Cafe Muse Santa Ana Reviews
Absolutely delicious coffee! I drink black coffee and it was fresh and great!!! The ham croissant was superb. Exceptional staff, great space, nice location. Street parking: tough. There is a parking structure close by. Highly recommend Coffee Muse!!
Ohhh, I really like it! Delicious coffee, amazing service and variety of the drinks! Cofee from the whole world. Glad to visit Santa Ana and this place in it
Spanish latte and Mexican mocha. Unbelievably good pastry with amazing coffee. 10/10 will be coming back
I had the Honey Nut Cheerios Latte with an extra shot, let me tell you, took me back to being a kid in the early 90’s watching “Salute Your Shorts.” The atmosphere here was spectacular, the building itself was a nostalgia bomb, I came here on a gloomy fall morning listening to jazz on the way here and it set the mood to the point where I wanted to ask for an application, lol. I will definitely be back, my mother would have loved this place,🥲, if you’re wondering if you should get lackluster coffee from a big Seattle based chain or here; make it a point to visit Coffee Muse. Support local craft coffee shops, the coffee is much better and the staff actually care about the quality of the product. Y’all are a ok in my book.👍🏾
Cute street art on the outside, the other half of the store seems like a cool place to check out as well! Street parking, I was able to find parking quite easily so that was great, but if it’s a busy weekend or something I could see parking possibly being a problem (but new here so don’t know how busy or not it gets) As for coffee I got their Mexican mocha and it was pretty good!!! After scrolling through comments I can’t wait to come back and try their cheerio latte! I also got their chocolate muffin/ cupcake? Was pretty good! Love the chocolate chunks 🤤
5/5 stars. Came early with my boss for a coffee and had a vanilla latte. Smooth, well-balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. A really solid vanilla latte.
We were originally going to go to a different cafe for crepes, but by accident ended up here. No regrets! The cashier (a tall man with brown hair, should’ve gotten his name), was really nice and gave us a free blueberry cookie on the house. This is a super cute cafe with a wide variety of teas and coffees. They have some interesting pastries and a few artisan toasts for food options. I ended up getting the avocado toast with a cold brew and my bf got the dirty chai. The dirty chai was creamy and delicious with not too strong of a spice flavor. The cold brew was pretty good, and on the sour side. It probably would’ve gone well with some almond milk. The avocado toast was unlike any I’ve ever had. It had a strong garlic and salt flavor, which would’ve paired well with a sweeter drink than the cold brew. The avocado seemed to be really fresh, like they mashed it to order, which was amazing! I usually like my avocado toast with some greens or radish on top, but the avocado was so good it made up for it. The toast was also super yummy. Normally I don’t like hard crusted bread, but this bread was really tasty and wasn’t maximum crunchy, so I could handle the crust. Overall a great avocado toast!
Honey Nut Cheerio Iced Latte. Not what I'd usually order but I was curious, and was pleasantly surprised. A great little spot.
Went on a whim and so glad I did. The coffee was superb, Mexican mocha with oat milk, and a choco muffin. The service was immaculate and the atmosphere was chill. 10/10 would go again if in the area.
Very kind & accommodating staff, cool vibe, and great cold brew!
Love the ☕ and service! If they just made 🍪🍪🍪, you need to get some. We had blueberry white chocolate chip. Bomb af. Cold brew is flavorful. Today it was a Honduras roast. Will def return.
They are keeping regular cookies with dog threats in the same fridge. Update: Visited Coffee Muse and was initially concerned to see regular cookies stored alongside dog treats in the same fridge. However, the owner clarified that the dog treats are made from high-quality, organic, human-grade ingredients. While this is reassuring, I still believe that separating the two types of treats would eliminate any potential for confusion or cross-contamination. Looking forward to seeing this small change for an otherwise great experience.
Quaint coffee shop in Santa Ana. I'm from NY and not only found the staff inviting but their Mexican Coffee was delicious!
First time, great experience. Lot of regular locals seem to come here, baristas friends with many customers. Agree with other positive reviews, just wanted to add that they have the best coffee lids! Lol, really. They feel great on the lips.

Great little spot. Coffee was fresh and delicious, staff was really friendly, theu roast their coffee onsite, and bake their sweets on site. Will be back!
Stopped into Coffee Muse and was immediately struck by its warm, artistic vibe. The small‑batch roast coffee tasted exceptional—I tried a Honey Nut Latte and it was perfectly balanced, not too sweet. The staff were cheerful and even surprised me with a reward cookie after signing up for their rewards program. The shop is cozy with interesting decor and communal tabletop art. A few spots felt a little tight and service slowed during peak hours, but overall it’s a standout café for high-quality coffee and a friendly ambiance. ✅ Overall: A great destination for coffee lovers who appreciate craft drinks and community energy. Just go during non-rush hours for a more relaxed experience.
So happy I stopped here for coffee! Jasmine is amazing, super friendly & bakes from scratch all the delicious bakery items. I ordered a Spanish latte and tried the PB&J cookie, both were so good! Will definitely go back!
Great coffee and pastries. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and in the mood for great coffee.

The chocolate muffin was okay. Personally, I think the flavor was good, but a little dry. The chai was missing flavor. I'm not sure if it was because we asked for an espresso shot, and it competed against the spices in the chai. Nice spot and friendly baristas.
Great coffee, really great and friendly service, great food items as well! I am deducting a star because of a thing that I sadly see more and more in the US: Handing out drinks and food in to-go cups / boxes by default. That’s not cool for multiple reasons: First of all, it‘s unnecessary to create so much waste for a short coffee stop. Let‘s care for Earth and use some actual cups and plates! Second of all, a good coffee like that merits a good container. Even a great coffee is tarnished by serving it in cardboard and plastic, both in taste and presentation. So please offer real tableware!
Solid coffee shop, attached to a space with a collection of select/apparel shops which makes it a fun stop whenever you're around. I had the basic latte and dirty vanilla chai, hot, hich were both tasty. I was impressed with the latte for their strong fruity taste; I don't have coffee that distinct in character often, so it was a fun drink that made me want to try their drip next time. The dirty vanilla chai was a fairly standard vanilla chai, solid. Sitting room inside is a bit limited, though there's some standing tabling outside, and the line was a little slow though the service was good. Def will come back and would recommend.

Stopped in for coffee after hearing great things but unfortunately had to leave without ordering. The music was blasting super loud metal, which made it hard to relax or even hold a conversation. Definitely not the vibe I was hoping for. If you want to work or have a meeting DO NOT come here.

Owner needs to check on these girls making the lattes. I’ve been coming here for years but lately my lattes just taste like hot milk. I’ve brought it up to them and all they do is give me a dirty look. I really love this place but I try avoiding certain girls who always mess up my coffee. I would love to spend my money here every day but I have to choose my battles.
