Worth every penny! Food was out of my comfort zone but if you're ever going to try things out of your comfort zone, this is the place! Service was impeccable and wine pairings were on point. Highly recommend.

Delicious and unique experience. Each course offers a different flavor. The chefs make you feel like you have known them for forever and encourage conversation and questions. This is great place for a date night.

What I loved most about this meal is the unmistakable room filling passion towards each of the dishes that are served to the guests. Each guest is expected to walk in, sit down, and trust that they will be satisfied. For a multi-course experience, even if a dish or two was a creative flop, the hope is that each guest would be satisfied by the many other dishes served that night. I really appreciate this kitchen taking the creative risk to produce one-offs such as the home made salted brie, and capitalize on seasonal items such as the ramp. From the beginning, it is clear that this is more than a dinner service. It is a dinner service and a show, which makes it an experience. Along with Chef Justin himself describing each dish as it is served, you also get a peak into the plating and preparation of each of the dishes before it is served. Every single dish was plated and prepped in front of you. There were no dishes served from the black box kitchen behind the magic curtain. Not only that, but the entire meal is paired with six drink and wine pairings selected by the head sommelier, Jason Scarborough. You might even be able to get an additional pour if you ask nicely. And certainly don’t be afraid to ask about the details on the vintages. They were selected for a reason! Hopefully, each guest will walk out of this restaurant having learned something new about food, increased their appreciation for the unique ingredients used, or fall victim to a post-meal food coma. Ideally, all three. Instead of buying massive quantities of food to serve an entire restaurant, this kitchen buys multiple small batches of ingredients to serve to a small party of guests. As a result, many unique and uncommon ingredients are used, and by listening to the descriptions, hopefully you can learn a little bit more about food, such as where something comes from or what it is. Chef Justin’s, swear like a sailor, enthusiasm for his food and his craft fills the entire room with an appreciation for each dish that the chef preps on one side of the counter, and serves to you on the other. This meal was a treat, getting to experience such a creative array of dishes. While not every single one was a grand slam, there were enough memorable charms that I will certainly remember and treasure this experience. Perhaps the only thing more exciting is the promise that on any other visit, no menu will be exactly the same, so one can always revisit this counter for a new set of dishes, or perhaps try one of the many themed experiences such as “Veggies Are Awesome”, or “Ultimate Pasta Dinner”.

We went to the wine grower’s (Tercero wine) dinner party. All 13 courses were very good, and had good variety, including fish, pork, beef and vegetables. Evening was very lively with the chefs describing the dishes and the wine grower describing his wines. As soon as I emptied my wine glass, someone magically filled it up!

Best birthday meal I have ever experienced. The 12 course meal was intimate. The chef told stories and I was even able to talk to him about the food scene in NY after the meal was completed. The wine pairings presented from the sommelier added to the experience. Everyone should experience eating here at least once.

Chef Kyle and Kyle never disappoints! Their energy comes through in their description of the night's dinner adventure, their cooking, and the presentation. Wine pairings are always on point with vivid descriptions of the origins of the wine and why the pairing was made. Make sure you bring a good appetite and good friends to share.

Been coming since basically day one at the Trust dinning experience!! I can’t speak more highly to all my clients and friends that they have to have a meal here!! Love everyone and everything!!

Trust is a restaurant that redefines all others. The concept of a pre-order and trust-us-you’ll-love-it concept for fine dining is absolutely brilliant. Love the family-dining setup where everybody sits at a L-shaped bar looking into the wonder that is the open style chef’s kitchen. The food is expertly inspired and impossibly delectable. Every dinner is different, and the variety keeps you craving more and more. The fantastic wine (and sometimes cocktail) pairing that goes with each 12+ course means you will need to Uber, because there’s no way you are leaving any of the wine in that glass. Trust’s sommelier is top-notch and paired each wine perfectly. The main draw here though is the chance to be regaled by Chef’s explanation of each course. It’s a night filled with irreverent, comedic, and incredible knowledgeable, such that you will come away feeling like you just attended a brash stand-up comedy about culinary genius. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience!

Awesome chef omakase experience. No menu only trusting them to feed you well. I enjoyed it all and best meal I've had in a while. It was seafood night and I enjoyed it all. All the wine pairings were great as well. The bread and the dessert pastry were out of control. I would love to come back for steak night or just trust night to see what else they can come up with. Chef Ryan and Chef Justin kicked some major butt!

