get it together up there because this was excessive and unacceptable. In the mean time we'll have to try a different location again.

Seem to get fairly good service here no matter what time Edited: Had to come back and leave a new review. Ordered ahead online. Highly disappointed 😞 we went tonight and when we got to the speaker a girl came on and started to take our order, stopped, and started taking the order of the other vehicle on the other speaker. I understand you have to be patient so we waited till they were done taking that order thinking they'll come back to us. No. She continued to take the next 3 cars orders on the other speaker. We ended up parking, he went in and it took him near 20 min before he was back out. He stated that there were plenty of employees standing around talking. Hardly any service was being provided to the customers inside, and when he got to the counter they had not even looked at my order ticket which I had placed online 20 minutes before even arriving at the location. This was later at night, and after the dinner rush. I understand it gets busy, and I'm a patient person, but the lack of customer service made this trip our last one.

I'm done with this location. The only reason I have kept coming back is because my kids only like McDonald's nuggets and it's close to my house. I'm going to start driving to the Hudson Oaks location. Every time I come through here, there's been an issue with my order. And, I've worked fast food in the past, so I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but tonight was the last straw. I ordered a chocolate shake, it came out looking like vanilla, so I said something to the lady working the window. She gave me this sassy "no, that's chocolate" reply. I took a sip. It tasted exactly how it looked: vanilla. I sent pictures to a few people and asked them what flavor they thought the shake was. 100% of them replied, "vanilla". I mean, come on! The food was cold and the fries were SUPER salty (I threw them away). The Big Mac patties tasted like they had been sitting under the warmer for a while. Ridiculous! Not pleased at all. Previously I would have rated this place a 3, but it gets worse every time I come.

We just left and this place was filthy! The lobby hadn't been cleaned in hours as there are French fries on the floor at 730 am(and they don't serve French fries for breakfast). Flies all over the filthy tables. What looks like soda spilled all over the floor. And they were not busy so no excuse. If the lobby is this dirty then makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is!

I would give this place -5 stars if I could. It was my first time at this location, and I had a frustrating experience. I was asked to drive around to the drive-thru again to reorder my food because the person who took my order the first time never entered it into the computer. I decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Every time I go here the employees are either very rude, or do not speak English. They very clearly do not want to be here. I went through the drive through last night and the lady at the speaker box was extremely rude. Pull up to the first window, and the girl is on her phone not paying ANY attention to the window, so I pull forward. Then the boy at the next window starts to hand me my drinks and I have to explain to him that I didn’t pay. He then forgets one of my drinks, and instead of giving me the chicken nugget meal I ordered I get a box of 4 square fish fillets. I wish I would’ve checked it at the window so I could’ve thrown it at him.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. I stood for 10 mins waiting for my order to be taken. When I asked if someone could take my order the woman was rude saying I needed to be patient and let her do her job. Now I am late to MY JOB and hungry. Ian or however you spell his name is the rudest cashier I have ever come across to the point that when I come to this location and he is working I have to walk outside and calm down before ordering or picking up customer orders for doordash. He has consistently got my order number and told me it wasn't ready when 5 to 10 minutes later someone else asks and grabs it directly from their shelf. He also rudely asks to see my phone everytime instead of watching me confirm the order. I will happily press confirm in front of anyone. I should not have to verify by showing an order number i cannot see if is on the shelf or not and show him every part of the process. Thats only if he deems it necessary to even let me know that the order is already on the shelf i cannot see. Please educate him that this causes problems for doordash, the customer, and me as the delivery driver.

Not sure which mc donalds this is but the one in weatherford is horrible. Last time we ordered food my burger was raw and nasty. Fries are always cold. Won't go back to that one.

Always rude workers in morning , told us monopoly game was over when it's not after ordering bunch of stuff that's supposed to include pieces , have had issues with same lady canceling orders in morning for no reason best guess is because it's usually a big order which should not be tolerated

Wait is long every time I come here just to end up getting cold food the staff are always standing around this is the first time they actually didn't mess up my order but of course they messed up other orders the dining area is beyond nasty food all over the floors trash cans over flowing tables are nasty I actually had to clean my own table just to sit down and eat I had to pick the cleanest table around and we was still sticking to it this is uncalled for and pure laziness

I placed my breakfast order at 10:15 AM. I don't often eat out, but I was late to work and didn't have time to prepare my meal. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that it had been canceled because I didn't arrive before 10:30 AM. I would appreciate clarification on why my order was not prepared prior to the breakfast cutoff. If I had intended to place my order upon arrival, I would have done so at that time. This situation is quite disappointing, and I will reconsider my future orders as a result.

Worst customer service ever rude workers , ordered breakfeast on the app had several people go in front of us and made us sit there in drive thru to tell us they couldn't accept app order because their system was down but still took other orders

Worse customer service i’ve ever experienced in my entire life! Went to the drive-through I was told that they were out of kids drinks, small drinks and medium drinks and that I would have to pay for a large. And then the guy at the window proceeded to tell me to stop being cheap you Democrat. Worse experience ever. And then they didn’t give me ketchup for my french fries ranch for my chicken nuggets didn’t even get my receipt. I mean, what kind of establishment is this place?

This is the worst McDonald's in the area, only reason I went to this Mc Donald's was a sick friend wanted a Big Mac, so I drove up to the Weatherford location.. I ordered a Big Mac Combo deal with a large coke, fry's, and the Big Mac. I saw they have a Bacon Cajun Ranch chicken sandwich. I decided to try it. It wasn't anything like the picture, and it tasted like all of Mc Donald's chicken sandwichs, it's was a sad version of the picture they used sell me this sandwich. I requested a separate bag for my sandwich, since I was dropping the Big Mac Combo at my friend's and I was going to eat mine at home later. I never got the extra bag. My friend didn't want the Coke so I tasted it, it was a mixture of Dr. Pepper and Coke, straight up Nasty. I got home with my sad excuse of a Sandwich, and tasted it, also Nasty and looked horrible. I get better sandwiches at 7-11. I can't see a reason to return to this Mc Donald's.

I just went to get dinner for tonight and they messed up our order twice not very happy. I told her one thing was wrong then she messes another part of our order up. Some young girls who were up front. Don't know names but need to make sure orders are correct before handing out. Worked for fast food for 10 plus years.

If I could give a 0 I would! Ordered ahead for curbside, 40 pc nuggets, basket fries and a dbl cheeseburger. Got all the way to Brock and realized no burger, went back inside to get burger , guess they were mad about that so I got a sloppy mess of a sandwich that I threw out because it was trash. All 40 nuggets were like boot leather, cold and tasted as they’ve been out all day. Threw them out also! This place should be closed!

After waiting a day to "cool" down I decided to write this. I Also plan on calling McDonald's Corp office to file a complaint. This was my grandson's favorite McDonald's because of the western cowboy decor. It's been a year since we ate here since we live 35 miles away. We were town yesterday to visit Weatherford Christmas lights and decided to eat here. Big mistake!! And it won't happen again. First the western decor is gone. It's just another boring McDonald's. The customer service is horrible!! It was 8pm we had 2 hungry grandkids who wanted to eat & play on the playground. In the lobby there was only one person waiting on a doordash order. After waiting 5 minutes with no contact or eye contact with an employee. The doordash guy said good luck with ordering food, the service here is terrible. Another guest said you might as well order on the kiosk. I said, nope, I'll go somewhere else. That's what we did. I WILL never return to this location.

Hello, I was dashing (Jan 21, 06 between 9pm and 9:30) on and this was hands down the worst experience I had with any restaurant. As a former employee of the company I was extremely disappointed in the way the management handled me, the situation and the other Dashers waiting. When I walked in I immediately noticed there were dashers waiting and seeming impatient, when I approached they told me they had been waiting for 15 + mins and no one had assisted them. I asked one of the employees for help and she informed me “I’m doing fries, give me a second “ while gesturing with her finger and never approaching the counter. Upon speaking to the other Dashers this seems to be a common occurrence. About 15 - 20mins after this the manager approaches with the dashers bags and called me out directly. She told me I was being rude to her employees by asking for help, during the conversation she became extremely belligerent and Confrontational expressing that she “Does not work for DoorDash” . She turned around and told the employees to ban me and block my number so I couldn’t come back. I’m fine with that but not de-escalating the situation and going against company policy and SOP doesn’t fly with me. I will be contacting corporate.

I was picking up my order and evidently this location refuses to do refills. You have to buy new. A gentleman walked up to the counter and asked for water. WATER. And they said he had to buy a new cup. An absolute joke. They were understaffed and extremely rude to everyone. Ignored a woman at the counter who was trying to pay cash. Told her to use the kiosk. Which is card only. Absolutely wild behavior from grown adults.

She proceeded with attitude regarding that she had to actually take an order!!!!! Then the order is cold and not right. Sharing the insane experience I just had at this Mcdonald’s location. I go through the drive-through to pick up a mobile order, and when they hand me the mobile order, I asked them if it was the correct order because it seemed wrong. They confirmed that it was the only mobile order that they had so I drive off. After checking the bag it was in fact, wrong, so I pull back around through the drive-through again to get the correct order. As I pull up to the ordering box, a young lady takes the mic and asks if I am using the mobile app and I decline and say I just went through the drive-through and was handed the wrong order. Her entire tone changes and she lets out some muffled words that I can’t make out. I say politely, “sorry, what was that? And she abruptly cuts me off and demeaningly repeats “What. was. your. order.” in a rude and demanding tone. I explained to her that I couldn’t hear her the first time and she cuts me off once again while I am trying to tell her what my order was. By this point I am appalled that this young lady is talking to a customer in such a derogatory way, and I ask her name…. then she goes silent for the first time in the entire interaction 😂 I pull forward where I am then handed the WRONG ORDER AGAIN. By this point I just give them my receipt to check what I ordered, and they finally bring me the correct ONE item that I ordered. They also took back the incorrect bag of food after I had already driven away with it which I’m pretty sure is a health code violation. Management really needs to reassess who they are hiring because it’s disgusting having such horrible interactions when you’re just trying to purchase food. I will be contacting corporate to explain my experience.