You should consider your reservation to Trust as a dinner show starring master chef Justin, sous chef Kyle, wine expert Trish and Jared, the man that makes things happen. This 13 course dinner show included the absolute best bread in town, duck, steak and ravioli amongst others, finished with three different desserts. Chef Justin told story with each course served, the wine was not just served, Trish gifted with love. So did the deserts, you can tell that Kyle had poured his heart and soul into the sweets. Be on time for your reservation and bring a hungry appetite. It is worth it.

Our first time for this incredible dining experience. Wonderfully paired wines with each course. I don't think I have the words to do it justice. Go! Get a reservation. And then, get another reservation.

I’ve had the opportunity to visit TRUST twice and was blown away each time. The entire experience is thought through and designed for each guest to blown away. The wine pairings were such a wonderful touch. The food is next level and something to be savored. You can feel the love and passion from everyone on the staff. If you’ve been thinking of visiting, stop thinking and make the reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

Hands down a true culinary journey through food and storytelling, Chef Kyle McClelland's experience and artistry shine throughout the evening. From delicate scallops and imported French prawns to salsify and swordfish, he treated each course with refinement and intriguing flavor profiles. And caviar!--Need I say more?! Our favorites included the handmade pasta stuffed with short rib and the lamb chops, which were altogether astounding at just how tender, non-gamey and delectable they were. The desserts were like little streams of consciousness entering your mouth with every bite. The Kouign-Amann was the best pastry we've had since visiting France. This intimate 18-seater restaurant gives you direct access to speak with the chefs and watch some of the kitchen magic. The wine parings are on point. The atmosphere is inviting and enthralling. Don't forgo visiting DTTN 2.0 next door either before or after your meal (entrance is included with the purchase of your meal at TRUST). The cocktails are superb and owner/operator Jason Quinn is on hand to exceed your expectations of service. "In food we TRUST."

There aren't enough words to describe how amazing this experience and food were tonight. First the service was phenomenal. Chef Justin put an amazing team together that just heightens the dining experience. Now, I didn't know what to expect when it came to the food because it is whatever they want to cook and you just have to "TRUST" that it would be good and that trust wasn't misplaced. The flavors and the wine pairings worked well together. They truly are artists of their craft. Will you have as good an experience? I can't say, but try putting your trust in them and they won't disappoint.

Absolute amazing experience 👏👏👏 If you identify as a foodie then this place is a must! The food photos are eye candy but there is no way to truly explain how good the courses were. And the bread...the bread... Not only was the food game at a Michelin level the team engagement and personalities really added to the whole experience. Buy your ticket now and thank me later.

I love this place. Good food everytime! Cocktails are amazing. Atmosphere is semi speak easy. The owner chats with you and tells you all about the food you are eating. Everyone I go it's a different menu. Membership based restaurant. Best idea ever! No wait, I always have a table.

Jason Quinn is back at TRUST and its so damn good. The food is dialed in the way only Jason does it. Big flavor and "how did he come up with that dishes." The details on every plate are dialed. The acidity is on point, textures are thought through, even color. You get that Jason mix of comfort food and serious technique, where you’re smiling and picking apart how he pulled it off at the same time. Service and atmosphere are relaxed and welcoming, the playlist works, and the whole place has that energy of a team that knows their shit.

Trust in Santa Ana offers a truly unforgettable dining experience. This intimate restaurant seats about 16 guests at a time, creating a cozy and interactive atmosphere. The chefs prepare each of the 12 courses right in front of you, turning the meal into a an interactive culinary experience. Every dish I tried was delicious, with fresh ingredients sourced directly from the local farmers market. I loved seeing the care and creativity that went into each plate, it made the experience feel personal and special. It was definitely a unique night out, though I do wish that we didn’t have to share plates, and that each person received their own individual serving for those moments. Still, the flavors and presentation were amazing, and the passion of the chefs truly shined through.

Good. Not great. For the entry price it’s not excellent. I’ve been too many other multicourse meal restaurants that have been less expensive better service. This place has excellent courses, but not the best . It does seem rushed. They keep the food coming and coming can’t enjoy your meal. The drinks are poured sloppily spilling wine all over the table. They invite you to visit the bar/restaurant next-door, which has terrible service if you’re not a member. It was a fun experience, but I would not be back nor would I recommend.