Im just a door dash driver but every time it takes so long to get an order. Every one is out behind the counter talking and cutting up. Im trying to make money too. I can’t sit here for 20 minutes waiting for an order of one basket of fries. It’s honestly ridiculous.

I am just going to make a list… yes they have a playground BUT not even close to worth it…. - everything is about $2 more expensive than the mcdonalds a couple minutes away - NO refills on any drink even if you dine in - you can NOT access napkins, ketchup or straws (you have to ask, but the employees will 100% avoid you so be prepared to wait minutes) - NO one will take your oder. 2 employees made eye contact and ignored us trying to order and did not even tell us anything (forcing us to use the kiosk, which is fine IF they told us something) - impossible to use cash to pay as they won’t even take your order at the register

If I could give this place a negative Star I would. They don’t even deserve the 1 star it makes you choose! To start. My kids 6 piece happy meal was only 4. Her fries were half full and cold! But thats not even the worst of it! My McChicken sandwich had so much mayo on it. It literally looked like someone dumped a jar on it. I then wiped it off when I saw old brown lettuce. Wiped that off too. Figured it should be ok to eat now. Boy was I WRONG!!! I took one bite and had to pull over and VOMIT on the SIDE OF THE ROAD!!! Because it tasted like it was ROTTEN!!! I have NEVER experienced this in my life at a restaurant. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! The staff is RUDE. The order is NEVER fresh! I figured Id give them a shot today because it was convenient on my way home. Plus, it had been a while since we’ve been. So, maybe, by chance it was new staff. I guess that doesn’t matter because obviously the owner/DM of this restaurant doesn’t care whom they hire and how they make them look. I will not ever make the mistake again to go here.

I don't write negative reviews often. This just tops all the bad experiences I have had. One paying for a cup of water. 40 cents.. Ok I get 2. Mind you they couldn't even tell me what the price was before ringing it in. So I asked for a refill. Was told absolutely not. It not soda its water. Somome took my cup before informing me of this. So now I dont even have the cup I paid for !!! I was told to buy a new cup. Worst experience of any McDonald's anywhere and just another reason to avoid this place. Seems im not the only one with bad service at this location.

One star is given just for this review. If it could be negative, I’d do it. I have unfortunately given this location multiple “chances” in the last several months, as it is close to my work, as well as on the way to majority of the places we go. Meaning, it’s convenient. This is totally on me for going to this location again today. But otherwise we will drive out of the way to go to the Hudson Oaks location, or we skip McDonalds altogether & choose something else. I just sat in the curbside spot for 10 minutes before sending my husband in to get our order. Not because we were waiting to long, but because I knew they had messed it up somehow. It was sitting in the counter, was never going to be brought out. And yes, the mobile order was indeed a curbside and not another manner of order. But this isn’t the only issue. And the order was wrong. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Nor am I the only that has had issues. Local FB pages have the details on that. Order is more often incorrect, rather than correct. I’ve had to stand in the lobby for ALMOST AN HOUR waiting on a refund because they “didn’t have my order” although I had the phone receipt, confirmation, and it was as pulled from my account. The kid at the counter came to me FIVE TIMES asking what my order was and what I was there for. He’d go in the back, and I’m not even sure what as happening, but then he’d come back several minutes later and ask the same question. At that time, there was 3 other people also waiting for either a manager, and/or a refund. Eventually, like I said after near an hour, someone whom we were told was the manager came out finally (as she was visibly hiding that whole time..we could see her) and had to have a translator (another employee) help her. She attempted to remake my order (not listening to me not wanting that), and that order was even wrong. Those of us waiting on a manager/refund literally thought we were being punked. So kids got cold food today, because I was dumb and thought “surely they can’t mess this up again”, and I was wrong. I did call the location and spoke to Ruby, and she was great. But otherwise, I’d avoid this location altogether. It’s clean, no issues there. But they need competent staff.

I usually make nice reviews but screw this place. The prices are higher than other McDonald's, no customer service, they will make you park and wait for a your food but then 5 people behind you will get their food first. You'll just sit there wondering where you food is but in reality it was ready first but they decided to not run it to you. DO NOT GO HERE

If I could put negative stars on here I would. Brought the kids in so they could play. I asked one of the workers a question and she said “I don’t know, that’s not my job.” You can’t get a refill, you have to buy a new drink. You can’t get a free cup of water with your meal and you can’t get a refill of water without paying another dollar for a new drink. Tried to order from an actual human but they told me that they don’t take orders and that I have to place my order on the kiosk. I’m not getting paid to work here and put in my own orders. This is my first review to ever write. If I were you I’d go somewhere else.

To start off with I went during lunchtime why were my fries old and my soda flat. Plus i ordered my burger with no onions and they gave me onions I’m allergic to onions. What I find even more dumb is they don’t do refills . I don’t want an old soda .
